Glitchy Sandals app
This app worked fine at first but now seems erratic and glitchy. It won’t show my vacation details and I can’t access the resort map. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but no change.

App is poor
The app is virtually useless. We have to log on to main sandals website to find out info. The app should tell us everything that is happening throughout the day & night & where, Evening entertainment, what restaurants are open now (lunchtime) and tonight so we can make decisions days or hours before as necessary to us to plan for our holiday. For example, We need to know the time of the wine tasting today and cannot find this anywhere! I suggest that app developer looks at the app for the Excellenc Group of hotels to show how it should be done. Only rating one star as cannot post zero

Simply The Best
Fantastic resort . Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Food, drinks , rooms , whole resort excellent.
Impeccable customer service and very helpful & friendly staff.
Great management team , Peter, Matthew, Victor etc .Always visible ensuring resort runs smoothly.
We are extensively travelled . Having stayed in over 50 , 5 star resorts across the Caribbean & Mexico this resort stands above the rest overall. Very consistent across the board. It was our 2nd time at this resort and was as great as last year.

This hotel is a complete let down,was sold as 5 star luxury but far from it more like 2 star, room old and in need of a complete overhaul mould in bathroom, cracks in basin tv not working

Very enjoyable, but not without problems
We stayed for a few days in one of the boutique hotels close to the Pitons before coming to Sandals. There are several aspects of the hotel we like very much: the location, the hotel layout and facilities, excellent food in the restaurants we tried so far. The restaurant staff helpful and polite. The gardens and the beach kept spotless and clean. Well done!
However. We booked a club room with an ocean view. After checking in we discovered that the view was actually mainly of a car park and a very busy and noisy road, with the ocean in the distance. When we complained we were told that this was what Sandals classified as ‘ocean view’ and we should have selected ‘beach view’ instead (how were we to know?!), we asked to be moved but our request was denied. So a piece of advice to anyone booking with Sandals: check carefully what you are reserving and do not be fooled by the description ’ocean view’ as this is not what you are getting!
A few other imperfections. Some staff are not very friendly, in fact some were plainly rude. The hotel has insufficient number of deck chairs, unless you are prepared to get up early morning and fight for them. The lift in our section broke down and no one seemed interested in repairing it.
Finally, there is a lot of noisy ‘entertainment’. I appreciate some people may actually enjoy it, but if it is quietness and tranquility you are expecting, you might be disappointed.
But we still gave it four stars as the positives were strong!

Upon completing my online check in vis the sandals app I was required to agree to the terms and conditions. However, there was no link from this page to access them so I I had to agree to them blind.
Up to that point I have nothing but compliments for the app.

The app Was down a lot over christmas but usually works very well. Good way of keeping track of bookings and points. In the uk however, remember this talks straight to the US so not to be used for booking queries etc.

Amazing in every way
This was our first trip to the Bahamas and to sandals emerald bay. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff, food and activities are all first class. You won’t be disappointed.

Your customer services team have the full story. Shadey ( spelling might be wrong sorry). Settings great, scuba great (but super unhappy I have to pay $140 to do a safety check which should be free), evening entertainment very good. Food mostly OK except Teppanyaki with below average food. Big reason we will not return and warn others is the main pool PA and rave music which goes on for 5 hours is deafening and totally destroys any feeling of relaxing tranquility. Cannot go to quieter areas as no service and no bathroom. We look forward to leaving

Hi. I write this after a recent update which as normal as erased all input details I have gathered such as linking my loyalty numbers etc earned as my second visit to sandals. I’m not sure what the update has actually done to improve it but most sections don’t still work plus now My bonus points which the resort ignored I need to re add. So you need to vastly improve this site

Very disappointed. Can’t add my booking, doesn’t recognise it. Thinks I have already used my email address, I have, as I booked direct with sandals and used email address. Can’t delete the app and start again. let’s hope holiday is better.

Fantastic Holiday !!!
We have just returned from 10 nights at Sandals Ochi in Butler Villa.The room was amazing with our own private pool spacious balcony and four poster bed. The little finishing touches such as the towel art on the bed running a bath with rose petals champagne on arrival and our favourite wine chilling in the fridge every day. The food was excellent we ate at a different restaurant every night and were truly spoilt for choice. The cocktails were delicious my favourite was Purple Rain. We celebrated my birthday with a meal on the beach what a magical experience. We also went on an trip to dolphin cove and had an awesome time swimming with dolphins. A special mention has to go to our Butlers Akeen & Nicola who went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special

Barbados 11 nights, 20th to 31st
Excellent stay and great standard. Dined at 11 different restaurants, one for each night of our stay, and each one good with both Butches restaurants being top class.
Returning guests diner was excellent both meal and entertainment.
Disappointed with Parisienne as decor was bland, and lacking a true touch of France. The meal choice was definitely poor as very little actual French cuisine was available within menu choices and did explain these issues with Kelly from HR who sat on our table on the returning guests dinner. With a truly exceptional vista and location, I feel that this could have been better presented.
Otherwise, a very enjoyable fourth stay with Sandals and yourselves and am already looking forward to our next one.

Tried to use this for a U.K. reservation. Won’t recognise the U.K. reservation number and pops up telling you to ring for assistance but the number is U.S. Pointless.

Only had it a week
Only been using the AP a week now and found it very easy with all the information you require. I like the feature of looking at past holidays with Sandals and also lists future booked holidays, it also allows you to check in to your hotel prior to arrival and requesting any special requirements. A+

Can’t add my country
I can’t add Guernsey to my address. It forces me to choose United Kingdom (which is wrong) and then wants me to pick a county in the U.K., and it’s obviously not on the list as we’re not in the U.K. Didn’t get further than that, so deleted. Thumbs down. Hope the holiday is better!

Spent 30 mins on Sandals complimentary Wi-fi to download this app. Tried to create an account using the Sandals provided drop down menu, and it says my “state code is too long” - so I’m barred from using the app anyway. Crazy. Waste of time. Sadly.
