Very easy to use and understandable, i have easily set it up and managed to use it, app is not crashing which is a big plus, easily navigating and i can say Experian got very useful sources, i was using it on and off but now i just installed it in order to benefit all the helpful features of Experian and it is free, Brilliant

It’s a great service to see your credit score and with the premium account it’s got great features to print out your credit score have customer support etc. It’s not worth the 14.99 per month though! Great app but very costly considering the price of Netflix and other subscribing products they have priced this way out of market.

Since I join Experian my credit score went up and I really enjoy it and everytime I apply for a credit card or a loan there is always a chance thta I will be approved thanks a lot really appreciate it ,I will give you a 5 star rating and highly recomend it to my friends ,

Experian provides a “rating” and I tried to print the report and I notice it doesn’t have the rating printed in it, so I called them asking the reason of this “important” missing detail and they said it doesn’t met the requirements to be used as an actual rating, meaning it just simulate it, so why should we use a service that just suppose your have a good or bad profile based on estimating reports? Deleted.

Complete waste of time logged in several times with my existing account. Reset password. Logged in again but just doesn’t work. Keeps taking me to the login screen time and time again. AVOID!!
Update: I have given this app another go a year later and still the same issues. I successfully login I. To Experian on my laptop and have had no issues this past year. But this app is a pain. Don’t bother with it.
Update: a year later and it’s still a load of crap continually asking me to log in.

I’ve been using Experian to monitor my score and build it up. The app has been brilliant for keeping on top of changes and searches along with identifying areas that will help build my score however; for the last two weeks I’ve been unable to log in. Using the website is fine but when trying to login to the app it just returns you back to the login screen. When it works it’s great, but at the moment the app issues are frustrating...

I was using different Credit score but end of the day Based on the Experian credit score only banks are doing credit rating.. it’s really great for all aspects, so don't waste your time with other credit score apps,

My bank told me to use this app to see my credit score as I have never needed to be for so I took there advice got agood score and on top of that there are good offers on credit cards to loans and advice and how to save and spend wisely what I thought was helpful.

Absolutely shocked at the lack of interest in complaints about the app and service in general. You hold really important details about people and they can’t even access it. So, it has been a month since I haven’t been able to log in. I have called 2 or 3 times and also contacted Tech Support...nothing received in reply. No call to log my complaint which the Reports Team said they would do...Nothing. Why is it okay to pay for a service you don’t receive?

I have been locked out of my account for over a month now as I keep getting the same message below. I have tried contacting Experian to no avail even though I was able to view my reports before this. I have no idea what further checks need doing and it has certainly taken longer than 5 days.

Two Mortgages, Two Credit Cards, On the Electoral Roll, Four Bank Accounts, a loan, yet it cant verify my identity. Need me to send a DNA sample in? God knows how detrimental this is to my rating if Experian don’t even think I exist. Someone should let my creditors know I don’t exist anymore, could save me some £££

I like the idea of checking your credit score of offers via a app. But ever since I’ve downloaded the app which is now over a month ago. I cannot log in. You click the log in button - put your username and password, it then proceeds to take you to the memorable data characters it asks for and loads you right back to the log in page!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Even after updating there is this massive issue. How long is it going to take developers to see we cannot use the app. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, I would really like to use this app and it’s currently rendered useless!!!

The irony with the service is that if you feel your scores aren’t correct then you need to avail the paid service just to rectify your score. Experian won’t even look into this without an account.

Great credit score app but the limited no access to any and all of the details behind the report unless you pay process is frustrating. The film report should be free and funded by the agency, from revenue raised from advertising and promotional activity by lenders and partners.

As with most things experian, it’s very temperamental.
I would report it but would be treated with the same distain as when you call to report the multiple errors on your credit report. Strange? As their direct debit system has never failed!

This app, in principal, is very good by the reality is the polar opposite. The lack of feedback to complaints is utterly horrendous as is the length of time it takes to correct errors. I’m cancelling my subscription as it offers nowhere near enough value for money, pathetic customer service and a truly outdated user experience. Avoid.

The Experian App and general service gives you no useful info other than your Experian credit score, which doesn’t mean much without knowing the factors that make up your score. Clear Score and Totally Money give you a better App and service for free. These are worth having anyway as they give you your scores from different credit bureaus - Equifax and Callcredit.
Don’t think paying for the Experian service will make any difference! The only info that gives you is info you can see for free with Totally Money or Clear Score.
If you’re actively monitoring and working on your credit score in prep for mortgage etc. just get the free Experian App, which gives you an updated score every 30 days. Barclaycard also give you your Experian score with its App every 60 days.
