Add mileage
This app is brilliant so far!
Only critique is id love a way to add mileage! Even if I enter it manually, I personally don’t care about using my phone as a vehicle tracker.
Still like I say it’s a good app but missing the mileage is why it’s only a 4 star for me

Good support
App was crashing for me even after new updates fixing crashes. After leaving a review here, support got in contact with me and managed to see the cause of the crashes simply by looking at my account email.
The cause was only on my account/app in particular and they helped fix it very quickly!
Overall, great support and you can’t complain about the app itself...it does everything the web app does and if you don’t like that, don’t use freshbooks :)

Took a bit of time with the new interface
I enjoyed and used the old program changed to the new one. Still not using all of the features. Still need to get the team bits sorted out but works well on mobile app

Not syncing
I’m in the Uk and this app just dose not seem to sync anything between my iPad, browser, and phone.
The only way I’ve managed to get it to sync is to completely log out and log back in every time I go on it.
Can this please be fixed ASAP!

Problem with entering the hours in the invoice
On the iOS app, The coma as not being functioning for some time. For instance if i want to enter a time in the invoice section. If i enter 0.75 for 45 minuted, as the coma is not working i will charge my clients 075 hours.

Love App and Software - and it is so easy to use
I have tried a few different apps for accounting and I prefer his one over many others. It looks good and is easy to use. Highly recommend to busy business owners. :)

Why mandatory on mobile?
Just started using this after being forced to switch due to the old app no longer working. Several issues: no settings, so it doesn't seem to log out or give the Touch ID option; no estimates yet - not good; no option to view as a PDF - this was useful and a good way to view final page and also to share invoices outside of the internal email system; no activity page. Deleting contacts doesn't appear to work; there's no option to add new contact from address book. In addition to above debacle I find I can't change currency from dollars. I live in the U.K.! All style. Zero substance. And I can no longer use the old app which is stupid and annoying. Major Fail

I love the new app; except editing invoices seems to be restricted; can't add new logged time to a draft invoice.

This app freezes every time I use it and most of the functions have errors.

Buggy
All nice, but:
Last version kept timing after timers were stopped. Wouldn't reliably save timers.
New version crashes after sync (i.e. After using app for 5-10 seconds) so I can't see if timers are fixed.
This app doesn't yet have projects, so it's not fully usable.
Cannot see how to save default invoice terms.

Cannot use this app!
I cannot use this app for my business. Each time I send an invoice and then click on the link in the email... I get the message that the invoice does not exist!
I was excited to try this as I heard Tim Ferriss recommending it... but I can't use it! You need to do better!

Missing lots of functionality
The app's missing functionality from its already-feature slim web counterpart. No time tracking and no way to switch businesses, which is vital when you have a FreshBooks account with multiple businesses like I do.
