How it works:
Ordering is really easy. Use the locator or fill in your postal code manually to define where you want the food delivered. Pick your favourite restaurant and dishes. Then, effortlessly pay online or simply pay cash at the door.
Curious when your food will be delivered? You can follow your order from the kitchen to your doorstep via the Food Tracker®! You will also receive 3 messages to update you on the status of your order: one to confirm your order, one to tell you the restaurant is preparing your food, and one when your food is on the way.

I’ve tried ordering from them a few times and now look what is happening. When it’s a negative review the text is white on white background. This is why I dislike them they can’t even get the write a review process correct .

The app is good at providing you options without stating where food can and cannot be delivered.
The developers and owners should be able to check what the delivery area for each restaurant is prior to offering the restaurant as an option.
The app instead offers all restaurants, takes your money for the order, which gets cancelled. An email then arrives saying refunds will take 10 days.

Took my money twice, waited for 2 hours after which I called the restaurant. They never received orders from Pyszne. Useless app, use something real like UberEats or just order directly from restaurant. AVOID. Your money will be taken, and your belly left empty !

Przyjmowanie zamówień i płatności działa. Jednak jak chcesz anulować zamówienie to już radź sobie sam! Pyszne.pl weźmie pieniądze z Twoje karty od razu ale o zwrocie płatności to można tylko pomarzyć. Zdecydowanie nie polecam! Amatorszczyzna i żenujący poziom (a dokładnie brak) obsługi klienta. Wysłałem im wiadomość od razu. Po tygodniu dalej czekam na odpowiedź i zwrot za anulowane zamówienie!

Dlaczego nigdzie na stronie ani w aplikacji nie ma linka do food trackera? Pozwalacie ludziom bez rejestracji zamawiać jedzenie i zostawiać u was pieniądze, ale nie dacie im śledzić zamówienia tylko liczycie na to że zwabicie kogoś na założenie konta? Tanie chwyty marketingowe zawsze pozostawiają nieprzyjemne wrażenie, nie tak powinno sie traktować klienta.

Zamówiłam jedzenie w portalu na podstawie czasu dostawy, ale kiedy zadzwoniłam do restauracji po upływie podanego czasu dowiedziałam się, że czas dostawy jest podwójny do tego, podanego w aplikacji. Nie wiem, czy winić pyszne.pl czy Nagoya Sushi w Poznaniu, ale skoro znalazłam tę restaurację w aplikacji pyszne.pl należy im się niska ocena

I have ordered the food and it doesn't work. It keep saying that the information doesn't match. After few minutes I get a message confirming my order plus the email but the only problem is that it ordered two times. Please fix the bug.
