Pricing

Pricing for the premium/paid version via in-app purchase is € 4,99 per month for iOS only. For the full multiple-OS service is €7,99 per month or €59,99 per year.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

THE WORST APP - EVER !!!

It doesn't work. The desktop version cannot connect - there is no one to help, no one to ask. They do not reply to messages...

Their own help pages are filled with messags from users reporting problems and asking for help - dating many years back - I could not find a single question even acknowledged by "Avira", let aline answered! TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY AWFULL !!! STAY AWAY !!!

It’s great when it works. But as a result of paying my subscription, my service has been cut off and I only have access to the trial version. Clicking « restore purchase » doesn’t help. Logging out and logging in again only forces me into an infinite loop of Captchas. Searching the support archive takes me to irrelevant answers from 3 years ago. I’m ready to give up.

Aviva PhAntom VPN Pro

This has to be one of the Best if not THE Best VPN Application’s out there. I am a Cisco CCNE Qualified Engineer and I had setup over 40 different devices attempting to get Through this VPN and nothing managed Penetrate this Software.

I have broken through NORD & Symantec firewalls relatively easily which I found quite unsettling as so many people & Companies depend on this software.

Just won't connect. Have logged in and it just had a stop button at the bottom but never connects. Tried reinstalling same thing. Very annoying.

Big problem with New IPhone MAx

I spent hours trying to work out why my New IPhone would not connect to 4G or WiFi. I even handed back my first phone that I bought Sept 27, second phone same problem and last night I contacted Apple help, after an hour or so and 3 levels of specialists turns out it was this App that caused the problem, Apple told me to delete the app and phone works perfectly I don’t know exactly what the issue was but the on off button would change on its own

Good VPN

This is a great VPN, I love that the encryption is strong, but my internet is as fast as it is without the VPN. I love that you use the IKEv2 protocol as well, its very fast to connect, and jumping from wi-fi to mobile data. The only improvement is can you add the kill switch into the app.

what was with the last update?

being using for many months and fine. both on iOS and my Mac. but the latest update has made it unusable. says i need to register, and when i tap to login it shows my email but does nothing.

i brought this outside of the app store so restore purchases does nothing either.

viewing my account on the desktop the only listed devices shown is my Mac. no iPhone.

Cracking VPN

No DNS leaks, fast too, 130 plus Mbps, good upload speed too, not bad for a VPN on a 250 Mbps connection, highly recommended, fair price too

Used it for few minutes and got disconnected suddenly and after that I wasn’t able to use data network or Wi-fi kept on disconnecting and then i got to reset network setting but still nothing. Then deleted app and internet started to work just fine.

Doesn’t work on iOS 11.2.1

Installs perfectly on iPhone 7 but doesn’t connect. Paid for pro too. It just stays on a grey screen with the word STOP at the bottom.

Works okay on PC, iOS App need to be updated as the login details don’t work on iOS. Please fix

Decent but I'm not keeping it

This my first try of a VPN, mostly motivated by the fact I travel a lot and hence often use public hotspots for wifi (namely airports, bus, etc).

Desktop version seems to work well although it did slow down the connection somewhat. The mobile version (which is my main "concern") will randomly crash my iPhone, causing it to restart regularly while the vpn is active. This is quite frustrating and doesn't make for a smooth experience. And more than then the inconvenience, I'm also concerned this may not by doing any good to the iPhone.

The interface is easy to use, and I can only assume the encryption works as designed. But given the above usability limitations I decided to cancel my subscription after a few weeks of using the "pro" version

Have this on my iPhone 7 and it works really well. It doesn't seem to affect the operation of the phone or search engine in any way.

On the iPhone it's a breeze, a little bit fussy on iPad (both iOS 9) but with a bit of coaxing does get there. Fast connection and so far doesn't drop out. I like it.
