I have a Japanese pen pal and find this app really useful. She is an English teacher so I help her with the test answers from her students, which might not be the expected answer. Asking questions in Japanese is really helpful in understanding the context of the test questions and answers.

You have a thought and then you can speak it
I love this app. I have a thought about how I would like to say something, type or speak in into the app and it translate it for me. It also helps with the pronunciation of the phrase. Everything is so much easier.

Gender specific
Good app and very useful but one criticism.... in some languages speech is gender specific and so as a man, I want my speech to be translated as a man would speak. Therefore in the example of English-Thai, playing a translation where the person speaking is a woman is incorrect.
