If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel at any time from the Settings screen in the app. If you cancel 24 hours before the 7-day trial is over then you will not be charged. If you cancel during the month period for which you've already paid (up to 24 hours before the next period starts), your subscription will continue until the end of that period. I’ve been using the app for a few months now and on the whole it’s a pretty good app. The only thing that I feel could make it that bit better for me is being able to randomise the time of the workouts rather than them all being set at 30 minutes in when you choose a time in the custom plan.

Liked the sound of it, liked the look of it, downloaded and created a profile only to discover all, yes all plans are paid for. There’s no free content whatsoever.
Bit of a disappointment really.
At least consider some free plans, sample content or trial plans...

I tested this app out awhile back but it had lots of functionality missing. I noticed an update on the Apple Store so thought would give it another try and all the things that were missing are now present. Not only is it a great app but the customer support is 2nd to none. Whenever I have had any questions they answer superfast and are hugely helpful! Highly recommended.

App is really good if you want to come out of gym planning hassle. It sets a routine based on workout plan and add it to a queue. I have been using it from few days and it is allowing me to follow the routine easily and also timer between sets help to keep the focus on rest period.
Would like to see multiple queues if possible( may be 2) if someone wants a hard workout in between and storing in a queue.

I’ve tried a few different apps to track my workouts, and they were alright, but they were lacking that individual touch that I think everyone needs when they working out. No two people are the same are they after all....GymPlan has nailed that aspect! A great app that offers you inspiration for new workouts and also the personal touch from a team that you feel is genuinely interested in you and how they can help you achieve the most you can from your workouts and the app itself. I’m sticking with these guys!

I’m in love with this app.
I’m a almost 10 gym goer.
I had Pt during those years and at same point I thought :” if I do this with my pt why I can’t do it by myself ?”
I think it’s all about confidence and motivation.
I found it hard going to the weight area and be surrounded by guys. I obviously felt the eyes on me... so probably a pt build up a bit more self-confidence!
But at the end of the day I was even tired of doing the same things on and on (programs normally last few months)... I needed something more challenging.
I needed to stop to have a Pt and started to do more on my own.
I wanted to prove to myself that I could have do it... and somehow I found this app!
It’s amazing! In almost 1 month I found only pros:
+ cheap compare to a Pt,
+easy to create programs,
+easy to add weight/reps,
+ super flexible (you can modify programs, change exercises if you can’t/won’t do it)
+ quick and polite customer service.
I do highly recommend it!!
It’s for everyone not only for advanced gym lover!

This app is unreal. I’ve always been keeping fit for the last 3 years properly, but my motivation just started to drop. I wanted to find something that kept me on track and motivate me. I used to pay out for a PT but this does everything and more a PT used to do for me.
You can create plans based on your goals or search single workouts and refine it so it targets certain groups of muscle, so it’s based on cardio / fat loss or keeping fit generally.
Since using this app, alongside the MealPrepPro plus app that these developers make as well, I’ve noticed many changes both physically and mentally.
Great app. I assume there’s more work that can be / is to be done, but for now it’s brilliant and in the future may take over the PT industry 🤙🙏.

Lots of workouts to suit ones own preference. Video demo for each workout is really helpful with technical bits. I haven’t tried all the workouts yet but the ones I have tried so far are balanced and I can feel the effect in terms of my stamina and strength. It would be great for f there are some warm ups and stretches included into your workout to help relieve the right muscles relax after this intense activity. Look forward to keep using it and see where I can take my fitness. All in all great work Paul & team.

I’ve used loads of fitness apps but this one is by far my favourite. They’ve really nailed it when it comes to user experience. It’s flows naturally with what you’re doing in the gym. So although it’s so simple, when you click done on a single set of 5, it automatically pops up with log the weight/reps. Type in the number and it kicks off the rest timer. Such an obvious automated flow but so many apps don’t do it.

This app has helped me get back into my fitness after a long time out due to injury. You get personalised plans for what you want to achieve. You get step by step guide for all exercises with video demonstrations.
If you don’t really know any exercises for what you want to achieve or you just want to learn some new exercises then this is the app for you!! 10/10!

This app is absolutely awesome, there are videos for every movement and you can examine the action before you do the exercise, which enables correct movement. There are similar apps but none are as comprehensive and fluid in ease of use. No need for pen and pad as you can keep a record of all your weights and a can view your performance and improvement. There is also advise on nutrition just to add a little extra to the app! The best thing by far is that when you do ask for advice on anything weight lifting related the guys / girls are super helpful and respond really quickly. I have recommended this app to all my friends!

Remember - You should never hold your breath while lifting weights, which can lead to dangerously high blood pressure.

This is basically just all push ups, sit-ups and crunches? If you’re someone who can’t do them properly or are new to lifting ur own body weight this is complete waste. All the alternatives are even harder to do- only works for those who are pretty fit already.

I’ve been using for a few weeks now and the workouts are great and match what I am after perfectly. The ability to swap exercises is also super useful, say if the machine/weight needed for it is currently being used by someone else - instead of waiting it gives you an alternative to carry on working out. The live chat is also great, the guys are super helpful in answering any questions or for coaching and get back to you pretty quickly.

Just finished the first week of my personalised plan and have absolutely loved it! Huge selection of workouts for beginners or experts and first class support whenever it is needed. Being able to swipe out and swap exercises on the go is a godsend but that is just one of a load of great features that mean this app will be my go-to app for training for the foreseeable future. Excellent gym app with lots of free workouts. Really like the in-gym stuff complete with inter-set rest timer, progress logging & videos. A few glitches in the app (might just be my phone) around logged weights disappearing or screen not clearing properly. Think it's great, though. Would highly recommend. Might even pay extra for premium which includes access to great looking workouts and nutritional advice.
