I had finished my first build but it wouldn’t let me save it and kept asking me to buy standard edition it would be good also to have at least 3 or 2 saves for the free edition because without it just makes the game infuriating to save and less good and a waste of time

Cool game but one flaw for me anyways

I bought the 50 extra houses pack but it won’t let me select the houses. I re-downloaded it but it still wouldn’t work. I updated the

App but it still wouldn’t work. I checked on the AppStore and it said I have purchased the pack. It still says these houses are locked which is really annoying.

This game is amazing. The way that you can design the whole thing. But when I made my first floor , I saved it and went to homepage but it didn’t SAVE, All my work had been deleted. I did another and it also deleted. Then I realised you have to PAY to save things. Overall it was good but could be better.

Great app but request

I love this app so much and it’s one of my favourite apps to play. At the moment, I am working on a hospital but am missing some essentials (like ambulances, stretchers, mris, x-rays and medical tools etc). Could you possibly add a health pack please so it can be as realistic as possible? Thanks again for a great app!

Seems pretty good

After playing around with Live Home 3D for a couple of hours, I started to get the hang of the phone interface. The AR feature is pretty good.

You do feel like you’re doing a lot to get basic features to function sometimes, but I guess that’s the limitation of using a phone screen. Not sure how to select a wall instead of the whole room for example, just persistently random single tap, double tap, eventually does the job.

The ability to precisely adjust wall lengths, by entering values makes things easier, thanks to the developer for pointing out how that is done, and the way it brings joined wall lengths along with it is pretty good. There are a few glitches here and there. When searching furniture, the keyboard pretty much obscured the models. You need to select what you can see of one of the items, move it a bit and the keyboard retracts, allowing you to scroll through the models.

It would be good if it indicated which side the wall thickness will be adjusted, on the actual plans. It depends on which way up the line is.

Importing lhzd models, I’ve not quite mastered yet and It would be good if it was possible to open doors in AR mode, not sure if that’s possible, but overall a pretty good app.

Great app, missing some things.

All in all a great app and easy to use for novices. Only thing that knocked it down a star is that I cannot find a way to create Tri-directional stairs. For example when you enter a staircase that immediately turns right and then takes another right turn right before the top.

It seemed really good but then I realised that you can’t actually save them you’ve got to pay to save them all of mine has went back to normal and I’m really annoyed because that would’ve been my house design I was doing and now it’s all gone so this game is really bad two stars i’m deleting it straight away now :(

When I downloaded this app

When I downloaded this app u thought it’s just one of those silk games that like to charge u money and I got to pay monthly but this is way diffrent I was having so much fun when I started this game I want to thank the people that made this game and I hope everyone feel they like the game I can see as a gamer it’s probaly hard to make this game and on one of my gaming vids i was playing this and my fans really liked it so I do lots more vids on it now and my fans adore it and all the new nice houses I make do ty

If only

Good points, walls are easy to create, and it has terrain function where you can set elevations.

Bad points, very limited and very slow accessories furniture etc, terrain mapping problematic, I have a green square way in the clouds in one project, landscaping ie fencing is a pain to put in, landscaping plants very limited. Colour rendering internally is very, very poor in that if I add a white paint to a wall I get grey, I add green, I get a very dirty looking green

Other Apps are better but as it was the terrain feature I wanted I bought the Pro version as there is a 6m different in my building plot from front to back.

3D View black

I’ve used this app for a while on an iPad and a laptop... I’ve just installed it on another iPad and the 2D view is fine but I only zoomed in a little on the 3D view and it went to the sky.... which I can usually come back down from but now it’s showing black sky with stars, it only goes black or a sort of hazy blue with the moon showing occasionally, I can’t get rid of this, looks like il need to uninstall and reinstall which is very annoying as closing it down/ restarting device doesn’t help.

It would be a great app if this glitch was fixed, more navigation and 3D screen options/ buttons needed.

It’s good for a free app, just be careful not to zoom in to much. Also isn’t easy to get measurements down to 1mm you need to zoom right in to do that on the 2D view.

This game is very good and I play it almost every day but it keeps crashing and I dont know if its my ipad or the game. I highly reccommed this game to anyone. Eh.. A few bugs. But cool

There is a few disappointing things. But the game is pretty cool. You can create your own home! But maybe it should be like in blox burg, where you can create your own shape of the home. But in this game you have to pick a house. I think it’s kind of cool though. I can’t really shape my own house so that’s kinda sad.. BUT REALLY COOL GAME! Thanks, and please add my ideas. - maybe you can add some basketball hoops?, I’m not sure if that already in but some sporty stuff would be cool. And if you can create yourself and you could walk around the house. Ok this isn’t AWESOME but it’s ok that’s what I would say. Please add my ideas!

Makes rival app look like old Atari game

It pains me to make this admission but, as a loyal user of a rival app for several years, Live Home 3D makes the other app look like an old Atari game. It is the most exquisite interior design app I've ever used in my life. The graphics look hyper-realistic; the metal, glass and reflective textures are mind-blowing, particularly since the V4 update; the sunlight is beautiful and the change in ambience when you alter the environment from day to night is incredible. The option to modify the light settings of light fixtures takes the experience to another level.

I love the app so much, in fact, that I purchased a brand new iPad for the sole purpose of using this app, just to enhance my experience. My old iPad was smaller and didn't have as much storage as I would like, which meant the app kept crashing. Constantly. On the very rare occasion it crashes now, it's from my own doing. I tend to keep the app on in the background overnight, then I use the app practically every day and I think it needs to be closed down manually on a regular basis.

I did not give this app five stars because unfortunately it doesn't seem to handle too many lights being on (even after the maximum number of lights on at one time was reduced from 32 to 20 with the V4 update), which can make moving through a project in 3D mode very sluggish, as can importing items with too much definition and detail. This is all such a shame as I like to move through a project in all its glory without having to resort to the 'Decrease quality' option or turning off lights and reflections, both of which defeat the purpose of this magnificent app.

The developers have done an absolutely phenomenal job in creating such a stunning app, but if a solution could be created to enable users to explore projects in detail without import quality restrictions and if the nearest lighting allowance was restored to 32 in order to accommodate things like spotlights, this app would be absolutely perfect. Maybe it's for the best to leave it as it is though; I'd probably never leave my house otherwise.

Horrible update

I opened the app yesterday and noticed things didn’t look the same, so I started changing the settings it made no difference. The biggest issue started when I started adding more things into the house I was working on I noticed it got extremely glitchy up to the point where my iPad froze with static lines going through the screen for a long time, then switching off. I assumed that was because it was newly updated so I left it. Today I opened the app again but when I click on the project no matter the size of it the screen is just black and moving it doesn’t help, and sadly again it glitched and froze my iPad and switched off. This update was definitely not to fix bugs over all it made the material on the app worse and slowly made the app unusable.

THIS IS THE BEST GAME ON MY IPAD BUT...

Phenomenal

I’ve been looking for a planning software like this for years. Stumbled across it. It’s idiot proof, the more you use it and unlock its potential the more it’s versatility is realized. The free version is amazing it gives you everything you need to test it and more. The full version allows you to save and export various versions. Planning an extension so using this to work out various schemes. Upgraded to full version in a couple of days. Easy to then communicate to architect and builders on ideas. If you get a pro to design a layout you can copy and then make various changes which will save you a small fortune. Instead of asking the architect to make the changes you can do it yourself then send for approval. It’s brilliant. 👏👏👏 augmented reality is very cool too.

Pro version could use some umph

I love this app, use it all the time and must of racked up hundreds of hours.

I have the pro version and all subsequent purchases (for a hefty price).

I love all the features this app has, but unfortunately the Pro version or in fact any version, didn’t seem to have iPhones in mind. The more difficult features are very clunky and harder to use on the iPhone. The tutorials are not much help either...

It’s a shame because it spoils what is otherwise a great product (even with the pricetag)

Love but want to save

This game is AMAZING however I am gutted that you can't save you project! After ages of designing a room or house you have to delete this is really annoying as of you wanted to save it you have to spend £10-£20 I think this is an unfair payment as it should allow you to save your room anyway I dnt like to spend my money on games anyway let alone £20. However if this was sorted I feel like it would be PERFECT

Incredible!!!

I have been using this app for almost a year just for fun and it is so good!! It’s got an amazing variety of styles of furniture and materials. I love this app so much. The only thing is - like many others - I’d prefer it if I could have more than one project saved because I end up having to delete projects I’ve been working on for a while to make new ones. However I understand that this is meant to be like that and it probably can’t be improved. It is still the best home design app I have seen!!!

Lovely app

I really like this app and it’s fun. Love designing houses and rooms but one more thing could really push it so far if it had an option to add chimneys. I wish you could add a chimney like if you would add a wall or roof. I am having a tricky time on trying to work out to add one. Please make this happen. Thanks so much.

Takes me out annoying

The game is good and in my case I love to decorate houses which is why I downloaded the app but this is a big big but the game while playing takes you out you may be wondering what am I on about well let me tell you so when you are playing you cannot look at the blueprints then switch to walking around the house because it takes you out of the game I found this very very annoying and also you cannot look at the blueprints for the second floor or the third which then again it’s annoying and another thing that is annoying is that when you are walking around the house and you select an item you cannot turn it round without going on the blueprints so therefore it is hard to decorate the house because you have to keep switching from something to the other and when you do that it takes you out of the game and I think this is because you need a lot a lot of storage space and in my case it is limited so not very recommended

Its a good app and i paid for pro but it just keeps crashing!! Compressing my files still doesn’t stop all my trimble downloads from disappearing after uninstalling and reinstalling the app😤tired of losing my downloads and the app crashing starting to feel like i should have kept my money!

Great for beginners!

Love this app.

I downloaded the app to re-create the rooms in my flat and to decide whether I could fit future furniture purchases into the rooms. Or even just to check how my current furniture would fit if I wanted to move things around.

I have no experience with this type of application but it was very easy to understand and I was able to re-create my rooms perfectly. I imagine this would be an extremely powerful tool for people with some skill with this stuff!

I loved being able to create a VR model of my rooms, where I could explore the room as if I was standing in it!

Good but expensive

This app is great and realistic, but it’s really expensive and hard to use. The houses are amazing and it’s a shame you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to save it. It’s hard to use, because you have to do a bunch of things to turn something around, it’s hard to colour things and the floors are hard to fit. Otherwise great.

Very good game!

I love this game and I always play it. I have a few suggestions on what could be added in😊 I have always wanted to make every character lie down, and I’m not sure if it is possible, only with the male. Im just giving a suggestion for lying down positions for all the characters! Also, I would love to be able to have a baby character. It would be really cute and helpful for when you want to design a nursery and to put a baby character in it 😂

Can’t rotate the furniture

This is an amazing app. Except that i can’t rotate the furniture when I’m on the second floor it may just be that I’m on an I pad but its incredibly annoying. I also can’t change the floors and materials. But after that it’s an incredible app.

It’s okay🤷‍♀️

I am moving into a house which is turnkey, so I thought I would try and do some designing to get ideas running. I saw this app and decided to give it a try. The 2D floor plan is very good and is easy enough to use, but I cannot say the same for the 3D aspect of the app. The 3D controls are hard to use, there aren’t many modern material choices and making a kitchen is a pain. It’s all old fashion and extremely hard to use. I can’t say any more about the app because I gave up trying halfway through the kitchen. Floor plans were good. 3D was horrible and useless.

Needs more modern furnitures

Amazing app, just needs some more updated furnitures and outdoor items. Right am building my property in Mauritius but there’s no Fountain/Statues etc to put in my front yard. Also gym equipments as am also building a gym... maybe also have some realistic water in swimming pool? Other than that can’t fault this app. Great work team!

In app purchases

I think it’s a bit silly that we have to pay real money to get multiple houses saved. I downloaded this app to get different ideas for my roblox bloxburg house and I need multiple ideas. Even if you just changed it so that you can only have 2 houses saved would be fine too. And it’s not just the in app purchases that bother me, for my type of iPad it’s really hard to turn objects and to get them straight. Also i dont know how to get to the upper floor when on the non 3D one (I don’t know what it’s called) so can someone explain to me. Also how do I add colour to objects and walls.

Amazing app!!!!

This app is so cool I literally cannot get off it. I haven’t come across any in-app purchases yet. There is so much choice and creativity in this app. I really enjoy just messing around with different furniture. I think I might be an architect when I’m older because of how fun this has been.

Too many in app purchases

I really like this app and the things you can use it for are very broad it’s surprisingly easy to use and simple the only thing is without paying money you can only make one house I would really like it if it would be a bit clearer more obvious if you’re about to delete something after I accidentally tried to save something and then deleted it was very annoying also they push you to pay especially if you need to do more advanced houses with 3 or more floors. As said the app is easy and simple but if you want you make more advanced you have to pay. I recommend it especially to interior designers and architects who are willing to pay the 10- 20 pounds

Love this app!!!

Rly enjoy designing in this app even if I can only do one house without having to pay. There are tons of great materials and furniture but I would really like to see a few more armchairs and sofas. I would also really love for there to be the option of black leather and maybe some rose gold features. I think the walls and the way you can select parts of the floor is great but maybe there could be the option of an arch sort of doorway? :)

Also, I can’t quite figure out how to get a roof :)

Nice app

Designing out a renovation, easy to use app but I have some issues (these may be my own fault, or at worst positive criticism)

When pulling out the wall sizes the zoom bubble blocks the size dimensions which is really annoying.

I’m used to setting snap angles on other software, I have to manually wiggle everything to get them to 90 degree angles which slows it all away down. I’m going to purchase the full app though, hopefully these minor niggles are solvable. An option to set door sizes and freeze them at that size would be useful also.

Overall a great app, using this on IPad Pro 1. No glitches or problems running it so far.

I love this! Its a great game to have even if you don’t have premium! You don't need any wifi which is great and you can have it as landscape and portrait mode! It also has a massive variety of furniture to choose from!!!!!!!

Great home decor app with some limitations

It gives you a great idea of what your house will look like. The downsides - you can only work with one projects (limitation of the free version). Also, I couldn’t find how to rotate the house once I’ve drawn it on the plot.

I love this!

I’m using it to plan my new house. Designers normally don’t have time to spend trying to get it the most efficient. So I use this app to make a floorpan and plan for the placement of furniture.

Fit for purpose

It lets me redesign my rooms and see what the changes would look like. In the 3D view I can quickly make modifications and discuss with my family or contractors.

Great app for floor plans. AR is useless

I used the Mac software to create a detailed and to scale floor plan of the flat my girlfriend and I purchased which was perfect. I then saved the final floor plan in iCloud and was easily able to import the plan and show family the layout, however when trying to use the AR the app crashes instantly on both an iPhone 8 and a 2018 iPad. Incredibly frustrating that it’s so close to being the best design application but misses the mark by offering features it cannot support.

Ive been using CAD programs for over 10 years and I found this house design app quite easy to use. Its not hugely robust but it sure does get exactly what I wanted done accomplished.

Easy to use

Im not a designer and I decided to try this app because its free :) As first time user I found it to be easy to use and navigate. I was able to get a proof of concept for a design of my remodel in just one night, with no experience with home design apps before.

Excellent product

I was looking for an inexpensive application to do home layouts. Most things are pretty intuitive and there are very helpful tutorial videos. Creating walls, rooms and moving the same is really easy. Keep us the good work!

Intuitive and user friendly

Great for quick and simple layouts. I figured out how to use it and came up with a floorpan of our new apartment in less than an hour. Exactly what I was looking for!
