Description

imoo watch phone is a product designed for children and parents. The app can be connected with the watch by wearing the watch on the children’s wrist and its supporting app on the parents’ mobile phone. Parents can make mutual calls between the watch and the mobile phone, accurately locate the children’s position, and send voice message between the app and the watch by setting watch-related functions in the app.
Main Functional Features:
1.Phone Function:
The phone module is installed in the hardware of the watch to allow calls between the phone and the watch, and between watches, thereby making communication and connection between parents and children more convenient. In addition, the watch can be switched freely between regular and privacy mode, making calls more comfortable.
2.Location Function:
A GPS chip and WiFi module are installed in the hardware of the watch, enabling the APP to show the precise position of the watch whether outdoors or indoors.
3.Chat Function:
Voice messages can be sent between the watch and the APP, realizing a new form of communication between children and parents. In addition, the APP can send SMS text messages to the watch for greater diversity of communication.
4.Soaking Reminder:
If the watch is accidentally immersed in water, the screen will light up to remind the child to stop using it. The APP will also send a message to the parents notifying them to contact the child.
5.Schedule Alarm:
Parents can set up and manage the daily schedule of the child through schedule alarms that remind the child to drink water, do homework and other matters by means of regular reminders, customized voice reminders, etc., enabling the child to gradually develop good time keeping habits.
6.SMS:
The watch will only receive messages from contacts in its address list and reject messages from strangers, thereby protecting the child from being affected by unwanted or harassing messages.
7.Step Counting Function:
The child’s number of steps can be viewed on the watch in order to help the parents record the child’s progress step by step and ensure their healthy growth.
8.Class Mode:
Parents can set the times of the child’s classes. When the child attends school wearing the watch, they will not be distracted from learning by playing with the watch.
9.Contacts:
Parents can use the APP to manage the contacts on their child’s watch, thereby making sure that their child will not be harassed by unknown calls while also preventing their child from making random calls.
10.Unknown Call Rejection:
When the unknown call rejection function is activated through the APP, only the contacts in the address list can make calls to the watch, and strangers will be blocked. If receiving unknown calls, the APP will receive a notification message, giving the parents a chance to confirm the call.
11.Auto Answer:
With the auto answer function activated through the APP, if the parents call the child and there is no answer, the watch will automatically connect after 10 seconds.
12.Call Location Report:
When the watch calls the phone, it automatically reports the location of the call to the parents.
13.Low Power Mode
With the reserve power function activated, when the power level of the watch drops too low, it will automatically enter low power mode, conveniently saving power for the parents to contact the child when required.
Note: This feature is not available on some models.

Just doesn’t give any peace of mind

The reason you would get the watch and app is to have peace of mind when your children are not in the house, but the tracking feature pretty much never works despite the network being fine.
The notifications are also really weird and poorly translated such as “kid does a good job today”.
Would recommend going with a more premium brand.

Data breach! Avoid at all costs!!!!

This app leaked our phone numbers and all 3 family members who downloaded the app started receiving scam calls the very next day. Some calls came through disguised as our daughter’s number! Contacted the company but they refuse to take any responsibility or offer support and claim that their app has nothing to do with it.

Couldn’t connect

Z1 great price for what it is but some feedback

I got the Z1 for my 10yo daughter so she can have a bit more freedom whilst being safe. It is meeting our needs well.
But a few pieces of feedback:
* Some translations aren’t done settings, and navigate to child)
* need to have a way to add a friend who also has a z1 but lives far away so they can connect as friends. Seams to only work if they are in person. This should surely be possible with phone number out there qr code.
I think it would also be great if you had an Apple Watch app so I could talk to her watch to watch.
Finally it would be good if she could get the app on her iPad and access her pics and send messages etc from the app as if it was the watch.

Locate function terrible

Had this for a year. The locate tracker to find your kid is awful. It works sporadically at best and often claims the network is to blame despite the network clearly being fine (because the phone function still works perfectly well). We’re in the UK but sometimes it even says our kid is in Germany! Terrible product.

A bit strange

Not to criticise the app too much (it serves its purpose well by the way, well done devs) but some of the features in the app (which is always written as APP in the thing for some reason) really confuse me. For example:
- only four apps (?)
- points are hard for the child to earn
- the tasks that earn the child points can’t be modified so always consist of me logging into the app (which only earns one point by the way) or some other random unrelated tech stuff
- why can you change the name of school time??
- so many bugs (random crashes and failed logins also)
Apart from that, it allows me to track and message my child, so if that’s what you want (with a lot of bugs and crashes) then download. Two stars overall, just get a Apple Watch with cellular for a much more polished experience.

Cant long back in

I tried logging after my son deleted it after not knowing so i tried logging in with the same details but it says wait for admin comfirmation they should make it so that we can get the admin account back by verifying the number etc.

Stopped working

Worked for a few weeks. Now both parents cannot access the app saying log in failed wrong details and number. Tried re-registering the app but cannot without the admin approval (Mrs) and Mrs cannot get into the app. Quite worrying for a parent went you want to get hold of your kids. Seems like a major glitch!!! Support don’t get back to you. Waste of money if it does not do what it should do.
