Wanted this for one thing
All I wanted this app for is to get notified on deals. Got a sage bambino plus saved and get notified every so often saying it’s on sale for £200 but it in reality it is on for £399. If you go to the page you can tell it’s getting the wrong price, instead of getting the sale price it gets the cash back amount which is up to £200.
It’s really not that difficult to check the price programmatically especially with AI to get it more accurate. I would code something up but I am too lazy.

Used to be so good but broken now
I’ve been using this app for ages and it was always so good and worked so well, but since January 2024 it’s been notifying me about sales that simply don’t exist. It’ll tell me an item I saved is on sale for a massive (too good to be true) discount, when it’s not. I go to the website to check it out and it’s always still full price or out of stock. It makes it impossible to use the app now, which is such a shame.

Regularly gets the price very wrong or tells me something is on sale/back in stock when it’s not and is actually discontinued. It’s kinda the apps only job so pointless if they can’t get it right.

Not as good as it used to be
Initially this app was amazing! Alerts would land the second items went on sale and I got amazing bargains. However this last year it’s gone downhill. Alerts are often days after items have gone on sale (I discovered them myself rather than via the app), the icon often won’t disappear even after I’ve opened the app, and then we have the pointless ‘you may also like these things’ addition. No, I don’t like those things as they are nothing like what I am saving. Please return to the old days when this app was amazing!

Experience has gone downhill
Feed full of things I didn’t save which should not be the first thing I see when I open a personal wish list app and lots of dark ux patterns like the new notification icon which will not go away.

If zero stars could be given… This app used to be good sending alerts when items went on sale. It slowly became unusable. Alerts were always sent after items were out of stock and now it has become a waste of time as it has further gone downhill and there are no longer notification alerts. Better off doing a check for your items without this useless app. It is no longer the app it used to be. Will be deleting it.

Absolute rubbish that insists I’m in the US
Coupons for US stores, no detail on the coupon eg just says “10% off at John Lewis” when that is for specific merchandise types only, directs to US stores not UK stores, wild claims of savings that don’t exist.
These kinds of scam apps need for better legislation around them.

Be careful about your personal data
The app is basically useless. It only collect your data according to your clicks and many other elements and share it with other parties. Basically it does not do anything, it only collects your data.
The process of removing your account is also difficult. It has a section and a button to delete your account but the page does not load anything when you press delete account button. Don't share your personal data for no reason.

Keeps having issue
The app doesn’t work properly. It regularly does not track price drops (the price of a saved item will be lower, sometimes by 50% but the app won’t register it). Once it deleted all my saved items and put a random item in shekel instead. I’ve already had to contact customer services 3 times since I downloaded it, so it is not worth it for me.

Don’t waste your time
Advertised discounts at Aldi. Downloaded the app and only showed me Aldis deals. It only show coupons for places that most people never actually shop from. I downloaded it to save money on my weekly food shop. It hasn’t helped at all. Just wasted time.

Shoptagr was better
This app was miles better when it was Shoptagr. Ever since it’s changed to Karma it only gets worse. First I had problems with certain retailers eg Zara saved with USD currency when mines set to GBP, this led to false reduction notifications when the price was the same. I then couldn’t delete items without the whole page refreshing and bringing me to the top which is so time consuming.
Now with the new update they’ve gotten rid of the retailer and brand filters when the search function was abysmal to begin with as it doesn’t pull up the item you are thinking of 90% of the time! That’s most of the functionality gone for me as I use this as a wish list.
They don’t always notify you of the price reductions until days after they’ve happened which means if the item is popular it goes out of stock before you can buy it as the keener buyers who manually check got first dibs.
I guess it’s still better than nothing but seriously lacking compared to the predecessor.

Love the new design, however…
Karma has been an absolutely phenomenal app for shopping wants and needs. I’m absolutely loving the new design, however I would like the filter button to include some of the previously available filters - viewing by brand or retailer and sorting alphabetically. I’m currently reorganising my saves and the above filters come in so handy for things like that, as well as accidental duplicates.

It’s terrible. You can’t track when things are back in stock. Half of the time, products I wanted to add didn’t show up in the app even though they had ‘added’. And when I asked customer service for help, they basically said they couldn’t help and didn’t know what to do. The resolution was ‘close the app and open it again’. A classic!

Great until it stopped allowing me to add stuff
I use this on my iPad to make a list of items to buy for stuff like travel and photography.
It was great as I have a hub for all my items tracking but it stopped allowing me to add items to my lists. I tried in Safari didn’t work then in the Chrome and it didn’t work. This app needs to get the bug fixed as it is making it not work as it should be.

It’s a good app… a great app, even…
When it works it’s fantastic.
It used to be great and I don’t recall there being the same errors that there are now when I first started using it.
The errors I experience are as follows:
-Incorrect pricing of items on the app
-Constant notifications of the same items on sale even if the prices haven’t changed. I’ll have over 10 emails about the same item day after day. Really annoying
-In contrast to the last issue, some items will go on sale and I won’t get notification at all

I made an account after I started using it and had some items already saved but every time I go back onto the app, it says there an error 1000 wrong login and/or password when I didn’t log out in the first place and I couldn’t even try to log in after. The app closes and I open it again and I have to log back again which takes a very long time when I just want to check something. It was better before I made an account

Definitely recommend it keeps track of everything you want to buy, you add it to lists to keep them organised and it lets you know when it’s on sale, back in stock, low in stock, when the shops on sale etc. It adds onto loads of shops and is pretty easy to link it onto google, safari or apps on phone or computer!

SO many websites/apps don’t give you the option to sign up for notifications when back in stock, this has been a life saver for me! Used it for years mainly on ASOS (if something is already out of stock doesn’t allow you to add to wish list for notifications)

New update is rubbish.
Honestly, this used to be the best App. They would tell me when an item was back in stock and when it was reduced almost immediately. I was got so many bargains because I would hop on a notification and get my item. Now, their homepage is all shops, rather than your saved items, and things come back into stock and I miss them as they never give me a notification or any update on price drops. One dress I bought and have had saved in the Shoptagr app for almost a year, dropped a significant amount and it is three days later and there is still no notification. I have had to go back to just saving tabs and checking on items I want to buy by myself.

How did I shop before this app?!
I first checked out Shoptagr after watching the YouTuber Sophie Shohet talk about the app in her videos. She’s very trustworthy so I thought I’d give it a go! Through Shoptagr I’ve ended up saving money on items I really want, plus I’ve managed to get hold of hard to buy items when limited stock comes back as the app notifies you when a saved item is back in stock! Have got all my Christmas shopping items ready and waiting on a Shoptagr list for deals & sales!

Good app but could be better
I love using this app I can store all my favourite items I want to buy when I get paid and I love the fact it tells you when your favourite item goes on sale, the only problem I have is that it doesn’t tell you when an item is sold out, so then I go to buy the item and when it takes me to the website then I find out the item no longer available or my size is no longer available.

App needs improvement
Good app in theory however needs a lot of improvement. Not able to customise notifications to the stores you want to follow specifically. A lot of notifications that were irrelevant to me and then no notifications for half yearly sales like Burberry, Saint Laurent and Givenchy. Sales for products/items that I saved were inaccurate, a lot of the time it was showing a product on sale when it wasn’t. App didn’t show or send notifications for quick sales on websites like LuisaViaRoma that often do “1hour 30% off codes”.

Bring back the old Shoptagr
Although the design of this current version is more sleek and modern, it’s functionality is completely useless!
Most times you don’t have the option to select an item in your size so you know when your size is in stock or on sale
You don’t have the option to ask to be notified when an item is back in stock just of “price changes”
I believe these filters played a vital role in the initial success of this app
The old version of this app was so good and really user friendly. Just bring it back. Thanks.

Good - but could be better
I am enjoying this app - it lists a really good range of shops/brands from H&M at one end of the scale through to high end and designer, and flags up when an item you have tagged has been reduced. However I have found it makes mistakes - it sometimes tells you that something you want is reduced when it’s only reduced in a colour you don’t want, which leads to disappointment. For example it’s telling me that the Tory Burch Robinson tote is 20% off, but when I visited the online shop it was not reduced in the black or tan version. The app would be better if it were more accurate.

Flawed
As a UK user, I notice it shows items that are ‘out of stock’ but when I check, they are in stock. Then come the useless alerts that the item is back in stock... 🙄 I’ve taken to just using it as a list, like bookmarks and checking items myself as it doesn’t alert me to sales or true stock levels. It has been helpful finding discount codes when I purchase items. Otherwise, a rather flawed and dysfunctional app! Much potential if these issues could be resolved.

The App doesn’t let you add the size
A good App which not only notifies you if the item goes on sale, but also has coupons which you can automatically redeem when checking out! Please add the option of choosing the size of the item when saving an item on a phone or through the App. Currently you have to visit the desktop site and add the size, which is a bit tedious. Otherwise a great App!

Priceless
Probably one of the best apps you’ll ever download. I’ve always thought online shopping to be a chore, when you have to go from one store to another and work within the time you’re given to save items in your cart. With this app I can put together a whole collection and see it at a glance before I make my purchases. I wished for something like this and here it is!

Great concept but not real time, thus useless
As a user based in the UK I don’t think this app was designed to work for us here.
I never receive real time notifications:
- I get alerted when an item goes on sale but when I’m redirected, it’s not
- Similarly, I’m not alerted when certain items go on sale but on many occasions I’ve followed the link just to check to find out it actually IS on sale
- Does not give me real time updates when an item has sold out (instead I get an alert to say item is on sale but when I’m redirected it’s actually sold out.
- Doesn’t hold my currency preference in £
- Doesn’t hold my saved size preference
One pro is that I have often saved a fair bit using the browser extension as it’s found me codes on checkout that I would have not known about otherwise
If this app had the technology for real time for UK users this would be fantastic but currently is very counter productive and the constant barrage of irrelevant and false notifications is getting a bit frustrating

Useless
Great concept but I’m sorry to say the app is useless. I didn’t get any notification when something I saved went in the sale and the notifications I do get are useless. I don’t really care about sales at Bloomingdales as I live in London! Also I tried to save my actual size for the items I’m interested in, but for some of them it’s impossible to change the size the app randomly saved, so I would get a notification for a size 18 if notifications worked when I’m a size 10. Complete waste of time!

Delayed Notifications
Initially I thought Shoptagr was great saving myself money, I loved adding my wanted items to one place then getting notified that those items were on sale, reduced or back in stock only it stopped notifying me, I checked to make sure all my notifications were on incase they’d been turned off. ( they hadn’t ) then I’d get the odd too late notification only by the time this happened the item had sold out. Which was very frustrating. I’m thinking of deleting it unless things improve, it’s just a waste of time right now.

This app is extremely good it helps me out so much when developing my style and keeping the items I want in order. However, I have to say that when you first download the app your items might not show up on your shopping list at first. It isn’t a major thing as the items soon appeared!

It’s gone downhill
It used to be one of my most used apps. I loved it because you could save things and add it to your lists automatically, but then they updated it. It meant that if you were on ASOS you couldn’t add it to one of your lists without going onto the app which is fine, however once you’re on the app you can’t view the entire list in order to share it with friends or family for Christmas or even to see what’s on it so you can remove things if you don’t want it on that list anymore. I’m honestly so disappointed that I’m about to delete the app. It’s not worth it anymore unfortunately.

I honestly thought this would be one of those apps that lots of you tubers and influencers were promoting but it would be quite useless however I’ve only had it 2 days and I’ve already started saving everything to it! Good concept app as it makes tagging and listing items easy and all in one place BUT it has LOADS of bugs/problems as it doesn’t tag a lot of items even if it saves “saved item”. Defeats the purpose of convenience as I always have to go on the Shoptagr app after saving an item from a website to ensure that it is there. Very frustrating and annoying! And it takes a while to load items and images once saved! Please fix all the bugs developers!

Really good app
i heard First when I see on many YouTubers always rave about how good this app. So I download myself To see how good this app really was, I am telling you is great when item of clothing on sale or back in stock they tell you straight away. also they have coupons on certain stores all around the globe and tell when big fashion retailers have sales 😊💕

Good App but...
I think this is a very good app. I’m only giving it 3 stars because I find it very difficult to find stores that are in my country only. There are loads of stores on the app (which is good) but it takes ages to find stores in my country. It would be good to be able search for a particular store, to filter the kinds of stores you are looking for and filter by country as well. I’ll update my review when this happens.

Good but
I find the app really helpful and for the most part works well, however, the whole point of the app - to tell you when items come back in stock or when they are reduced in price - is undermined by the fact that the email notifications alerting you to these event are always late, as in, the items are normally sold out again by the time I get notified that they were restocked. If we could get more up to date notifications it would be 5 star.

A decent shopping app
Very handy to make your own wish list that combines multiple sites, especially with the alerts when items go on sale etc... Have found that some items perform better with the app than others as some links appear to break occasionally. Unclear if that’s the app or the originating site.
All in all a great app to have!

Great but could be better
Love the idea of having lists of things from different websites in one place, one thing I and a friend think this app would really benefit from is the option to share your list with other people. As you can tick off when you have something it would be a great way to share a wish list if people are looking to buy you something

Good concept, poor execution
Every time I try to add something to Shoptagr using safari, it freezes safari. So I try again, the same thing happens except now it adds 3 or 4 copies of the item to Shoptagr and safari still freezes.
Their back in stock email alert also came through 2 or so hours after the back in stock email from the retailer themselves.
Until these important bugs are fixed, it’s not worth it!

This app has great potential but in my experience, it only works when it wants to. For example I saved many items from pretty little thing and misguided but most of them didn’t save and the there was a few which I didn’t even save that had just appeared out of no where. The notifications don’t work properly as it didn’t tell when certain items won’t on sales.

Facilitating my shopping addiction
It gets really difficult wanting to buy lots of different products from lots of different brands. This is what I turned to after writing dozens of lists, and I’m so happy to have switched to this app! I can add anything I want as long as it’s on a site that works with the app. I was worried that either there wouldn’t be many compatible shops or that there’d be sketchy sites that you can use, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised about both. You also have someone to chat to directly if there are any questions or problems which is so helpful and overall I’m really pleased.

Unreliable information & poor customer service
They kept sending notifications that a pair of boots I wanted were on sale- they weren't. They didn't seem bothered about updating their systems despite my efforts to notify them that their information was incorrect. I don't think they saw it as a big deal. They took forever to respond to emails too. Very, very poor customer service. I've deleted my app but if you use then please be wary and recheck with the original site on the prices. Shoptagr information should not be taken as red.

If you love shopping you must get this app
I already saved hundreds of pounds since I signed up with them. You have to be quick once
you get the email alert. I even found hidden sales that was not advertised on some shopping websites. If you love shopping and you ll get the bargain! Highly recommended app!

So good!!
This app is so helpful!! I don't even put things in my basket anymore I just put it on my lists and my item will stay there and update me on prices and stocks until I buy or delete it. I can see my all the clothes and shoes I want easily as I do love shopping. It's also really easy to use as it explains how it works. I defiantly recommend this app for people who like shopping or just like to look at clothes.
