Won’t let me register
I am on iOS and I cannot register as the keyboard takes up half the screen and covers the register button - wish I read the reviews before I downloaded. If you want people to use you app actually make it useable!!

Register
The app won’t let me register as I can’t scroll down far enough to click the register button (it’s behind my keyboard)
Also they don’t have the option to put ‘other’ or combine courses on the course thing. I want to do PPE but on this app would have to choose one of the three subjects, something which can look bad to universities who want people to be engaged in all areas.

This app was not of good use to me, attempted on several occasions to input grades and it did not work

This app gave me in accurate information and was difficult to use, the ucas point calculator didn’t work so it’s not helpful

I purchased this app a few days ago for results day but it will not let me create an account and the app keeps shutting down.

Doesn’t let me sign up
Every time I time to make an account it doesn’t let me as I click on subject on interest and no options come up, even when I singed in as a guest no information actually shows up just grey space. This happened on all the devices I download the app on

Broken registration
Can’t choose subject of interest (screen goes dark and nothing comes up). Also when I choose “university” the app crashes please fix it before Thursday results coming through.

Convenient yet inconvenient
The app is great and has its uses, but when the course title is too long it’s impossible to read it because it’s cut off, very annoying.

It’s good but missing somethings
I like the app layout and also how easy it is to use however some universities like Wolverhampton and Birmingham university’s don’t come up so unfortunately I cant compare them, also there’s not a lot of information about courses like how much ucas points are needed.

Stick to the Which? Website
There are courses in clearing that appear on the Which? Website and on the universities’ websites that don’t appear on the app. However, I do like the idea of ringing directly from the app.

Good but not great
Hello, the app has so much potential and I can really see how it would help on results day however my course isn’t on their! Criminology is becoming really popular and so I think it would be really beneficial for this to be added because at the moment for me it’s unusable!!

I spoke to a man named Owen and he was outstanding at find what my problem was. He contacted throughout the past couple of days and made sure I was informed of every step he made. The app is perfect for me and the layout is so clear and tight!! It’s way easier than the traditional method of using UCAS l.

Needs fixing
A good app, but when creating an account it does not give you the option to choose Creative Writing as your ‘subject of interest’. Please fix this.

Great but needs updated!
This App is a holy grail for people going through clearing! You can compare and contact uni’s all through the app, instead of having to do it all yourself. The only downside is I am wanting to study Nutrition, and as a subject of interest, Nutrition is not on the list :( Nonetheless I still used the app and found a place!! Another thing to consider adding would be a “Scottish” option, as many of us Scots would only like to go to a Scottish uni (tuition fees!!)

Needs improvement
UCAS points calculator crashes every time I try to open it. Lost my list of saved universities. Difficult to navigate. Better off just using the traditional method of seeking things out for yourself without an app.

University of west England (UWE) isn’t on the uni list so I am unable to create an account

Unfortunately I’d have to give it 1 star as in the list of subjects it doesn’t include Film as a subject which is what I plan to study. This therefore has made me unable to sign up.

I read great reviews of this app so I tried to register and in order to register you have to give your course interest from a list but there was no list so I cannot register. Will be uninstalling if this is not fixed.

Best uni app ever
This app was a godsend when it came to deciding as it let me save uni details, compare universities instead of having to do all the research myself and check things that are important to me. I could look up courses or universities, and contact the universities through the app instead of the trouble of calling them up individually and going through the same things again. Life changer for applying to university!

It's really useful to see the application numbers for universities. I also like the fact that the numbers for the unis are in the app so you don't have to keep coming out of the app and trying to google them.

Rubbish
Emails people asking to leave 5* reviews for free prizes and then after the review is complete, sends out another email saying they refuse to send out prizes. Don't get reviews the normal way have to con people to get them.
