Fun game but steals money

Fun game, but several times I’ve noticed money has just vanished from my account. One minute I have 550,000 and then 350,000 when I haven’t played for a couple of days ... today another 100,000 went missing.
I’ve left the game on at the lobby and suddenly found it playing a game and of course I’m losing as I’m not actually expecting a game to start (cooking, washing hands, on the landline or whatever)
I’ve also noticed that the card scoring logic needs a little work. I’ve been at “Gin” but deadwood showed 11/50 ... I shuffle the cards in my hand and put them back in the same order and low and behold the game thinks I have Gin.
I broke my golden rule and bought some coin to play and am now regretting it as the game has basically just stolen the money back.
Also false advertising. The 500,000 bundle has had only 3 left for nearly a week ... even after I bought one of them

Fixed

In my opinion, this game is completely fixed. The last three games has had my ‘Opponent’ call with Gin after laying one card. I suspect this is designed to encourage me to buy coins. I’ve deleted the app.

Scammers

I had 6M coins and used to plant from Game Center using my Apple ID suddenly it shown after the bloody updating app two options only whether to use Facebook account or play as guest my coins is gone and I reached 64 level now shown from the beginning. Useless people and idiots tech support sending them email after email and no response and eventually one idiot tech told me that we will keep in touch with you and no answer since then almost 6 weeks now. I’m sorry it doesn’t really worth one star either.

Games Are Fixed

You lose too many games on the bounce for it to be fair. It is totally fixed and would not bother playing it. I have just played 20 games on the bounce and lost every single one - some how I don’t feel the odds are fair

Challenges

Don’t bother doing the challenges as there fixed. The wheel to spin always stops on the lowest one although its stops on the higher prize then rolls back.

Yes I agree with the person that said they feel that it’s riged I’ve had the same thing happen I’ve had two twos but they wasn’t coming out so I changed tactics soon as did they came out

Love the game

But I keep loosing connection even when I am still connected to wi fi and loosing the game, I had over 22.000 coins and I am now down to 56.000 in just a few days this is due to I haven’t won many games people knocking on card 2 so I am not convinced this is not rigged or there is a cheat for this game

Gin

I did enjoy the game but offering free coins then pressing only to find no coins available at this time. Send email responded it’s 3rd party and they would contact them. Still the same. No longer play due to this issue.

I downloaded this game as I enjoy Gin Rummy. Although when I downloaded it and opened the app, it took me through so much crap at the start that I deleted it. Quit with all the crap and let people play!!!

Time to sort out your algorithms

This used to be such a good game!! I haven’t played for a while to give you time to sort out your well publicised glitches, per the reviews which you obviously ignore. I NEVER play against a GUEST as if they’re so good to get the high scores they do surely they would have registered their name, or are they automated players based at Zynga. Your so called algorithm is obviously biased against your players so maybe needs to be revisited.

Frustratin at times

Unplayable due to crashing

The response you gave to a review entitled “it’s a fix” was not good customer service! It was sarcastic and uncalled for! If there’s one thing I hate is bad customer service. Without the p,Ayers you wouldn’t have a game. Be nice!

A week without access!

I'd been playing this game regularly but the glitches were getting worse and now I can't even access the app. It just seems to stick at the loading screen. My only consolation is it 'should' be backed up on My FB account.
Updated to add that the Devs have put a fix in place quickly and I've now got access and my progress. Great work, Michael K. 👍

No change even after updates

Does nobody ready these reviews because there are a few disgruntled players here who are sick of the way this game is going. I have just played a game for 8000 coins. I did not win one hand, but more importantly before I had even laid two cards my opponent had gin. Definately one sided. I would never coins as I feel the game is fixed. It asks you to play big but you can’t e=en win a hand. Very disappointing. Needs to be erased.

Zynga play the game, making you play the cards they want you to play, they say it’s random cards know way they are, some people buy coins to play and they lose the lot in know time, so as to be made to buy more if they want to carry on, it’s crap

What’s the problem with ‘refresh’?

The game keeps saying refresh, problem with connecting to internet. My friends game is saying the same and then when she opened the app this morning it had taken all her money and scores and friends, and gone back to level 1 ! I don’t want to open my app now in case the same thing happens.

Unfair rules

I used to love this game. However, I have read people comments about unfair games and started noticing this as well. When the card you were waiting for comes right after you discarded the similar card or how player with much lower scores always win. Another thing I found out is that Undercut rule doesn’t apply every time. Imagine you got gin, but you don’t go gin and just let other player play. If he goes gin on his turn and you have gin, so score is 0:0 u don’t get 25 points for undercut. Although you opponent gets 25 points for gin. I truly believe this is unfair..!!!!!

Unhappy.

I have been playing for over 6 months and have loved the app.
I was feeling a bit devil may care one night and bought in in app package. I placed the whole stake on a single game. Once loaded, the game disappeared and so did the stake. Can’t find details to contact. Won’t play again.
