Awful app
Simply keeps crashing on iPhone 8. Locks up with a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times... now giving up for something better. Total rubbish.

Spinning circle can’t send or forward emails
Latest update has prevented replying to or forwarding existing emails and creating new emails - it just gives a spinning circle that doesn’t go away.

Wow you guys really know how to screw up a great app. Every update brings more bugs and it getting to be unusable now. Opening the app sometimes now brings up a screen as though I were a new user, have to shut app down and restart. Even when it works it loses the contents until it has synced. Emails randomly don’t send. Absolute pants. For heavens sake stop playing with it, fix the delete problem, fix the sync speeds, fix the latest problems and that’s it, leave it alone for God’s sake.

Problem emptying the Trash folder still outstanding
The app is good but after two updates (at least two) that you said would fix it, there's still a problem emptying the Trash folder...
When I try to delete messages, some messages disappear but some, usually those at the end of the list, remain in the folder. The next Refresh will then often bring back items That had previously gone. Sometime a Refresh will then remove them again ... and bring back a different deleted message or two!
It looks to me very much like a memory problem such as exceeding the bounds of an array. Please make sure this is properly fixed in the next update, BlueMail.

Latest update has changed everything! If it ain’t broke....
Why have you removed the feature to group emails from the same sender? Latest update meant I lost all my previous settings and had to sign in all over again. As a result, I’m finding it difficult to sign in to one of my previous email provider. I keep getting error messages. Updates are meant to improve what was previously there, not render it useless! Also keep getting syncing when trying to view my emails. I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE LATEST UPDATE!
More problems!
Unable to delete emails! After selecting individual emails from the same sender and deleting them, they are still there! Over 100 emails! I’ve now got to go through that again! Bring back grouped emails. Please fix all the bugs. This was a good app, unfortunately that is not the case now.

LATEST SITUATION
I’m becoming more dissatisfied with this app. Since the last update I’ve been having more problems receiving my mail. I’ve been trying to get mail since 26/1/19...still no joy. I’ve not changed any of my settings, so, what’s going on?

Emails don’t come through
Used to love this app but unusable in the last month. Emails don’t come through, even though emails are set to instant push. No issues with phone connection. Even when in the app and refreshing, emails don’t load or show.

Too slow.
Despite having this set up to push messages, e-mails don’t start to sync until I go onto the app. Then they take ages to come through. Takes me around 5 tries to delete each set of selected e-mails, I click delete and it just goes back to the folder with the messages still there.

Very good app!
I really like this one. It’s one of the best email apps I’ve yet used and I’d say I used most of them. It’s quick and reliable and I just love the dark mode! Nothing is perfect but I haven’t come across any issues yet.

Version 1.8.74 still does not select the correct Alias for the from address when replying to an email sent to that Alias. It used too, prior to version 1.8.48 so it can be done.
Remote images still download automatically. This used to be an option prior to version 1.8.48...
BlueMail, you have issued multiple versions to correct defects. Please correct the above. Your app is brilliant. Why not make it even better?

This version of BlueMail 1.8.52 now provides limited support for aliases, however when replying to an email doesn’t select the correct alias as the from address so has to be edited manually.
Remote images still download automatically.
Hopefully BlueMail will resolve these issues soon.

Firstly, let me say that the BlueMail app has been excellent, however there are some issues with the update to version 1.8.48 which is described in the release notes as containing “multiple bug fixes and improvements”.
If you are updating from an earlier version – this update wipes your previous settings and you will need to setup all you mail accounts again. Brilliant!!
Support for aliases has been removed. The instructions on their website are out of date. BlueMail – this was a great feature.
Links to images embedded in emails now download automatically. I prefer the option to display or not images on an email by email basis.
Plain text emails do not display correctly.
BlueMail. Reason 1 is annoying. Reasons 2-3 are enough to make me abandon BlueMail. I appreciate I am only 1 users and therefore you may not care, but I really liked your app, so if you plan to fix these issues drop me a line.

Switched to this app to avoid "conversations". I loved it until a recent update prevented them being turned off on the iPhone. Hurry up and do the fix.

Just stopped working
I was quite happy with this app until today when it deleted all my mail settings! I added them back in but now it tells me I have no mail in my inbox when I can clearly see online that there is, such a shame. I will have to remove it and try something new.

Stop trying to fix what isn’t broken
Since the update that removed the clusters function this app has been less than useless. Before I could live with the occasional glitch and crash because it did what I wanted and showed me a clean unified inbox and grouped my messages together so I could sort, read and delete threads more easily, now it’s just not worth the hassle. Give the team their due when I realised they’d removed clusters and emailed I got a response within 24 hours promising it would be fixed but nothing in the actual updates so far as it seems someone is too busy messing with default fonts.

Disappointing update
The new update has taken away the one feature that made it superior to all the other email apps, including gmail. I can no longer reply to comments on websites from the email itself, and have to sign in and out of accounts instead of simply replying and sending. Disappointing.

Bugs bugs bugs
Please fix all the bugs of the last two updates, it’s really frustrating using the app now. When receiving notification of an email I can’t perform actions anymore (e.g. delete it without opening the app), text lag when writing an email. There’re sync problems, I get notified of emails but when open mail they do not appear unless I terminate the app. Same when deleting emails, nothing happens unless I terminate the app.
