Simple and effective
Tried for the first time this morning. Simple to operate, clean interface, doors exactly what it says, assists you to relax your eyes from the screen. Highly recommended.

Good
Very simple layout. Gives good instructions. Great to have a calendar to track your exercises. Could include more for the paid app as you only get a few more exercises (such as tips or health).

The design is simple, clear instruction, easy to follow. Just wondering if there's any notification that could remind me to complete the exercises daily?
