Snappy Shopper is an ordering app for placing orders with your local mini convenience stores.
Simply search your for your local stores, build your order with this easy user friendly app. Then checkout and sit back and relax whilst your convenience shopping is brought to your doorstep.
A wide range of items can be ordered from food and drink to magazines and a range of other diverse items.
Notes:
- The sale of alcohol will be restricted to the licensing hours.
- This app also contains functionality for our delivery drivers to sign in, process assigned orders and track their location. The app does not track the movement of customers.

I have downloaded the app and placed an order only I can’t seem to pay by card. Read the reply to the bank not having the same postcode?! I’ve checked and checked to make sure I put in all the right details and still can’t pay by card🙄

What a brilliant idea! My Items were delivered in exactly 16 minutes. The driver was very friendly and I enjoyed my Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc! Highly recommend this app!

FANTASTIC!!!!
I have to admit that I am almost a daily shopper as I am disabled it’s great to know that I can put an order in and if the shop doesn’t have the item they will call you to see if they can help in any way they can.
I must be extremely lucky as I have never had to wait anymore than 15 minutes.
Excellent service from shop throughout to your door.

Helpful
Great for when you fancy some chocolate but don’t fancy leaving the house. However they say it should take 30-45 mins but I’m having to wait just over an hour? Also had trouble paying by card and checked that my details where okay so had to pay with cash

Awful service
Used the snappy shopper in Dundee at Spar Whitfield. Picked delivery time of 12.30-12.50 and order accepted. The got email to say would be dispatched at 2.20. Called shop and spoke to extremely unprofessional girl who said driver doesn’t start til 1.30. Well change your delivery times on the app then. No apology so cancelled order. Should add this is the second time this has happened. Do not use this service in Dundee. Very disorganised and unprofessional.
Gave this another try today and same appalling service. They advertise delivery times and once you pay it’s changed, by over 90mins. Phoned to cancel and girl couldn’t give a damn. Would give zero stars if I could !

Fast delivery, brilliant service
What a lovely guy we had delivering our order. I was contacted firstly to let me know one of my items wasn’t available and then the chap who delivered was brilliant and very friendly. When he thought something in our bag may have accidentally been broken, he returned with some free twix for us.

Brilliant service especially if you ran out alcohol or cigarettes and can't drive to the shop. Delivery can take longer than stated though.

Unreliable service and bad customer support
Ordered twice and both times the delivery driver took an hour and a half, despite the business claiming delivery in 30-60 minutes. Both times an item was missing from the order, and when I tried to get in touch with the business they were less than helpful and refused to give me the missing item and insisted on a refund rather than giving me the item as it was not ‘viable’ for the driver to deliver it, even though it was their own error that meant I was missing out. Bad service would definitely not recommend.

App is good , can be quick can take ages ! But be good if can pre order alcohol for after ten cause it isn’t getting sold if it’s before ten . Would make a lot more money that way

Handy as feck
I love this app, came across it by accident. I’ve used this app many many times, mostly for booze when I can’t be arsed or over the limit to drive to the shops. Never had any problems with it so far.

Convenient
Convenient when you want something without having to leave the house. Not so convenient when you don't have a lot of time. Delivery time is always super long but if you have a couple of hours to kill it's fine 😅

Dundee area- Estimated delivery over an 80minutes, currently over half an hour late and still waiting. Reoccurring issue with this shop. Excellent app in theory, yet let down by service at the other end!

I placed my first order at 18:20 10/07/2017 and it arrived at 18:47. I live in Aberdeen (UK). This could be the way forward for smaller shops / convenience stores to thrive. What a fantastic idea. I can't believe how easy it was to place the order and how quickly the order arrived. Thank you!

Used this app three times. Now it may be a local thing but all 3 occasions took over 2 hours and all 3 times the order was wrong. Not only a little wrong; advertised brands then delivered budget brands and also delivers completely wrong items. Will not be using again. Poor poor poor.

Phoned them to see where my order was - 2 hours late - only to be told they wouldn't be making a delivery (after I'd revived a confirmation email) Wilk never use again and will be telling friends/family also never to use.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP Worst food service ever
I downloaded this app thinking that it was something new and worthwhile and had only one slightly decent experience. All of the other times I have ordered they have taken 90min + to even confirm an order not to mention when you try to call and sort it they yell at you, give you a fake number, and then ignored my calls. I would never recommend this and am ashamed they even consider themselves an option to consumers

Absolutely awful, never had a shop deliver everything I ordered, they always still charge full price and the app has no way of dealing with this, other than having you personally call the shop and complain. Would not recommend to anyone.

Convenient
Tried it out for the first time and it's great!
I did shopping and forgot a couple of things so just ordered them on here.
Cheap, so handy, got pretty much everything you'd expect and it was quick (said it be up to an hour and was here in like 20-30 mins) will probably use again.

Not impressed
Ordered from here many times and they consistently mess up or miss out items from order. Then they substitute items without asking if we would like what they have chosen instead. Getting embarrassing having to keep phoning after the order is wrong for it to be corrected. Then have to wait 45 minutes + for the correct items to be delivered. Not impressed.

Brilliant app
Used a few times and always quick delivery. Very handy when stuck at home for whatever reason. Delivery shop call if item unavailable & offer alternative. Be even better if could pay via PayPal.

Love this app!
I've used this app several times and had perfect service and speedy delivery every time.
Quite often stuck home with little ones and need something from the shops but don't want to wait next day for a Tesco or Asda delivery.
This is a brilliant service for anyone who just can't get out to the shop easily. Super fast, within the hour and cheap delivery!

I have used this app around ten times so far. I'm a single working mum and this app has helped me so much to know I always can just order from home the necessities for the girls. The service is quick and easy and there's rarely been a mistake and if so they correct it happily. Snappy has my vote all the way!!! 😁

Great idea
Love this app, have ordered several times and every order has been spot on and arrived in under 30 mins. We have a family of 6 and one car so if one of us is out it's a knightmare if we need something in urgently such as milk for our 1 yr olds night time feed, so grateful to have such a convenient option like this!
