Why still not fixed?

I have to delete and reinstall every single day - can only get one or two uses out of it before it freezes. This is completely unacceptable for a safeguarding app - having to delete and reinstall in a child protection meeting in front of social workers and police was utterly ridiculous. I have contacted CPOMS several times and they have done nothing.

Despite all the reviews about the need to delete reinstall this app, it is still a problem. If I had my chance again I would not have bought in CPOMs.

Not good

Every time I go to the Authenticator on my phone it doesn’t give me the password and I have to download it again from the AppStore. Nobody has been able to sort it. Wasting lots of valuable time.

Recent problem

Has been fine but through December the app says I need to scan a QR code and there is no QR code on the website to scan. Therefore I can not get the correct required access when I login because the app has stopped giving an authentication code needed.

Remote teaching and this has failed

It’s easy when you know how!

If your CPOMS app needs to scan the QR code, ask your school’s CPOMS admin to remove your security key and then log in to CPOMS and go to Account settings then Security keys add new device. This is where the QR code is.

Terrible 😡😡😡😡

Where can I find the QR code???? Am now unable to access CPOMS and this is a serious issue for me in my safeguarding role! Please sort it out!!!!!! I’m only rating it one star as it had to have a star rating to continue. It’s actually NO stars!!!! And I do love colons. This app is just crap and has damaged your reputation 😡😡😡😡😊

As previous reviews mentioned since update CPOMS have let us down. As DSL’s we have a hard enough job as it is without all the faffing around trying to sort it out. A waste of valuable time and considering this is Safeguarding this is not good enough !

New update not working for me!

What am I doing wrong? I don’t get an authentication code but I’m asked to scan a QR code? That is the only screen I have, not the other screens shown on your app! This has only happened since CPOMS did an update.

For some reason I am longer allowed DSL access and cant log in..... which is a bit rubbish considering this is the only opportunity I have to catch up on referrals.
It tells me to speak to admin..... I AM the admin!!!

Doesn’t work

So disappointed with the update as it doesn’t work on my I phone and now keeps coming up with network error. I have tried deleting and re installing and the same issue. Worked perfectly before. Please sort. Would have given 5* before and recommended, don’t feel the same now. Have phoned twice and emailed support twice and not had a return call.

Simple and Easy

Must have a CPOMS account which has been authorised at the higher level to use. Simple and easy. By turning on notifications it pings when you log in on your phone’s browser which you can click on and quickly authenticate saving you a few seconds.

New phone. New authentication needed. Follow instructions even having to phone. Head of a school and can’t get on cpoms to the right level because this useless app won’t open the scanner. Not impressed.

I use an I pad air and CPOMS Authenticator QR will not pick up on my iPad screen. Not an iPad problem as never had this problem before.

New 11 inch iPad Pro

This app is useless on the new 11 inch iPad Pro. Due to the new resolution the app, constantly being asked to ‘Open the app in full screen mode’ and refusing to go any further.
Tried emailing CPOMS but no response. Not impressed, especially due to the nature of the app.
