Having spent hours and hours/days on my book i finally got round to the cover. The picture wasn’t right so I deleted it and without any warning the whole book disappeared! Serious design fault. I am very very sad..😢

I have been getting free prints for over a year now and for this years Mother’s Day I thought I would get my daughter a book off her children full of photos of them from when they were babies, my granddaughter is 7 this year and my twin grandsons are 4 this year, but I think what got her as she was looking through the pictures was her beloved Staffordshire Bull terrier we lost to prostate cancer in November 2017, it was the picture of him when she seen it, she fell to pieces, memories are forever and seeing her face of her children her dog and her nan on the back cover with herself as a 3 year old was a picture I will hold in my memory and my iPhone forever. I will be getting my granddaughter a big photo album this year either for her birthday or Christmas it’s of the last 3 holidays she came on with myself and pop-pop. They are sturdy backed but you have to be delicate around children as the pages are paper but on the whole a brilliant buy and I can honestly say as my daughter’s book said on the front cover “ The adventure begins” love the book and will be getting many more as memories are forever xxx

I liked the book and how I could build it, but I do wish I could have text and photos on the same page. Some photos need an explanation with them. I think I will find somewhere else to do this.

I am absolutely FURIOUS. I have ordered a Photobook and the cover of the book is of our pictures, but the inside pictures are someone else’s! From this, we can assume that someone else has received their Photobook with their own cover and OUR content.
We get photobooks printed that are memories that we want to keep as a family. Prints we have ordered include pictures of me underdressed/in bra, along with my undressed 5 month old baby. These are NOT pictures I would want ANYONE else to see! These are images that I WOULD NEVER DREAM of putting on social media or sharing with ANYONE! There was also a picture that my partner took of me and my baby sleeping in bed, precious memories for OUR EYES ONLY! FreePrints Photobooks have clearly mixed up orders and have sent our pictures to someone else!
I feel this is a MASSIVE and GROSS breach of our privacy as a family. The company has a duty of care to their customers to ensure data protection for their images that they entrust the business with; this is a gross act of negligence.

I ordered two wedding albums 11x8 size. As a front cover I used a print showing the couples names and date of marriage. When the albums arrived half of the groom’s name was missing.
The print I submitted clearly showed the complete text.
I would definitely not recommend this company for photo books or albums that are important or contain your precious memories.
Very poor customer service too.

I decided to order a hardback book of photos of my late wife and I. The original Free offer looked good but I decided to go for the hardback. At £5 plus postage what had I got to lose?
The end result was a surprising and wonderful book of memories of some of our times together. Marvellous and thanks to you for this!

Did a book for my daughter’s 21st with photos from both to present day and added comments underneath, was worried as some photos were not the best quality and was advised to chose another photo, however I ignored this as did not have better quality photos. When the book came the photos were really good quality, so was absolutely thrilled. Did a hard back version, my daughter absolutely loved it💕😀

Falsely advertising postage and slow service

I placed the order for an 8x6 hard cover photo book on 22/03/2019 and had to pay £6.99 for postage (already thinking that’s quite expensive for that’s length of delivery) however I needed the item by the 29th so went through with it. Today the 27th I got an email assuming saying it’s being delivered today or has just been delivered. However it actually said it won’t arrive until the 30th making its useless. I have tried to contact someone about this however received no response, big waste of time and money especially when the pictures only come out in average quality anyway.
