Worst parking app I've tried

I have no idea why this app has an average of 4.7 stars when it doesn't even work. I tried to create a login several times, using Facebook login and email and I get an error message when trying to log in using either method.
I eventually managed to book a parking space on their website but the app itself is useless.

Opaque, clunky, no help or pricing info

This app is terrible.
1 On the home page there is no option other than to book ahead or park. No account maintenance, help or anything else.
2 When booking a space, there is no info on rates or the difference between pre-booked and on-arrival rates
3 It is very hard to find rates on the website by searching for a town, say. There is no
search bar, so try finding Birmingham Grand Central – I couldn’t. Is it under B at all? Why not even list the B’s in alphabetical order?
4 Signs in the carpark are unclear and do not show rates. Is this even legal?
5 It’s clunky to set up – on our new arrival at a YPS carpark, we downloaded the app and found we had arrived and departed in one go. There was no way to amend, correct, restart parking. We just had to wait a few weeks to see if they issued a fine
6 The Happy Customers page for those thousands of reviews is empty. I wonder why
7 Many of the links to car parks on that dreaded list are broken – 404 errors.
8 On cancelling there is no info to be found, until you are sent the refund and find out
how little you will get back.
9 The contact page on the website doesn’t work either
Just trying to log into the account on laptop, after entering details it goes to a fresh home page, not the site.
All in all, an app (and website) nobody can be bothered to make work for the customer. Try to park somewhere else

Beware of fraudsters

I recently became aware that someone has been using this app to rent out my private parking space without permission. This is both a breach of the building complex tenancy agreement and fraudulent.
I contacted customer service and they told me they can’t discuss the matter due to data protection regulations. As far as I can see the app performs no checks that listings are legal and owned by the lister.
Therefore, unless you want your car towed I would stay away from using this app.

Not able to extend

I booked a place on Sainsbury’s W10 for 10hrs which cost £11 I thought this was excellent.then I had a message to extend which I needed one more hour. This cost me a further £11. Very disappointed

Not the easiest to use

The car park next to our local theatre now uses this for payments. It is possible to book and pay in advance but it’s not the most intuitive app to use. It takes me about 10mins to book my place each time I want to use it. Once booked it’s very efficient though and you can see your bookings easily enough. Just wish it was a little easier to make the bookings.

Scam

I have a registered account with a payment card, at least three of the employees told me that they would automatically take the money from the card. At least three of the walls have a huge sign "pay and do not leave" and in the end I still received a 60 pound fine because after leaving you cannot pay for your stay, absolute scammers.

Terrible app

One of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. You need a degree in geography to find where you are intended to park. Then you have problems selecting when you are staying and they often ‘con’ £2 out of you for the way it’s set up. Also you don’t just pay for the parking. Text fees go on top. Despicable

Poor app

This app is really poor sadly. I try to use it in Cardiff, specifically the Morrisons car park and despite the car park being empty I am Unable to pay and the message ‘space unavailable’ displayed. It’s been like this for weeks and there is no way of communicating this or having it resolved. Avoid

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service when you need it simply does not exist. They rely 100% on a horrible chatbot. Not recommended.

There was no way to request to speak to a human when I used the chat bot on a weekday afternoon.
The WhatsApp contact number is not provided on the website or in the app, so it’s very random to give one out here.
The user experience is just horrible.

Fraud

You seriously need to fix double spend issues with your app, I repeatedly tried to book a space before it actually worked, which was frustrating in itself, and now as a result it’s seems my bank has been charged multiple times for the same booking! Easy parking

Such an easy way to find cheap parking when and where you want it any time gives you a location. I’ll find the photographs very helpful to make your own mind up whether it’s we want to be and has secure the location is or isn’t for your satisfaction. I pre-booked a space to ensure I could park in an area where parking is difficult to find. When I arrived the car park was full and there is no way to get an immediate refund or to speak to someone. Great way to book footy parking

That wasted 15 minutes, signing into app, retrieving passwords. What’s wrong with a machine I can tap my card on. And what is the service fee for given I did all the work. Also, your IT/design guys need to sort out the tick/validation button on the sign in page. Messes up times if booked from overseas

I booked a space in UK before leaving home in Singapore. Despite booking the UK time correctly, I obviously know what time I want to book parking in UK, the app inexplicably automatically adjusts the time slot by the time difference with the location you are booking from. Thus my 11AM booking became 3AM, but only on the email receipt. Requests to Support to confirm what the correct booking time were ignored, and by the time I arrived in UK and realised the booking was wrong, I could only get a partial refund. Frustrating and nonsensical functionality. Just include the time zone of the booking, simple.

Not happy….

I am trying to contact this company as I wish to actually speak with someone but it is proving very very difficult. I made a booking yesterday and prepaid for a space at the Quayside car park at Salford Quays. Afte paying I got notification I needed to load the app and then set up an account in order to manage my booking and presumably get instructions. For some reason the system would not let me do this and kept saying there was a problem creating an account. I must have tried 20+ times. I therefore turned up, had problems finding a space and subsequent problems which I need to speak to someone about but could not do so. I am now worried I am being charged for time not spent there. Just want to chat with someone but the automated chat service proving impossible??

Poor app, poor company

My account was enrolled for autopay, or so i thought, i added a car via the app, easy enough, done, off to work i go, i had to drive a different vehicle as someone had wrote my car off.
I realised no money had been taken from my account, and contacted customer support, who informed me that although i had added a car, it doesn’t add it for autopay, and i cannot pay for the 2 occasions i parked prior.
A couple days later, i have 2 parking fines come through the post, they can do nothing to help, i have to appeal, and funnily enough, the companies website they use, crashes when i try to appeal, avoid where possible, they’ll catch you out at every possible chance they get

SCAM BEWARE!

I booked parking via this app in Newport for the marathon, they advertised spaces at quite a few locations. I paid and received my booking confirmation. When I turned up at the location, a well known gym chain they had no idea what I was talking about. The gym had not let any of their parking spaces to this company. The gym were very kind and let me park because they knew I was about to run a marathon and they didn't want to stress me out! The manager called the head office and they had no idea either of a deal with the company to buy parking spaces. I paid for a parking space the company has no right to sell. BEWARE! I’ve seen other people report similar versions of my experience. I'm deleting this app.

Poor Compared to Others

I’ve used lots of different parking apps for the various different brands and I found this one by far the hardest to set up and use. The car park was full of cameras and signs saying the cars number plate had already been scanned and there as only a short time to pay. I entered my details multiple times, but the continue button remained greyed out with no explanation as to why and despite the fact that I’d chosen I’ve already parked and the car park being a field that was less than a quarter full it kept flashing up a message saying there were no spaces to book. The worst thing though I found was that there was nowhere in the app until after I’d managed to pay, or on any of the signs in the car park with a phone number to ring for assistance.

New update isn’t great

I have used this app for nearly a year and found it to be helpful, and ideal for booking spaces quickly on my way to work. The latest update now means that when I go to book a space, all the spaces in the area show up on the screen, even if they aren’t available! So I have to click through each space, where as before it only showed the available spaces. This is extremely annoying and is putting me off using the app anymore, it’s too time consuming.

Painful frustrating experience for space owners

Now whenever I try to login to see a booking that somebody has made for my own parking space that I have listed (using the booking links from confirmation emails) it directs me to the app where I can only see parking I've paid for in public spaces and the driver view. In the past I've had to switch between driver and owner views, I now can't access my Space owner View anywhere, I have a booking this weekend at my home space which I'm trying to check and now can't access the details to contact the owner or view my account balance to receive my earnings and so on. Awful experience sadly. Shame as it's such a great idea to rent out your spare parking spaces to earn a little bit of money and help other people. 😞

Parking in Birmingham

I used this app to book a space in Birmingham so I could go and see a band I’ve been waiting to see for years.
I pre booked my space only to get there and find the place to be absolutely full. It was just lots of cars circling around trying to find a place. I know a lot of them had done the same as me and pre booked to find no place.
The app refunded my money but I had missed out on the concert, the tickets me and my wife paid costing £374 so a refund on the car parking was a drop in the ocean compared to what I had actually lost out on.
My advice is do not use this app if you think you are pre booking your space.

Intentionally difficult to cancel

I booked a month-long stay at a venue that was needed for a month, and noted that there was a 30-day cancellation policy. They also charged me twice for my first month of booking, claiming it was a deposit that I would get back but never did.
I contacted support trying to get my booking cancelled for the next month within a week of my first booking, however this was refused, stating that I had to pay for the extra month. They also charged me twice for my initial booking.
There is no way to cancel a booking within the app or on their website, and they are slow to reply to emails giving them even more time to steal your money.
In total I was forced to spend 2.5x more that I needed to pay due to intentional difficulties and poor support/customer service.
Don't use, they will just take as much money as they can from you.

Just want to counter the negative reviews that can be seen below …
Used the app yesterday in Leeds (worked fine) but unknown to me my wife had also paid for the car park in the hotel!
Clicked on the link to contact customer services expecting the worst but I was so wrong. Within the hour I had received a courteous email (thanks Matt) confirming a refund of the full amount.
No complaints off me!

I downloaded this app hoping to pay for my parking, but I was very disappointed. The app is slow, buggy, and poorly designed. The worst part is the payment screen, which never works. I tried to pay with my credit card, but the app kept saying "processing" for hours. I tried to cancel the payment, but the app crashed. I tried to contact customer support, but they were useless. They did not reply to me until next day, they have Ai bot which is really bad and they did not help me at all. I wasted so much time trying to explain the situation I got into and guess what I got a parking fine and I lost a lot of my time to justify my self. This app is a scam, just pay at kisko if the parking space has it if not do use it and the developers should be ashamed. Do not download this app, it will only frustrate you and your parking space.

Customer Exploitation

Parking initially cheaper than competitors I have used nearby (JustPark) however I have had to pay £20 to extend my booking by an hour which is extortionate to be frank.
Will be paying the higher premium with JustPark from now on as they allowed me to add 3 extra hours completely free of charge- my booking amounted to £5.72 with them, whereas after paying £17 for 4 days, you still find it necessary to charge £20 for an extra hour. Really is not good business practice and it’s put me right off using your company again. Yet I could have extended my booking by a further 3 days and only paid £28?
Instead of allowing me to extend parking for a reasonable price (I paid £17 for 4 days so an hour shouldn’t even cost me 50p) you have taken the opportunity to get more money, and in doing that you will not be having my custom again, I use this location every two weeks and JustPark is the much better option. I am genuinely disgusted by it when your competition is so much more accommodating.
My train was delayed by an hour and that meant I had to foot £20 which was more than my entire bill for the 4 days? Truly poor. Will not be using again unless I am compensated for such poor business practice.

Genius idea

How simple to use this app to park conveniently in your chosen location! Have used it many times.
Eg: going to a gig, able to park a couple of minutes walk away, thus avoiding both the high cost of parking there & the horrendous queues getting out of their multi-storey car-park.
Helpful hint: choose to park for longer than you need, as often, it’s a set day price. Relax & get your money’s worth! 😃

Selling spaces that are no longer active

Incredibly poor service - no regular checks with landowners to see if spaces are still active. Led to me booking a space that the vendor thought wasn’t live on the site anymore, that was no longer available. I found this out literally minutes before arrival whilst on the M25 - incredibly stressful. Waited several days for a response where they just blamed the landowner and took no responsibility. Would not use this app again, there’s a rival company that’s a much better option, including with a 24 hour support by tel that these guys don’t have.

No option to pay later

The app description says 'even pay later'. But this isn't true. When you go to pay it is only possible to pay from that moment on. So if you forget, or are a few minutes late back to the car you can't backdate the arrival time at all. So frustrating and not as advertised. Email them to see if I could amend the time to cover the time it takes to download and pay on the app but they aren't able to change the time into the past so looks like a PCN will be coming my way

Amazing

The sweetest family run business I have come across. Could not of been happier to leave my car there with these guys. When returning from a week away and having to wait for the key we’re really sweet about the fact it was raining and offered us inside there home while they found it.

Terrible Terrible Experience and No Support

Parked in Tesco Beccles, tried to pay for more time through the Your Parking Space app (which the sign says you can do) only to get an error on the payment system and then a fine as I couldn't pay. Spoke to customer services and received absolutely no help or understanding of this issue even though I had photos of the error I was getting and they even admitted their system doesn't work properly! Yet still having to pay the fine as they wont help at all. Terrible way to treat customers and I would not recommend using a car park run by Your Parking Space as otherwise you may find yourself with the same problem and no support!

Wow!! So easy to book for the arena. Looking at many options but the easiest, most convenient and the best price is here!!! Piece of mind that when I turn up at the venue I’m actually next to the arena.
When you get prompted to download the app you have it all at your fingertips. 10/10 will use every time I come here!!!! :)

Unreliable

Having travelled all the from Leicestershire to watch the FA cup and made my car park booking two weeks ago only to find at the address there was no spaces. I enquired at the address I had booked only to be be told there was no space and to park in the street. This is the third time this has happened now and your company is a joke and needs to get a grip and not use these people. Luckily I did find a parking spot in the street but this doesn’t take away the fact of the unreliability of making a booking with is company. It’s a lottery if you are going to get a space.

No space available, car got vandalised

I arrived at the specified time to park up before a meeting and then a few days’ stay, and found that no parking spots were available, and that booked spaces aren’t in fact reserved, so I’m not sure what the point of this service is. Customer services didn’t get back to me until hours later, so I had to work out a solution myself.
The car park was full, but luckily the helpful Hilton Hotel (location of these parking spaces) car park manager (not involved with YPS) told me I could park in a non-demarcated space in the car park. I left my car there for 2 nights and at some point it was keyed on both doors. I won't be using this service again.

Let down multiple times

I have repeatedly been let down with Your Parking Space with space with owners cancelling spaces with days to go a few times after booking months before and then , yesterday, to find someone else in the space after driving 4 hours and space owner not answering door, repeated calls or voicemail and had to park at huge cost in local car park instead. Don’t believe the reviews for space owners as Your parking space doesn’t let you review when things go wrong, this option disappears and there is no number to call when things go wrong - just a chat bot.

Pcn’ed even though I had paid for a space

After using this app many times to pay for parking I received a PCN, even though I had paid through the app. I contacted them and just got an automated response saying that they are dealing with it. Nearly 2 weeks later and nearing the deadline for a reduced rate they finally got back to me and said that it had been cancelled. I also contacted the company that issued the PCN and they are looking into it as well. Not a great response, it should have been quicker, if it had been upheld I would have had to pay the full £70 at no fault of my own.

Rugby Asda parking

I have used the app for parking a few times but on using the Asda at rugby parking I was disappointed as I got a parking fine from it, contacted them and nothing happened absolutely useless dealing with anything, have ended up paying the fine so I wouldn’t recommend using this particular car park or for that matter the app as contacted them is difficult as they only respond with an automated email text message etc, so I’ve wrote this review to make people aware if you get a parking fine you could end up out of pocket, as they don’t respond.

Worst experience

Used the app to park in a car park close to the train station in Bristol. When we arrived at the booked time there were no spaces. We had to wait 15 minutes for one to become available so we missed our train to London. When we returned at 1am (again the booked time) the car park was blocked by another car. We had to spend the night in the car. No one available to contact to try and get this sorted and because the space was on a trading estate nothing the police could do. Awful experience, won’t be using the app again.

Ridiculous

The app it self works fine and does the job although I think it’s ridiculous that you cannot choose a time earlier than the current time it is. Especially for people who arrive and have maybe forgotten to put their parking on they can’t choose the start time that they arrived but only the time that it currently is. Also like on my case when I have went on to extend my stay and although it said it had worked and came up with the confirmation screen I realised when I had got home I hadn't received any email confirmation of it and it’s conveniently not in the app. I’m more angry at my self as I usually screenshot it and this one time I didn’t so now I’m currently waiting on a hefty parking charge to come through its a disgrace and especially given the current climate we are in.

How to pay?

I parked up in a car park having not previously booked a space…I found the sign with the ID and saw I had to pay when I leave. I attempted to pay as I was going to leave but didn’t understand how, it said I had until midnight to pay. When I got home I tried and tried to work it out, I asked the online chat how to pay, it thought I wanted a refund! Then I filled out a form for a call back, the email response I received just showed me how to book space, not pay for a space I had already parked in! Why is there not a phone number to call to ask someone for help?! I gave up and a few days later received a fine :( I had no choice but to pay, the appeal process had no option for “not being able to pay”. I won’t be parking anywhere with one of the your parking space signs again.

Dependent on space-owners!

It’s an obvious point to make but the success of this is very dependent on the space-owners. Each booking brings up a friendly green button labelled ‘directions’ and another one labelled ‘call owner’ in case of difficulties. For my booking, the ‘directions’ were inaccurate and although the owner had provided a clearer description of how to find it elsewhere in the app, I had to hunt for this later. The ‘call owner’ button just led to 3 unanswered phone calls and there doesn’t seem to be any way for owners to get in touch if they miss your call. So I paid almost £15 for a space I never got to use, as well as having to find and pay for another space. In other words the app setup needs a bit of tweaking. It also can’t save your from rip-offs, however well set up: turns out the local paid parking was less than half what I was charged by the private’s space’s owner through this app!

Misleading

Terribly misleading and unclear. I parked in Maidstone Premier Inn. The sign for the app says on the wall “Pay On Arrival” however the app will only let me select a departure time half an hour in the future. Because I’ve signed up to the app and registered my card the machine upstairs states that I’ve already paid with the app so I cannot pay there. Having not yet paid the fee I do so via the app regardless of the time limit so at least I’ve paid. This immediately expires. Next day I learn from hotel staff that one pays when they leave, hence why the app won’t let me select a time for the next day! So I’ve needed to pay twice. What a swizz!

A joke app - don’t use it.

This app is an absolute disgrace. I booked and paid for parking in Knightsbridge three weeks before it was due, only to turn up at the allotted time and be told the car park was full. I WhatsApp’d YPS to try and get an alternative parking option and 12 hours later I’m still waiting for a reply. I had to drive around London on a Saturday afternoon until I could find an alternative slot, making me late for the event I was attending. Don’t use these people - they do not deliver what they say they will.

Terrible parking app

Off all the parking apps this is the worse. Totally stupid I have spent longer getting it to work than I wanted to be parked for. Also I already had the app downloaded and an account made. It constantly produces pop up error boxes that when closed removed my options. So I had to restart each time. It doesn’t accept American Express but doesn’t tell you that. And I would not let me make payment without giving the company my personal mobile phone number. Needlessly time consuming. Total joke. Avoid if you can.

Very Misleading BEWARE

Just downloaded the app, getting used to it tried my local area Disgusted that they are trying to charge for our local FREE Tesco car park Will not use this. If I could give no stars I would DEVELOPERS HAVE ASKED ME TO UPDATE MY REVIEW AS IT COULD BE MISLEADING TO OTHER DRIVERS. I WILL UPDATE IT WITH WITH MORE INFORMATION The Tesco carpark I am referring to is in Burscough Lancashire When Tesco built the store it was on the understanding that Carpark remained a free community carpark. The signs reflect this as fines are only given to badly parked cars and those parked in a disabled space without a permit - I have sent the developers a photograph of the sign - they very quickly stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages The carpark is regularly used by train commuters to Manchester ( my daughter) as the station is across the road, and the locals using the village amenities from the local church, school pickups, restaurants etc

System error and customer service not able to assist

I have had an issue with the booking system when the hours that I have booked have been changed to different ones and been notified just when the booking started, without being able to make any amendments. Tried to contact several times customer service in order to amend as per initial booking and been told they are not able to assist. Ended by being charged for a parking which hours have been changed and didn’t suit my needs and had to pay again for a different one. No refund or anything, not going to use it again.

Absolute Rubbish!

Whoever designed this app should be ashamed- it is totally useless. The number of hoops you gave to jump through just to get to a screen which shows the start time, end time and duration and then provides NO means to pay is gobsmackingly stupid!
Furthermore, you enter a full location id and you get a list of locations hundreds of miles away from where you are (maybe developers you should be a bit more conscientious in your coding and not perform generic searches when a full location is is specified?). I’m not even going to bother to try this app any more as I am sure it will just be absolute rubbish

Literally don’t know why people don’t use this more

One of the big stressors for me when I’m driving places I’ve never been before is not knowing if and where and how much parking is. Even with places I do know, this app has helped me find alternative parking spots I didn’t know and allows me to stress free pre-pay (with free cancellation) so that I don’t need to fuss about reading ticket machines and stuff. Super easy app, recommended to all my friends👍🏼

Carefully i was charged 100£ because of them

This is my experience with them:
How easily you deceive people for money.I am not from Peterborough, how should i know that was Lincoln road and not Deacon street ? Actually I should check better streets name and after this event i will do that, and never use your parking space again. This was a good lesson for me to not trust any company who charging parking places, especially your company. I went to the Mall from Peterborough found the parking place close to it and like a normal citizen i found the panel with’your parking space’ which was 2 metres distance to my car i scan download app and PAY for 2 hours staying (2.25£) , i broke the law? Light me up please? I pay you and the owner of the place charge me, HOW THAT SOUND? WHO PLAY ‘DIRTY ‘ HERE? For charging and deceving people who are not local.I hope everyone from your company and owner of that place enjoy after stealing from innocent people. Good Job 👍

Rude customer service

I needed to cancel or amend my booking due to unforeseen circumstances although it was under the 24hrs. Even though I understand cancellation was not possible I would expect some further help to change the booking. It does not clearly state that amendments to times or dates are not amendable with 24 hours of the booking. The support team were very rude and unhelpful which left me feeling very upset.
If it were just for the booking and ease it would be fine, but after trying to amend the booking, even though the owner was fine with it, they are extremely rude to deal with.

Avoid, messed up

Had a booking for a month at sainsbury from the 17 August, my monthly fee deducted from my bank account straight away. Then I have to change my car registration on the 23 August. When I checked my active booking it wasn’t there. I managed to contact them. However I was told that the booking was not confirmed even thought they have taken the money from my bank account. I asked if they are able to help me as I will definitely get a penalty for that, they said they cannot help me. So now I have to pay 4 days of penalty because of their system’s fault and they can’t even help me. Avoid it if you can.

Brilliant service

I have only used the YPS app four times this and last year but every time it has been a life saver. I recently used YPS instead of taking the train to borough market, it was perfect as it only cost me 7-8 pound for 3 hours and I could use my car to pop my shopping bags in and walk round borough market freely. When the weather turned and started kissing down there was a long queue to travel back vi the station and many people were still caught in the rain. I was smiling like a Cheshire Cat walking back to my car umbrella in hand.

Disgusting customer service

The app was great, I booked parking for a week at Camden Morrison’s for a job (wanted to drive to avoid coviddy public transport) but mid week we were told that the carpark was being demolished. Found the car pack had been boarded up and had to jump a fence on my return. Booked a more expensive space around the corner for the last 2 days but the customer service refused to refund me the original space. Was unable to speak to anyone and they were entirely frustrating and painful to deal with.
Good app provided you have no issues 😅. Will be using JUSTPARK from now on.

Great App for Parking

Absolutely love this app, generally parking cost can be extremely expensive, at least with this app it gives you an option so you don’t have to take the first & best parking at arrival, one does need to plan ahead & book your space which is great as it eliminates the stress of having to find parking as you arrive at your destination :)

Very uncooperative service team.

Had a problem with my very first booking, space being so very narrow that my standard sized car was exactly the size of the garage, so was impossible to squeeze in without damaging the car in both sides WITH FOLDED side mirrors. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the booking right away due to booking it as a guest (or some other reason). Contacted the owner of the garage, she was useless. Requested refund but they refuse to refund me, although the caused so much stress and inconvenience, plus extra money had to be spent on alternative parking anyway as there was no way I could ‘insert’ my car. So would not recommend them as they are only interested in making money and not in providing service. Feel very let down altogether

I needed a last minute parking space near Kew Gardens for their Christmas lights. Just typed in Google parking near Kew. Your parking space comes up and there were lots to spaces around Kew to choose from plus not expensive It was very easy. I typed in £6.25 to park and Novhotel came up on Greatwest road. Then got the nearest bus straight to Kew. It was gave instructions which bus to get. The best part was while been in Kew I was going to run over my time. I went on my booking and extended the time for another hour for the same price. Not only does it show the parking space but also the price. Quick and easy to book a space. I would recommend anyone to get this app. Thank you.

Great for bargain hunters

I love this app. I use it all the time to find the cheapest spots and have confidence in not going to be charged if I go over my time. Some car parks get booked up quickly so you have to be organised.
The system for booking multiple dates could be a little easier - at the moment it resets the time period to an hour for every day you book.
I also have problems with the individual car parks recognising my bookings as I often have to ring for assistance, but this could be the individual car parks not the app.

Parking in Liverpool

We were booked on a cruise leaving from Liverpool and wanted to travel in by car. We scanned the internet and came up with “Your Parking Space “. It sounded good so we booked it. Being our first time there we had to follow the directions carefully but made it with little or no problems. Checking into the car park was exactly like a standard one, in fact that’s what it is but with facilities to store long term parked cars. It’s clean, the bays are suitably wide, well marked and lit to a daytime light level all the way through. So, car parked and off we go.
On return I checked the car over for the usual likely dings you can expect in such places, totally clear of them, in fact, the car to my left was the same one I’d parked next to initially. So, time to leave, it’s as simple as the company says, you drive up to the barrier press the call button and read a 6 figures number to the attendant and off you go. If you’re wondering, we pre booked and that’s when you receive two things, firstly a reduced rate and secondly, the number to read to the attendant. If you’re parking like I did you really have to pre book for so many valid reasons, it’s a win-win for you if you do.
Finally the best reason, it’s minutes walk away from the cruise terminal and also the I.O.M. Ferry terminal as well, couldn’t be better.
Do I recommend this company? You bet I do, what’s not to like. Big thumbs up from me and my wife and that’s a real endorsement.

Great app - made my family trip to York much less stressful

Used the app for the first time in York for a family trip. Was great to know where we would park and to have directions on my phone straight there, and to have seen a photo of the space so I was clear where to leave the car. Space was near to the railway station so perfect for picking up grandmother! Great idea, and I have and will continue to use.
