Poor treatment and no regards for survey takers.

I have spent up to 2 hours of my precious time today taking surgery only to be disqualified at the end or half way into the survey. You guys don’t even care how we feel and how this makes the survey takers look like we are not important. What’s the need of leaving survey that has got all the responses they needed, for us to still take them. Then get we are sorry from the company after I have finished answering the questions.

I got this app in January and I have withdrawn up to £56, with my most recent withdrawal 4 days ago as I was doing it once a month to keep on track. Then I just kept getting no surveys while my partner was getting loads just checked today and my account has been disabled. For one of the following;

1) too many disqualifications (my partner and I probably get the same amount, lame excuse)

2) not paying attention to responses (I’m always honest and read the questions)

3) Use of VPN/Proxy (wouldn’t even know where to start)

4) attempt to make multiple accounts (I’ve only made one)

There is no apparent reason for disqualification and maybe it was because I’ve withdrawn £56 who knows but if you do randomly stop getting surveys it’ll most likely be for no reason at all

This site has more than 50% of surveys that cheat. They ask you a lot of 'qualifying questions' that take a long time and ask a lot of different info, and then either end the survey by disqualifying you or an error occurs. Surveys that you nearly complete and then disqualify you. Since cashing out, last November, I have had ZERO surveys. Don't trust this site as there a far better ones out there now.

We are no longer able to provide you with surveys.

Your account does not meet the quality standards required for participation in surveys. This can be due any of the following reasons:

- survey creators rejecting too many of your responses when they were reviewed;

- not paying attention by providing inconsistent, hasty or conflicting responses;

- use of VPN or Proxy;

- attempting to create multiple accounts;

- any other violation of our terms & conditions

This decision is permanent and cannot be reversed.

I had initially thought I’d found a genuine survey app and all was fine and they always paid out promptly. However, recently I’d noticed I was getting disqualified more frequently and amount of surveys had dropped dramatically. It was fine while it worked, even though the surveys were very boring, repetitive, bad English grammar in many of them and the same questions asked over and over again. They also dragged on for ages and only tiny rewards were offered. Today when opening the app I had a message saying there would be no more surveys and my account had been disabled. I can only think they don’t like paying out the money if it builds up on a regular basis.

Completed all questions of a survey including the last question which was a validation question. Ie what number comes after 4 counting up. Was then disqualified. The only reason this would have occurred after competing all the questions is for AttaPoll to avoid making payment. At best this is negligent….but at worst this is fraudulent. How do they expect customers to bother completing the surveys accurately if they are treated like this? Also if I was a client I would think the answers wouldn’t be very accurate as your more inclined to quickly muddle through the answers without giving it much thought knowing that AttaPoll might avoid payment. I am so disappointed with this app! The surveys are ok even though, as many people said, so many times you go through a LOT of questions and then get disqualified when you’re almost at the end (and no payment!). So just a waste of time. But, even worse, they just take your money if you haven’t logged into the app for a period of time. I didn’t use it for a while and when I logged back in my balance was gone - I messaged them and they replied to say I probably didn’t use the correct login details (as sometimes this could be the issue). But I did. They then said if you don’t log in for a period of time, they’ll just wipe your balance - so they basically steal the money YOU have earned! When I messaged them to ask where is my money gone, no reply - ever. They just ignore you. How can this be even legal?! Scammers.

This app is a good way to earn money quickly, however it really discourages me from using the app when I can spend 20-30 minutes on a survey, only for it to disqualify you at the last question. In my opinion they are still taking the survey data without having to pay you. A lot of the surveys also freeze halfway through therefore you have to leave and don’t get paid for what you have completed. Often feel like I am wasting my time. I’ve only been using this survey app for a little while but I can confirm that this app is genuine and will pay you real money via PayPal for answering surveys. However, I’ve noticed a common problem that I’ve already encountered a lot. Often I’ll make it to the end of a very long survey, after having given detailed and comprehensive answers, and as I attempt to exit the survey a message comes up saying the survey provider has disqualified me. I think it’s pretty clear that the app itself is disqualifying me so they don’t have to pay out and the survey provider gets to keep the data. While there are times (on surveys with very small payouts) I am able to finish the survey, I would say this app is pretty distrust-worthy and it would take a lot of your time and effort to make even a small amount of money if you do choose to use this app. I use other survey apps that are genuine and pay out for every survey I qualify for (you should only be disqualified at the beginning of the survey folks). So I would say avoid this app and look elsewhere!

An only thing I would ask to add / improvements is for their to be more gift cards. This is a good app where you answer questions and depending on the time spent on the survey you get paid a certain amount. The more time spent means more money on offer. Unfortunately, I’ve found that I complete a lot of surveys, get to the end and get disqualified when I’m literally on the page saying “thank you for completing the survey - we are redirecting you to the home page” meaning that I’ve spent around ten minutes on the survey only to complete it and get told I’m disqualified- seems like a means to get the answers and not pay anyone. Not all are like this but stick to the lesser time surveys so you don’t waste your time.

You do your surveys and earn at least 3 pounds and straight away you can withdraw your money!

However, it’s perfect overall; sometimes you click on a survey and you’re automatically disqualified for no absolute reason or maybe your halfway through to the end and you get disqualified from the survey and end of having wasted your time. I loved this app for ages, I used it everyday and was able to make over £60, however my account has just been disabled because I was rejected from surveys. But I haven’t been rejected from surveys because of answers I’ve given I was rejected after putting in basic info. I always took my time with my answers and that is shown by the amount of surveys I was rewarded for.

I have also contacted AttaPoll when rejected from surveys at last minute and not receiving any money for my time and they basically said there’s nothing they can do.

So, the app is okay. Just okay. I have been using it for the last couple of days on and off and made nearly £3 (when sat waiting to pick kids up/having a cuppa wet) have so far noticed that a lot of the surveys can just suddenly disqualify you quite far into the survey. For example, I was 34% in and basically wasted 10 minutes because it just randomly disqualified me and paid me nothing for my wasted time. I can understand when it does this early on but when you’re that far into a survey it should have already qualified you by then.

I was actually happy that k had finally found an reliable survey app for myself. Turns out it wasnt available in my region. I am completely disappointed in this app. I had found out about this app from social media and it looked like it had a lot of potential to be good. Turns out I couldn't get the app toworkin any way cause of regional restrictions. I will say this again, I am disappointed in this app and wish it had more regions acces, I am currently residing in Pakistan and it is quite hard for me to find potential survey apps that are good and actually nice. This app shares your data liberally. There is mountains of tracking, including Google tracking (multiple Google owned domains) within the app itself (see App Privacy Report in iOS Settings). This app doesn’t present a consistent experience like YouGov for example, it just dumps you onto hundreds of third party websites, sharing and tracking your private data all over the place, including some dubious and time wasting websites which feel like they’re just there to collect data.

The only positive (hence an extra star) is the cash out process is simple because it supports Revolut.

I was very excited to take part in the survey’s but after a while you would complete a whole survey by spending 3-20 minutes and it will disqualify you and on many occasions it would say “Thank you for completing this survey” then turn round and disqualify you. Very unfair! Some survey’s are good and will credit you 1p at the beginning of the survey and then pay you the rest when the survey is finished. I do think that some of the survey’s do just collate your information and views and to not pay you they disqualify you. It will take a while for you to make at least £10. I don’t think that some of the survey’s pay enough money in comparison to how long the survey actually takes and some of the surveys require a very detailed answer for a low payment.

I think this app is actually ok :) it’s an easy way to make a little cash. The surveys are usually quite easy and straight forward. However, quite a lot of the surveys seem to disqualify you at the end of the survey? Now I don’t mind if they disqualified me if it was at the start of the survey, but it makes you waste 20 minuets of filling out questions just to get disqualified right at the end. Seems like a way of getting answers of people for free.

Personally, I only made like £2.26 in a week and a bit. If your thinking of trying the app then I’d say go for it, it is alright it’s just a few issues with a lot of the surveys.

I downloaded this app a few days ago hoping like most to make a few extra pennies. Am very disappointed to find that most surveys when I fill them in and complete them suddenly decide that I’m not suitable for their survey. I could understand this if the survey is for items I don’t use, or own, but when you are being asked questions about phishing emails and texts, something I’m sure we are all receiving and then they say at the end “ I’m sorry but you are disqualified from answering our questions”

I don’t rush through the survey, I read and honestly answer every question, and complete the prove you are a human questions.

If you are looking at making extra money using surveys I would say best of luck and I hope you’re more successful than me.

I’m going to delete this app and will probably make more money looking for coins behind my sofa

I do not encourage anyone to download this app or even use it. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It’s a scam trust me. When you first register it will allow you to earn like £1 then it keeps disqualifying you from all the surveys after you answer all survey questions. They basically disqualify you automatically after they gather the information they need. It’s a waste of energy and time.

They are scamming people out of their time and energy. Not sure if the companies that want their surveys completed are aware of this scam this app and comply are doing. They get paid to offer the surveys to real people to complete and they’re supposed pay whoever completes a survey a sum of money however they makes us complete the surveys they disqualify us.

Terrible terrible app I would stay away from it.

While this is possibly the best survey app simply because it actually gives you money but boy do you have to work for basically nothing. Most of your time will be spent on surveys that disqualify you, and when you’ve spent 15-20 minutes on one that said it would take 5 minutes and then they disqualify you, it’s very hard not to throw your phone out the window. Surveys are really for the poorest of the poor that have an internet connection and a mobile phone, otherwise begging on the street is significantly a lot more profitable.

Great app, I have completed many surveys and earned a fair amount. However, I have completed surveys in which I haven’t been paid or the survey has froze and not rewarded me. There is no option to speak to a member of support the only option is to complain about a survey in which they resolve with the response well if the company doesn’t register the survey we don’t get paid so neither do you, I think there should be an option to escalate/discuss further.

Writing this because I’m so annoyed with this app right now. Had it for about a week and most surveys are ok. But the last few days and just now I’ve done a FULL survey, completed the last questions, and then it just disqualifies you at the end so you don’t get any money from it. So basically the companies are just using all of your answers that you’ve just spent the last 20 minutes on, and giving you absolutely nothing for it. WHAT A JOKE. It’s just unfair and unethical and a waste of time. Don’t advertise yourself as a paid survey, and then not pay after someone completes it???!!!! It’s a fantastic idea BUT…. I have made an extra £10 in a week and a half of having the app, however I have also wasted a lot of time doing these surveys. Too often you spend 15-20 minutes completing a survey for a measley 15-25p, for you to answer the last question and be disqualified and not paid, this is a con. I have had this happen to me 6 times this morning and I haven’t earnt a single Penny, but wasted a lot of time. You can report these surveys but nothing gets done, you just get a response saying not to do the surveys with lower stars. The app needs to do more to prevent this from happening, the companies are clearly still utilising and using the data we have provided them with, there should be a guarantee that my information is withdrawn from their use if they disqualify you like this on the last question, this will stop companies from conning their system/app in this way.

I have been using Attapoll for a few days now and it’s been interesting. I enjoy answering surveys so why not get paid? You do get a few pence here and there, so that’s great.

The frustrating thing, as others have said, is that you can spend 10 minutes plus on a survey and it disqualifies you on the last question to avoid paying - this is for all the higher cost surveys. It feels completely unethical because you know they’re still taking and using your data, just without compensating you. This needs to change, if it continues I’ll most likely delete my account, and for now I have held off encouraging others to download the app.

To be fair it does exactly as it says. You complete a survey, the amount it pays gets added to your total, once you reach the minimum threshold (£3.00) you can withdraw or donate it. Some surveys don’t work, I think it’s mainly a technical issue or perhaps they just aren’t sorted by various browsers, or either they’ll immediately disqualify you if you aren’t “qualified” to participate within it. There’s still a fair few you can do however, and if you spend enough time at it, the amount does add up. I went at it for approximately 3 days and I’ve earned just over £12. Overall I’ve call it decent.

I like this app. It’s good for making some money while helping with opinions and some are actually a lot of fun.

However, more and more are asking the viral info like age etc at the end and then you randomly get disqualified. It’s just happened again. When you go to report it… there’s no way of saying what happened in any detail to explain so you are left after 20 mins of filling it all in to be disqualified after stating your age. I don’t mind at the beginning as it means I’m not suitable but it’s not fair for them to do this at the end. Some of them take a lot of time. If they want certain demographics then ask at the beginning?

I had been using this app for about 3 weeks and I stopped getting surveys suddenly. Then they disabled my account? Stupid. I answered every question right as well as the control questions. You guys are absolutely useless. This app is made for making quick easy money it’s atrocious how you can just disable peoples accounts. I was trying to use this app as a side hustle to help my children needs but i cant even do that now? It’s a terrible app. I wont recommend it to anyone. It’s better to find a well paying app and these referral codes? Silly. They don’t even work. And why do you keep getting disqualified? Just because you don’t fit survey standards! Great app, easy to do surveys and decent pay. Quick withdrawal to my PayPal account, came through twice within the same day. Could have another page where you can do other tasks for money such as watching ads or trying out apps/games the, leaving a review for some money. Login rewards would be great as well. Love the referral, as I’m making a few pounds from friends/family using the app. I’ve tried a few survey apps out there and this one is by far the best!

This app is ok. Pays a few pence here and there for answering surveys, and it’s surprising how those pence all add up over time. Pays out at £3 or above by PayPal and the money arrives instantly upon claiming. So frustrating though. For example, loads of surveys show as available so you do one. Finish it and the rest have mysteriously vanished into thin air. Also loads of surveys where you get disqualified without even answering a single question. Ok, so no real time wasted but you have to wonder why the survey was there in the first place. Also should you begin a survey which has the date at the top of the survey don’t do it. Been caught twice on this where you complete the survey and it thanks you and tells you that your input was valuable but you don’t get paid! The surveys are generally from the same companies and as such tend to be generally boring and repetitive so be warned. One company in particular have the strangest surveys I have ever seen which asks questions such as, “how has the coronavirus pandemic altered the way you feel about chocolate bars”, or “what is it about Cadburys flake that don’t understand you?” Very weird. Mind you, if you have patience there’s money to be made here.

You get all the way to the end of a (sometimes 20-30 minute survey) and on the very last question it says the survey has disqualified you! Extremely frustrating. I’m sure they’re still collecting the data but using the final question to disqualify so not to pay you. Out of the 2+ hours I’ve been using it, I’ve only actually been able to fully complete a small handful of surveys. All the higher paying ones disqualify you just before you get to the end. For instance, I qualified for a survey, it asked one of my children aged 13-16 to complete it. It took them 25 minutes (they weren’t being slow and were answering truthfully) and it said on the final question- what describes your living accommodation. Obviously as she is 16 (the required age for the survey) she entered ‘living with parents’ and it said sorry you’ve been disqualified from this survey’!

I’ve worked out this app is taking peoples answers and using a fake question at the end to get out of paying you. Unacceptable.

The app is good - I’ve made a decent amount of money from completing surveys in my spare time and the process to cash out is quick and easy.

What isn’t so good is the customer support or surveys that disqualify you right at the end. Having spent 20 minutes on a survey and being disqualified at the last page on more than one occasion, it’s really frustrating that the help/support just reply with a standard template message “we’re sorry, the company didn’t confirm you had completed the survey etc”

If AttaPoll were able to weed out the companies that disqualify after completion, or provided better help/support then this would be a much better app!

Downloaded Attapoll last week as money is tight this month and needed to try and get some extra £. The cash out threshold needed is only £3 and there are some decent surveys to help you get to the goal pretty quickly. The surveys are also relatively short in time unlike some apps that want you to do 35 mins worth of work for 10p. I’d highly reccomend attapoll and I got paid within 10 minutes of cashing out via paypal. Great app!

I started using this around a few months ago and the surveys were great and I was able to do around 3-5 per day, possibly more. I’ve had a couple of payouts and payment was quick. However more recently I find I have completed a few surveys and not received payment or I have been mid survey for the link to break and ended up frustrated when I have been on the survey for 5-10 mins. I also often get told I’m not eligible which wasn’t an issue in the beginning. Now I am lucky if I can get 3 surveys completed in a week.

I feel so disappointed and a bit angry. I am surely I have finished the survey and saw a “thank you” message at the ending page. Yet a notification has be shown quickly as “I am disqualified” and I cannot get the related money reward. It isn’t the first time that I have seen this message when I finished surveys. I am confused why the disqualified messages are informed when I do the surveys seriously and I have answered more than 30 questions with at least 15 mins. Please fix you crazy system. The disqualification should be informed as early as possible. Also, the reward should be given to us if the survey is completed and survey creator have collected the survey results.

This app is a good app. It work as I’ve cashed out before and it’s useful however one downside to this app is some of the surveys. What I mean by this is that you can do a survey for 11 minutes and answer all the questions and then finish the survey and then it won’t pay you and say your disqualified after you have finished it so they get your answer and don’t pay you. Attapoll need to do something about this as it’s not fair to the people who spend there time on a survey they rip you off. It is a hood app tho so I would recommend it but some of the surveys just won’t pay you.

I was using attapoll for months and transferring money to my paypal without hassle. after submitting a £5.90 into my paypal, the next time i logged on to attapoll there were no more surveys. i thought that it was because i had rammed through all the surveys so i let it slide. 3 days later, i log back on and it still says “No more surveys we willl send u a notification when there are more surveys. Now i basically can’t use attapoll. If i were describe attapoll, i would say it is decent but the money amount is low. sometimes companies kick u out of surveys when you have finished them making it feel like they are using you but the rest are good. some take way to long and go around the same topic over and over. The app is good with cashing out money once getting to the withdrawal amount needed. It is especially good for people who are bored or have a lot of free time. However, there is a lot of disqualifications due to the fact of not meeting the criteria of the survey that is chosen. Do not be put off by this as it is just trying to give you the best surveys that meet your needs.

The surveys in my opinion can be long/short but mostly easy especially if you know what to click on. I promise this app won’t waste your time

Out of the 10 surveys I’ve done I have been disqualified 8 times! They let you answer most of the questions and then disqualify you for no reason! The last one took me 15 minutes, I got to 98% (last question) and after I answered it they disqualified me! Are you fricking kidding me?! If it wasn’t the last fricking question I would understand but seriously?!? If you don’t want to pay 30P for a 15-20 minute survey lower the price don’t disqualify people for no reason! They make a lot of money selling our personal information but wouldn’t pay the fricking 30P they promise after a survey. What a waste of time. Don’t even bother downloading it would probably take you ages to reach 1£ let alone make some extra money.

I was spending half my day waiting or doing surveys that were cancelled . Out of the last 11 surveys I collected 2 pence. The electricity needed to charge my phone was triple that, if not more. Almost all surveys were far longer than stated, by 10 mins or more. Some surveys were extremely tedious . Question after question that were so similar it actually hurt my brain. It was an effort to keep my eyes open on some of them. A couple were well designed, but most a scripted interrogation, not fun. Also, after the honeymoon period, about 3-4 days, the money dropped significantly, from averages of about 30p to about 10p or less. I’m glad I tried it but personally it’s just not worth my time. Good luck to anyone doing it.

Great app, simple to move around and find what you’re looking for. You get paid for answering questions, so if you’re looking to grab some extra income this is a great start. The surveys look like they’re low rewards, but only take a few minutes to answer so the reward to time ratio is in our favour. Some surveys you won’t be eligible for, but they usually filter that early on so you’re not wasting long period of time answering questions for no reward. Cash outs are also very easy and fast! I used the PayPal option over a weekend and the funds hit my account almost instantly. Surveys are also added frequently so spending a bit of time each day can earn you a good amount.

This app works! I have just deposited £15 into my PayPal and then moved it to my bank account. It’s taken 2 weeks off and on to get that amount. Tip:- don’t bother with the surveys that offer the largest amounts, you will answer everything and then on the last page they then say you’ve been disqualified, effectively you have given up your data for no pay. I aim for the 25-40p surveys and if I’m not disqualified in the first questions it will pay out. Good luck!

I’ve been using it casually for two weeks (no more than 10 minutes every few days) but spent a couple of hours yesterday going at it while watching tv and cashed out on PayPal. So I've been using this app for maybe four days now. Yesterday I reached a little over £7 (the minimum withdrawal is £3 for PayPal) and I was so surprised when it immediately went onto my PayPal. Today I cashed out another £3 and it is so simple! If you're willing to spend a good hour or two doing the surveys honestly then it absolutely works.

Although the estimated times to do the surveys can be an underestimate, if you focus on the higher paying surveys do expect to spend a good 20 mins on them.

Some surveys will disqualify you if you do not reach the requirements of their targeted audience (eg they'll ask u which of these electrics you own and one or two of them will be the one(s) that they're actually interested if you own.

Again this app is SO great! And if you've read down to here, then I can't recommend this app enough for a casual £5-20 for a few days of doing an hour a day of surveys.

I keep getting disqualified for no reason. Sometimes all i’ll do it click on the survey and it will say they’ve disqualified me. I had about 6-7 different surveys available today and they all said the same thing before i ever answered any questions. It’s really stupid tbh. I don’t recommend this app. It takes months just to earn the £3 to cash out! I’ve had this app since december and still haven’t earned enough because i keep getting disqualified for no reason. Sometimes i’ll answer lots of questions and halfway through i’ll get disqualified it’s really annoying. I always answer my questions correctly and take my time so i’m not sure what i could be doing wrong but the app needs to fix those issue!!

I’m being genuinely honest with whoever is reading this. For those who aren’t bothered to read a long paragraph I’ll shorten it for you, it worked.... After about a 7-8 days I got to the limit of how much was allowed to be transacted through PayPal (£3) and I cashed it out to see if it would work. It really did. So if you were to do that for a whole month and you’re like 13 yrs old then maybe you can buy a game or some coins in games or something. I recommend this for those who just are bored at home in lockdown and just want to make some extra pocket money. It takes a lot of patience though.☺️😌

Most of the surveys disqualify you after you have already answered all their questions. Basically they’re getting all the info from you and then not paying you. Eg a company says the survey will take 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of answering questions they tell you the company has disqualified you and you don’t get paid. I don’t mind when they disqualify me early on because I understand I might not be what they need but not when I’ve answered the questions for the full amount of time they say the survey will be. There are much better survey apps out there than this one. As soon as I can cash out I will and then I will be deleting this app.

have just started using this app and it is great for those who do a lot of surveys and I have been using it for a few hours and have already got 1 quid and will aim for more today . It also has the option of giving your donations to charity which I think is great but what it doesn’t have which other survey apps do is that when someone gets screened out of a survey they give the person money for trying but this app will give u nothing . Other than that good app decent surveys and quick and easy payment methods
