Awkward to use and very poor customer support

I got roped into using this when I attempted to deposit some money into 888Casino I put £20 on my account but selected the wrong gambling setting as a result I was unable to use my money on the casino I contacted them and found out there was no way to change it, when I tried to withdraw my money it wouldn’t work and even sending it charges you, overall terrible experience and I’m £20 down

No Face/Touch ID and rubbish app

What’s up with that? Got to enter the security id every single time going into the app, has Neteller not heard of Face/Touch ID integration!? Or is it that they just can’t be bothered? In any case the app is pretty rubbish anyway.

Terrible

Sent someone some money. They’re saying they haven’t received it even tho it’s left my account. Now they have decided to disable my account so they’re is nothing I can do about it.

Also doesn’t mention the hidden costs until money is in your account and then to move it you need to pay even more.

Don’t download this app!!!

Doesn’t mention all the hidden costs until you have put money in your account and in order to get your money you must pay! Disgrace how they hid this until it’s to late, put your money in a safer app that doesn’t charge you!

Very few to do

Unlike Skrill, there's very limited stuff to do. In fact, I can only see My transactions, not even transaction ID, rates, sender, etc.

This app is just like a statement. A mini statement, I would say.

Pls update asap and let Us access to the transactions in detail at least.

Also would like to operate all features from the app itself. Fix this up, please.
