Unable to access
Since I updated this mobile app, it has been difficult to access it. Whenever I try opening the app, it automatically take me back to the home page. This is so frustrating and shambolic.

Absolutely horrendously frustrating to say the least at every attempt to use the most recently updated version. Please try and fix this problem or do well to advise on models of phones that might have issues with your recent updates of this app. A zero star would suffice!

This is an Appalling App
I’m a digital native and I’ve used a number of apps, and honestly Firstbank app has to be the least user friendly app of all time!!! It’s slow, it freezes, it’s difficult to use, it’s just all round rubbish. I don’t understand while this bank prides itself in being so backward! Do better for Christ sake!

I Can’t Even Transfer
This is most likely the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Why is there an ad when I open the app? It’s a BANKING APP. Every time I try to do a transfer and I get to select account, my screen is blank. The only thing on screen is SELECT BANK at the top and Cancel at the bottom. So what’s the point?
Sigh…please improve this app. It’s a disappointment.

App malfunction
I don’t know if I’m the only one having issues sending money to my saved beneficiaries, I have to write out their numbers and initiate a transfer instead of using saved beneficiary. Your IT support should work on this and I doubt if you guys have QA testers.

Messed App
Everytime it brings notifications to be updated, but nothing coming up on the update. It's disheartening alot of times the app messes up whenever I want to do transfer 😡. First bank can do better, with all the charges your bank charges customer every day and still no improvement on your app it's apprently a big shame.
Please kindly do better with this app to be convenient for customers to make use of. It's so faustrating

It’s terrible . All my saved beneficiaries won’t work, once I initiate them, they hang and I have to restart the app and this happens in a circle like that. I get deducted for Rechage card purchased by the beneficiary won’t receive the same, until I go to the bank to complaint. How else could be worse !!!

Poor online services
The service is so frustrating and poor that it freezes mid transaction. The new updated version makes no difference either. I had install and reinstalled the app with change, even my phone was switched off and on, on numerous times to resolve the problem yet, the problem of freezing persisted.
I think First bank should look into and resolve this problem to enable customers enjoying their online banking with no hassle.

NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT
I wish I can give a zero star rating. It is high time you worked on this mobile app. It is the only application that freezes on my phone whenever I open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the hope that the problem will resolve to no avail. It is sad that the problem remains the same on the updated version. Reading through the reviews, I can see that some customers complain about same thing so the problem is not my phone. I doubt if you go through these reviews as I haven’t seen any improvement in a long time. It is a shame that this is coming from first bank which used to be known as the ‘first and the best’. Please work on your online mobile application, I do not enjoy using it.

This app is really wack!
The reason it keeps freezing and sometimes report unsuccessful when the transferred fund has gone is what I don’t understand.
I have checked to see if I needed an update but that isn’t the case.
I love the bank but this app is really unreliable and desperately needs an urgent upgrade.

The last app said my limit is 1m daily transaction and it keeps asking me for token after just doing 300k transaction… I will have to wait another 24hours to proceed despite the fact that I still have available limit showing which I am yet to use, the app keeps asking for Token that I have exceeded my limit. Now I have decided to update the app and this is the worst nightmare, it freezes when I click on the account I want to debit from, and writes looking for account (why the heck is the app looking for the account it was registered on) it’s a shame of poor services . It’s very annoying and a waste of time .

It’s a shame and pain using this App. It keeps freezing while using it such that I have to put off my phone and reboot each time it happens. This phenomenon does not happen with other applications in my phone. It occurs frequently. Secondly you cannot print statements from the App except one has to physically go to the branch! The reason why I wrote that it is a shame is that it totally unacceptable that the oldest bank in Nigeria should be operating such an anachronistic and archaic application that should not be used anymore. Newer banks do better because they have more user friendly Apps. First Bank please wake up!!!

I’ve been banking with Firstbank all my life but they really need to do better on their app because life has gone digital. You can’t expect me to come to the bank for little things like bank transfer.
I’ve been trying to make transfer from my mobile app for days but it has been giving me error messages even after entering the token.
I tried to increase my transfer limit but keep getting error messages.
The app doesn’t save recent transfers. So I need to keep re-entering account details even when I just made a transaction with the same account.
This is so frustrating!
The app keeps hanging for no reason! Even after updating it! Super annoying.
Firstbank is such an old and renowned bank but it’s efficiency needs to be upgraded to reflect that old age!

An amazing wonderful disaster and an exceptionally rubbish app
Whoever made this app should be arrested. The most app description of this app is useless. You have get a debit card and then be enrolled on their sms platform to use the app. I have tried six times and I get the error message that the mobile number is not registered on the app.

THE WORST EVER
So far this app is the most disappointing, useless and disastrous Banking app I’ve ever came across. I use about 6 banking apps, but FirstBank’s is the worst. For the past one week I cannot log in to make any transaction nor view my account. I just have to delete the nonsense. The rating is minus - 10 stars.

Worst banking app
Do not change your phone if you’re using this App. Since changing my phone and downloading the new version of the app, I have not been able to view my account because of a 5 digit number which was supposedly sent to my phone that I never received. I cannot log into my account because the bank will not re-send this OTP number. I cannot go to the bank because I live in another country. What a useless bank.

Why on earth do I have to wait for a compulsory OTP to complete my transactions? This should have been optional .

Went to my bank branch and they have tried their best but still no positive result. This is quiet embarrassing....pls take me back to old version. One would expect that a vigorous test has been done uncountable times before rolling out the new version on air. SAD!!!

It’s the end of 2018 and we STILL can only view account statement of just the current ONE month!! It’s ridiculous. It will accept any dates but only show entries of the current month ONLY. Yet there’s been “updates” upon “updates”. Surely this can’t be difficult to “update”. Can we see the activities on our account for dates 2 or 3 months ago please? 🙄

App is quite good and comes in handy except for the fact that sometimes my keypad buttons overlaps my login button hence it’s impossible for me to log in(the keypad number 3 overlaps on my login button). This happens after some updates on the app

Can no longer log in
I downloaded the new update on my iPhone 6S only to find out that the enter button on the login page is behind the keypad number 3 again as it happened with the previous update before the last. So in essence after entering my login pin I cannot press the enter button. Kindly fix this please.
