La app Mi Sanitas cuida de nuestros clientes ofreciéndoles una forma más independiente para gestionar de manera autónoma todos los aspectos relacionados con su salud, en cualquier momento y desde cualquier lugar de manera rápida, fácil y sencilla.
Las gestiones que nuestros clientes pueden hacer a través de Mi Sanitas son:
Pedir citar con su médico, reprogramarlas y cancelarlas.
Consultar su cuadro médico para buscar médicos, hospitales y otros centros asistenciales así como clínicas dentales.
Consultar centros médicos con servicios de urgencias más cercanos.
Consultar los informes médicos así como las recetas de farmacia.
Solicitar reembolsos y autorizaciones.
Consultar recibos y copagos.
Actualizar los datos personales.
Acceder a la tarjeta digital.
Ceder permisos a otros beneficiarios de la póliza para que realice las gestiones en su nombre.
También incorporamos, según producto contratado, innovación en servicios de medicina digital como Monitoriza tu Salud, Cuida tu Mente, Medición de Constantes Vitales, Evaluador de Síntomas, Consulta digital (videoconsulta y consulta telefónica), …
Para hacer un correcto uso de Mi Sanitas solicitamos los siguientes permisos:
Calendario: para guardar las citas en la agenda.
Ubicación: para mostrar los médicos y centros más próximos.
Fotos/multimedia/archivos: para que puedas subir documentos en distintas secciones de Mi Sanitas.
Cámara: para que puedas hacer una foto de los documentos y los puedas adjuntar desde tu dispositivo.
Micrófono: para que puedas realizar videocosultas
Nuestra aplicación usa HealtKit para poder actualizar tu información Salud de forma automática.
Y otros datos requeridos que permiten que puedas disfrutar de un correcto uso de Mi Sanitas.

Terrible
It is the worse app I have ever had. Nothing works. Absolutely nothing works. You can’t book the appointment. Never have times to book anything. When you book the video call doesn’t work. You can’t chat. You can’t go to the waiting room. Literally nothing works. It is so so annoying.

Unbelievably dreadful app
Backed by unbelievably dreadful software backed by unbelievably dreadful support…. 12 months now and still they keep losing policies everytime they try to fix it something else stops working my wife cant get both of her policies visible either. I only have a dental card as they say there is an error in the identical address for health and the bank have been trying for a year now to get Sanitas to fix it. It truly is the worst software I have ever come across and I am a software developer of over 30 years.

La app es genial, fácil de usar y tienes toda la asistencia que necesitas en un clic. Facilita la elección de médicos y obtener citas cuando es más conveniente para ti además de la opción de videoconferencia que para consultas viene genial y no te tienes que desplazar.

It take forever to log in on this app, I deleted the app reloaded it and for a very short duration it worked until the problem reoccurred where you can’t log in.

Sanitas raves about being good for English users but in the end they sell it to you and have nothing to offer in English. If the app were in English it might possibly be worth it...otherwise trash.

No option to change app into English, so it’s useless unless you can speak Spanish.

Functional, but not internationalised
Only available in Spanish and you aren’t available to set persistent filters like City or the doctors’ languages.
They let you search for things like speciality, but not routine things like “Eye Test”.

Instalé ayer la app para pedir cita online y pude hacerlo. Hoy abro la app para realizar la cita online y no puedo. La app se cierra nada mas abrirse. Con lo que pago me parece absurdo que una empresa así tenga un fallo como este. Toca renovar el equipo de desarrollo, o mejor dicho el de testeo.

Silly app no language option
I find It very inconvenient that a health insurance company for people who are from different countries would not have an option for language change ... I can use it to a degree but there are some options I struggle with as Spanish is not my mother tongue

Puede cambiar fechas de según que citas etc ! En el 2020 donde prima el mundo online , todos los servicios deberían hacerse mediante la app!!! Pero bueno es España , no esperaba menos de un país del sur de Europa , siendo español siento vergüenza. Como siempre esto no lo mirará nadie y a los clientes mientras paguen , que es lo que importa para la compañía , lo demás les da completamente igual .

Useless app. Too many updates
Every single time I open this app there’s a compulsory app update before I can use it. Utter rubbish and comes from a dodgy company that makes it practically impossible to cancel your insurance policy.

Perfect private Health App
Love this app, everything I need for my residency paperwork and general use. Navigation is straight forward and easy. Would be good for English translation, but no hassle. If they can add the card to the Apple Passport - I’d be ever happier! Keep up the great work and development 🙂

Premises are good, but it doesn’t even work when you try to book an appointment. It’s also very slow (on iPhone7).
