Removed option for purchasing dice with diamonds
It seems that game developers became very greedy and decided that we have no longer need to purchase the dices with diamonds no more. No wonder why it was so easy to get diamonds recently.

Doesn’t let you spend gems on rolls anymore
This used to be my favourite game but now it doesn’t let you spend gems on rolls anymore so there’s just not enough game play now. Struggling to level up as it’s around 9Q for one upgrade and you don’t make that out of 180 rolls.

Really love this game but now I’m levelling up, it’s getting extremely frustrating!
This is because I waited until the dice bar was full, used all my rolls and watched ads to try and get enough coins to buy the landmark (got to around 4.5 million) and just before I went to buy it, it was stolen by another player. So, back to the start. This time I thought I’d buy coins from the in-app package and buy the landmark - spent real money on it, then earned the last bit of money and boom, someone steals it again.
All that for nothing.
So disappointed 😢
There’s real potential here but like many games, money is always on the game-developers mind.

The game is great now!
I’ve played this game for many years I’m a level 80 I quit when I was level 60. At that time the game was unfair. The offers and purchases that were available were over priced and unfair. The tournaments were rigged and you never won any ! Now that has all changed 😁the game is extremely balanced and fair. There is new tournaments everyday and chances are you always win something! Challenges are amazing you win dice, coins so regular it makes the game extremely fun to play. I’ve levelled up about 20 times in about a week of coming back to the game which is so much quicker than previously played! I would recommend the game to all players and make sure you purchase the special offers! They have also become extremely fair that you get so much when you buy even a cheap pack! Really well done to the developer and board kings team for making the app changes and making the game great! 😁

The game itself can be quite fun when you have enough dice to actually do anything.
The game is far too heavily centred on micro transactions and is basically pay to win.
I’ve since deleted the app as they have tournament manipulation also. I was 5th in a tournament leaderboard with 1st easily achievable with the rolls I’d saved up. It seems the game recognised this and completely changed the leaderboard I was in and 1st - 4th were ridiculously high numbers where people must have spent £100s or even £1000’s on dice to reach that level.
This made me realise the game is highly rigged to squeeze money out of people. I understand the need to earn money, but this is a mobile game, not a AAA console game. I’d happily pay small amounts each month if it was fair, but it’s not.
Avoid if you don’t want to waste your time.

I love playing this game and have done for over 4 years
But if I’m honest I’m getting a bit frustrated that you have changed the format for the dice rolls and keep capping off the amounts that each roll is for instance I’m playing it now but the most I can have is x3 which is useless before i could decide to have x5 or more !!!!

I’ve been playing this game a long time now and there’s just no point. It doesn’t give the same satisfaction as when you can play against someone else and there’s no reason to it. Early days you can “move to different boards” after a could of upgrade on all buildings but it’s also dictated by time. So it doesn’t matter how well you do and how much money or coins you get, if you upgrade the building too early it just starts over and over. If you try and save the coins for when you can “move” they end up being stolen but another player. So basically you constantly upgrade for nothing or lose what you have achieved.
This game doesn’t allow you to play when you want like many others. If you run out of rolls then it’s game over until time allows you to get some more. The algorithm of this game is clever as it does entice you into a purchase and you can work out when it’s not going your way. Some of the mini games are cool but when it’s not going for you, you can much work out what’s going to happen.
All in all the game is fun but pointless. Would you play monopoly all night long with endless money, not likely.

Good game but has major flaws
I enjoy playing this game, it is quite enjoyable and to some degree, addictive to say the least.
However, my concerns about this game is how it disadvantages players who don’t spend their money on the game. For example, there is always those inexpensive micro transactions within the game which can to some extent force people to spend a lot without even acknowledging it. And those in game purchases always seems to offer a lot for the players. I’m rising my concern since I am a player who doesn’t spend a single penny on a mobile game and I find that having to watch ads that are meant to offer my dices and other items to be very disappointing😒😒. I receive 8 dices every hour but by watching one ad I received maybe 20 dices but for the most part, I always get 3 dices, what exactly do you expect me to do with 3 dices or even 6 dices when there is always some form of competition/ daily events/tournaments? 🙄😠
What I’m trying to say is this: increase the amount of dices that can be received when you watch an ad ( I personally don’t think getting 3 or 6 dices is enough. I think the minimum should be 20 dices or 30 not 3 or 6) , also more dices when you land on the Card tiles, make the game more fair for players who don’t spend their money on the game, add more ways to complete daily events/competitions/tournaments which won’t require spending money to have some form of advantage above those who don’t spend their money one the game.

Me and my girlfriend started playing the game together around 2 months ago but we’ve came to realise that the events rewards are completely different for each other witch I think is not right for example she will have a (2 day event) for 400 rolls but I have the exact same event but for only 150 rolls for the exact same amount off work to get them!?, we are the same levels and everything why is this even like this does not make sense
The event rewards should be the same for everyone if not make the events easier for people with lower rolls not the same amount off work for lower pay out doesn’t make sense and is making me not wanna play anymore what’s the point!?
Other games make it so everyone gets the same rewards for the same amount of work on the same events I’ve never seen this before hm!

I love this game! I got it because my Dad has been playing it for about a year so I like visiting his board and stealing his money. It’s so cute and rewarding with all the events you can take part in.

Please please get rid of the angry pig! I will never pay money to get rid of him and it’s so annoying when he’s on your board getting all worked up for 4 days. Could you please make it so when he’s full you can tell him to leave? I hate the pig :(

Better than Game of thrones & more savage than monopoly
I have never written a review for a game on your phone before but felt compelled to bend the knee. This game literally has me on my edge of the seat. With who going to invade your board & seek revenge when they do & pillage with no remorse. But the nostalgic feel the collection of cards to complete the set like you would as a kid. It has high & lows & far better than Game of Thrones as it never ends. But more savage than monopoly as you can topple your family members board for eating your last rolo.

I go through games like there’s no tomorrow, always bored looking for the next one but one that stays and has stayed for a long time is this one! I love it, I love everything about it I don’t feel compelled to buy things as the game doesn’t push you and when I’m feeling a bit cheeky there’s always great deals on. I can not fault them at all :)
*2020 update - this is the only game I’ve managed to keep playing at least once daily, all the others come and go. I’ve just received 100 rolls for my 2 year anniversary !! Absolutely buzzing with the personal nature of it and another example of why this game is so great

Excellent game! Boring Ads!
I’ve been playing this game for a few years now and really enjoy it. I only have one issue. Since lockdown, the ads are all the same. I just logged into my game and spent a bit of time watching ads via the reward cards. I watched eight ads and every single one was for Bingo Blitz, a game I used to play but then deleted because it was boring! Please bring back the days when you showed ads for different games and services! Tedium does not make for a good game!

Don’t bother
Takes so long to complete a board, I was quite happy to plod along having a couple of go’s a day. I’m sure I was on lvl 21 or so, was just about to finish my board when someone came along and ending up owning 3 of my buildings, which is fair enough as these things happen, all part of the game. So I spent a good few days getting my owned buildings back to complete my board and move to a new one. During this time I managed to accumulate 1.3 million coins and was on the road over to the new board, I was glad that I would have loads to spend levelling up my buildings, after all it had taken me days to do so. However as soon as my new board opened, before I even got to move on it, it literally just opened and 3 of my buildings were owned and 1.2 million was gone. How is this even possible when the board wasn’t opened yet for anyone to arrive let alone get round it, take buildings and break the piggy?? I say it’s not possible because it isn’t and I’m done now, complete and utter waste of time. I won’t be downloading it again, there’s much better ways to waste time. Just my take on the game, no fun when days of work disappears due to an impossibility. So if you do decide to play and the same thing happens to you please let your thoughts be known in a review.

challenges are impossible
I love this game but I've noticed that since i completed the album and got all those rolls the challenges have been borderline impossible to complete. They were reasonable when i had 24,000 rolls but now that i'm back to 80 rolls in 13 hours it's literally impossible to play the game... my rolls haven't increased in speed or maximum capacity for over 30 levels now, I only have the 5x roll booster half the time and each building requires 10-30 million coins which takes like two days each - making the game slow and boring. Also wish there was some kind of daily challenges system as a way to win rolls because 6 rolls an hour is just not enough... especially since all the coins i accumulate have been stolen by the time another 13 hours has passed.

Amazing BUT
I absolutely adore this app, it’s so cute and fun to play and they never run out of ideas to spice it up.
I especially love the sticker book feature and it’s addicting to collect them all.
My only complaints are that 5 rolls an hour is far too little and they certainly need to either shorten the time or add to the amount you get.
A suggestion is to have little mini daily quests where you can earn coins, gems, and rolls for simple things like “land on the train tile three times” or “roll a double 5 times” just so we aren’t left to wait the entire day just for more rolls.
In short a brilliant game just needs a few small touches

Train stars problem
Hi, I really enjoy this game and at the moment I’m I’m not getting the stars that I earned on 3 separate occasions, I got 2 stars from other boards then I got 10 stars on another board and it keeps resetting me back from 0 and got start again even after I just earned them and it still saying I’m on 0... plz help.. I don’t want to give bad review because I like the game and enjoy playing...plz fix or it maybe my own device I’m not sure....plus it kicks you off quite regularly.....

Umm, I don’t think I looked properly!
So, I just got this game,and didn’t realize that I had a few rolls. Yes. I got mad when it said pay with gems to carry on, but I thought it was real life money! Sry. And now I can’t check it, because it doesn’t let me re download this game. But anyways, I really like it! It’s amazing and fun. It’s kind of ok, if you lose your money. (I’ll tell you why) you can just go to the person who stole your money, and steal it back! By getting extra! That would be fun! 😁 but I don’t mind if no one likes my idea. But this game is great!

Super fun!
I have not been playing this game for long but I am already falling in love! It’s got super cute characters which I love and it’s not so amazing that you can’t draw yourself away. I would definitely suggest this game to anyone that likes cute things and a non-addictive game.
I only have one problem with this game which is that you only get a certain amount of rolls and once you run out you have to wait 45 minutes before you get 4 rolls back! Please change this either so that you have unlimited rolls or so that you only have to wait like 10 minutes for all your rolls to refill.
Other than that though it’s a great game and if you’re reading this then you have to get it! Love it!

Okay. This game is AMAZING! Like no joke. But... I recently saved up to 2 million coins. I couldn’t spend it on my buildings cause they are fully upgraded and I was collecting the gold bricks to move boards. Then, someone came to my piggy bank and stole 1.5 million of that 2 million. Okay okay I know that a how the game works but couldn’t there be like a limit on how much one person can take? Maybe 500k at most? I have read some of the comments and another people are having the same problem as me. And yes before you reply to this comment saying “when you get your money it’s safe for 30 mins then after that people can take it etc” I know that. I am still super annoyed and if you fixed it then it would make me and TONS of other people happy. Other than that, great game. I would recommend. Unless you don’t like losing all of your hard earned coins in one go. Thanks for reading this comment. Xxx

Me and my partner both downloaded this game at the same time and at first it seems to be enjoyable but after a few months that had past we noticed on my partners bank statement that £120 plus had been taken out without authorisation. There would not be a chance on this Earth we would want to spend such an absurd amount of money on a toilet game. The game was downloaded approximately in March 2019 and payments was taken July- September. We contacted Apple with no help what so ever and there excuse is “it’s an in-app purchase”.
After cancelling my partners card to stop any more unauthorised payments and deleting the game more money had tried to be taken which thankfully was unsuccessful (it was proven by Apple it was this game.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME AND PLAY IT.

Money Grabbing
Like most people the concept of this game and play is different to anything else in the App Store. So for this a solid 5 Stars, however and what is evident is that this game without paying an absolute fortune for rolls of the dice and pink gems to progress hinder the players that do not want to pay to play. Admittedly and as I am we are prepared to be a bit patient with the game. My problem and this is a big problem is the the way which people can steal you money and for the hard patient player where we only have a certain number roles need to bank cash slowly. Then overnight that is wiped out in 1 or 2 plays. Eg. I get to level 8 where I need to get 200 bricks to progress to level 9. This would of taken me approx. 300 rolls. Luckily I won an event prior to get close in one day but as I was short and I could use my money on anything else it was piling up ready for the next level. Overnight my entire 1.4m pounds has been stolen and I start again. That isn’t happening and I’ve now deleted the game. If this changes where you can lose no more than 10% overnight I would of continued but not now and will never download a Jelly Button game again. Greedy like lost developers!! Rant Over!!!

Alright, but could have improvements
Board kings is an okay game, fun and addictive; but the idea can be tweaked. First off, general fixes and bug-squashing should be implemented to improve the already existing game, and a faster support team response. The turn or dice roll per hour should be raised as 5 is only a small amount. Finally, people who steal or raid from other can’t steal tens of thousands of coins-the in-game currency-as that is just taking insane amounts from people dedicating time and sometimes money, into the pockets of people lucky enough to get the large sum. Maybe adding a level system as that connect people of a certain level with people with a similar level. Your game is alright, but could be improved...this game is average

Ugh 😑
Ok so this game is pretty addicting and I have to give some credit to the developers - it’s a fun game. However there have been so many glitches/ problems that it’s making me go off the game. Every time I go on the game there is always something going wrong like it won’t let me roll the dice or something like that. I’m constantly not receiving prizes or losing my coins/ gems suddenly when I haven’t even spent them. Also it’s really annoying how your coins are stolen every 30 minutes. There was a competition where you had to collect carrots to get to the end and then defeat the dragon and I wanted the prize at the end so I bought a 3.99 package with 45 carrots. I was also promised some sticker packs but when I completed the transaction only the carrots appeared, no sticker packs. So I refreshed the page and when I went back on the game all the carrots had gone and I had nothing. So all the money was wasted. I contacted them but by the time they get back to me, the contest will probably be over 😡 Anyway do not spend money on this game as you will not receive your package and it will just waste your time

What a GAME!!!
This is the most addictive fun game I’ve had in ages!! My partner played it and I had to see what the fuss is about!
It’s got the competitive edge to it at the same time; you can damage other players buildings and ‘own’ their buildings, but don’t forget they can do that to you as well, which makes it super fun!! (but don’t worry, you get to win them back) You can Steal coins from other players ‘coin king’ is very sneaky hehe!!!
They have loads of little promotions on every day! The store has some great deals too, but save up, you’ll be ADDICTED!!

Board Kings - King of all games
Absolutely love playing Board Kings, it’s my favourite game which I play as often as possible when my dice count is ready.
The forum is great for finding new friends who also play the game and love collecting the extra gems and dice for accepting them.
The albums are good fun, but I wish that I could ask friends if they have a particular card so that we can swap so that both of us can complete our sets. I would also like the option to buy specific cards with coins collected or gems.

We would like to bring to your attention a series of points that you may have missed in your quest to destroy your game, mind you, you are doing a pretty good job of decimating a game that was once fun, achievable and playable, without your players help, but we would like to put these suggestions here for your consideration:
1 Double Charging - is a good way of angering and losing players keep going doing a good job on that one
2 Unauthorised Charges - again a good job on that one
3 Not receiving packages - ticked you got that one to a tee
4 Glitches - yep you don’t need assistance on that one
5 Changes to Tournament/challenge prizes - again well done you’ve mastered that one
6 Daily Loyalty Gift - sorry can’t find that one to assist you on
7 Levelling up Benefits - doing a good job on boring people with that one
8 Customer Service - you can’t possibly get any better at ignoring your players so for that we have to say Bravo 👏 no advice needed

Absolute rubbish, half the people on here use the same photo, which either means that one person has downloaded this app hundreds of times, or it’s the developer trying to make us think this game is more popular than it actually is,
I’ve just had a message come up saying I’ve lost internet connection, when I hadn’t, and while it was reconnecting I lost everything to one of those players, it’s probably the developers way of trying to get you to buy your way through the game,

Great concept, too much waiting
I think the whole idea of the game and how it’s played is spot on, however, having to wait an hour just for 4 rolls is a bit much. I like the game and want to play it a lot but I’m limited in doing so because I’d rather not buy rolls.
Perhaps tweak it slightly so it’s not so slow, or add some other things to do when you have no rolls left.
Something else that seems to worsen having to wait an hour, it seems a common problem that my game crashes and then all the money I just raided disappears, along with the rolls I used to earn it. This is annoying because it means I have to wait hours (again) to earn it back, with the risk of it occurring again. It is not my internet connection (which is what your Q&A claims it to be).

Frustrated
Firstly, I want to say how ridiculously addictive this game is. Brilliantly created. Had a lot of fun playing this over the last couple of weeks. However...yesterday it asked me to accept some important privacy updates and since then I’m stuck in a loop of accepting vs the game not connecting. Nothing has changed with my internet connection (have tried on data also) but it simply won’t let me play the game anymore. Can someone help me? Usually I would just delete the game, but what with it being so addictive, it drove me to spend nearly £20 chasing bloody carrots. Please help. Thank you

Lack of developer support
What is a fun and interesting app is dampened by the fact a new update has completely rendered my game useless and I’m unable to log back in. To top it off there’s no way to contact the developers either through their zendesk link nor the email on their website (which is a dead email address) and judging from other responses they don’t answer social media messages either. Glad I have never spent money on this game and I’m tired of app makers who fall short on helping the people who download, watch ads or spend real money on the game they’ve created, while pocketing a profit. The AppStore needs to make sure consumers have viable options to contact about problems when allowing apps available for purchase.

Good game, until today.
Hello! So today I was playing the game perfectly normal and I had run out of rolls. I thought “okay, I’ll just upgrade my property and wait.” So i tried upgrading my property and it just kept taking my money until I had 0 left and then it fixed, causing me to lose quite a lot of money! I am upset over this because if it was stolen, fine, thats the game, but it wasn’t, it was a glitch! I was wondering if you could look into this glitch for me as it was very shocking as i love this game! I’d also suggest a shorter waiting time for dice rolls as that would also help!

Where’s my money Sandra?
I have to start off by saying this app is great. No adverts which makes such a welcomed change to every other app out there. Bright colours, nice and easy to play.
BUT. I paid £1.99 to get a nice little add on it £7million (or bunny coins or whatever the currency is). Was so chuffed, up graded a few things and then left the game to get on with everyday life. 5 hours later. I go back onto Board Kings and some player called Sandra has stolen £5million bunny coins off me! Devastated doesn’t cover it. Should have just given her my £1.99. I hope she’s out there having fun with my £5million bunny coins because I’m back to saving all my coins up to upgrade one building at a time now.

Excellent game
I love this game it is addictive but it is getting harder to upgrade your buildings as I’m not getting enough money to do it I try to save it up but by the time I go back on it my money as been taken by another player but I’m not giving up still gonna play it and do what I can to upgrade my buildings as it’s exciting wondering what board your gonna get next but I do have a suggestion about the stickers that maybe you can gift spare ones to friends to help each other to complete the collections and help upgrading buildings and levelling up.

This game is a waste of your time and money the game itself has so many lags and faults you lose out massively when you write them a email they will just ignore you I’ve sent 7 emails now and only received one reply with basic compensation what doesn’t match what I’ve lost on game play and money put in I’m now taking them to court over trading standards as if you look at there Facebook page they are ripping of hundreds of customers and not even having the decency to reply to anyone of us if apple if also reading this o would also review them allowing you to use your platform I’m still yet to here from the. From my 10 issue with the game where they just reset my board

The best app ever!
This app is not only fun but very practical too; when you have used all your rolls, you can’t do much else, which is great because you can spend time doing other things and therefore will never get bored of the game! I love all the different characters, although get slightly angry when I get one from the vending machine that I already had before. All of my family play this game, and I love how you can raid your family and friends’ boards! Overall, I think that this is the best app ever and would recommend it to anyone!

Fun game!!
This is a really good game and I do recommend it. However, there are a few areas of the game that could be improved.
1. Personally, I think that five rolls an hour is a bit long a wait. I wouldn’t mind if the wait only got decreased a bit and I’m sure that you have received lots of reviews about this, but I think that it would make the game even more enjoyable. I have to admit that I’m quite an impatient person so that might be why.
2. I’m so confused about the extra cards because I find them so random. For me they just randomly appear. This could just be a misunderstanding but can someone please explain?
3. Also I heard that you get freebies and extra things from Facebook. Can you please make put this on more than one social media platform like Instagram (if you can) because I don’t have Facebook and I don’t really want it either. It would be great if you did this as I find this a bit unfair to people that don’t have Facebook.
This game is actually really fun and I’ve only found three things out of the whole game. It’s really fun especially when you have friends that you can steal from! Just a few improvements! (And if I could give 4.5 stars I would) I’m not a person that gets stuck into games but every time I pick up my phone, board kings is usually the first things I go on.

U fair advantage for Facebook users!!!
I have really enjoyed this game so far, it’s got me hooked and I’m enjoying playing against my family and friends however..... I, myself do not have Facebook yet other family members do and have told me that they receive more spins per hour and can hold more dice than I can despite the fact that I’m ahead of them in the game.i have also learnt that I have to work harder to earn the same or sometimes less rewards than people logged in with Facebook. Although I have said I enjoy the game I’m also very frustrated that I seem to be at a disadvantage just because I’m not a Facebook user, it seems very u fair and discriminatory.

Poor reviews...??
I am the sort of person who doesn’t get engrossed or addicted to games; however, Board Kings has got me hooked.
The graphics are cheerful and bright; the music isn’t abhorrently irritating; the sound effects are lovely; it’s all generally very well done.
I have read through a few of the poorly rated reviews and have to say, I feel these people are bitter they’re not doing well in the game. It’s a community game - people can visit your board and steal your money - get over it! It’s not the developers fault that you’re spending ££ on coins and they’re stolen. It’s your fault for trying to buy your way through the game rather than being strategic and playing.
My only fault in this game is how long it takes for rolls to regenerate. 5 per hour is not, enough in my opinion, of course. But I would say that - I’m addicted to this game!

First few minutes of playing this game and I'm impressed! Its concept is new to me but i like the change and i must say its very addictive and so cute!!! :3 i love my little citizens and the introduction to the game is smooth and doesn't bombard u like most games :). 👍👍 u got thumbs up on a great intro to a game from me. As for gameplay you learn very fast the concept of the game and because its so simple ur experience with the game is more enjoyable! It reminds me of monopoly a lot with the board game theme but the game is so much more than that!! Id recommend this to kill boredom :)

Good and bad points
Starting with the positive...this is a well-designed game with fun graphics and a whole host of tongue in cheek references to pop culture. The events are fun to play, if practically impossible to finish. But, you only get half an hour’s grace period on coins bought with real world money...and this isn’t made clear in their store. When it’s a treat purchase that you’ve had to budget for - to see those coins stolen by another player is quite sickening, especially as the gameplay forces you to stop and hold on every level before you can spend it.
Just take the game for what it is...a bit of fun bumbling around a board...and ignore the events and store. Otherwise, it’s just a waste of your hard earned money.

I love this game, and have spent a lot of money on it. I have just played the new promotion (Knight kills dragon, gets treasure chest) but when I killed the dragon, using about 50 spins, the dragon disappeared, but I didn’t get my treasure.
I went to the support page within the app, couldn’t find any answers, came out of the support, went back to the Knight’s trail, and there was the dragon again!!
Please could someone help with this?? I have screen shots of the dragon gone, and then back again, if needed!!

Good but a let down
Honestly, this game is actually really good, it’s fun, addictive and does really entice you. However, with the latest update has come the opportunity to steal from people who are online. This has completely put me off the game as I can no longer move up boards as my money is stolen every 10minutes (no exaggeration). Furthermore, you can’t protect yourself from having your money stolen, and I, who recommended this game to friends, have repeatedly built my money up from 0, to the amount required to upgrade a building, to 0, and then the cycle repeats itself. I feel like if you set a “shield” to stop your money getting stolen for a few hours, this game would be much more appreciated; as having all my money stolen every 10 minutes has made me hate the game and is making me and a lot of my friends debate deleting the game and try to find another game that is more user friendly.

I loved this game since I knew how to play it and that was pretty soon. Here’s what you need to do to play: you have a few rolls which makes you move around the board and you can get rolls by collecting cards or wait 4 minutes to get a few rolls, you have some money and you can collect more also you need money to upgrade your board, if you land on a specific space you get transported to someone else’s board and you get free rolls and if they have police officers which look like a police car and if you land on one you go in prison and you can escape or pay 12 gems to continue and you eventually get transported back your board and there are levels which unlocks different stuff.

i really enjoy playing this game if i have a few minutes spare however I do think that it is far too easy to steal coins from other people I can understand that it could add to the ‘experience’ of it however if you make an in app purchase for your coins to be stolen it’s disheartening and when you grow through the levels and you finally manage to reach a large amount of coins to upgrade a building for them to be stolen a second before it’s like ‘oh yay look i’ve been played, must start building these coins back up for maybe the same to happen again!’

Do not waste money on this game
I’ve been playing this for a few weeks now and have been roped in spending more and more money on rolls thinking it was worth it and I’ve finally just come to my senses. Spent nearly 40 quid this weekend on rolls to try and get to the final chest and get my 1.5k reward in the challenge they’ve given us for these 5 days, and thinking I was nearly there, I bought a deal package for 5.99. Cheering as I got to the ghost only then I realised... you still need to use a ton of juices to kill the ghost to get past it! Also don’t understand how its fair that I always get put in the high bracket in challenges so I have to do more work to get my prizes?Absolutely addictive and brilliant game concept but the rolls are ridiculous. 4 rolls an hour is an absolute joke. Done with this game. Fun why it lasted but an absolute waste of bloody money. Customer support is also absolute rubbish. Had problems since the beginning of buying this game and have tried to contact them multiple times through Facebook, Twitter and email and not once did I get a response. Deleted and goodbye.

The best app game i've ever played
Ive never felt compelled to write an app review but i am so happy with this app. It is really cleverly designed by Jelly Button, and they deserve success. They know what players actually want out of a game. They let people play at their own peril, without being pressured to buy things in order to progress in the game, you can go at your own pace. And for me that's essential in any app i give my time to, otherwise i will stop playing it. This app, ive been playing now for 6+ months and will continue to. It's highly addictive and overall the concept is really intelligent and has me hooked. When they run competitions, that's when i really get obsessed and invest alot of my time into the game. They really are the cherry on top. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this app and ive recommended it to everyone i know, because everyone needs to pass some time here and there, or to kill boredom, this is the perfect app to do it. Belly Button are really setting an example to all these other creators who's eyes are bigger than their brains and just end up driving their users away. In the end, letting their users have free will is the right path, as ive made some purchases on this app which ive only ever done on one other app in my entire life. And i'm happy about it because i get to support an up and coming company. So it goes to show what really works in the long run.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS!
I bought a pack for £2.99 and received my 110 dice and how ever many coins it was... the. A little while later I bought the same pack and never received it. I contacted them and was told I needed to wait till it no longer said payment pending, which I did, and I still didn’t receive my pack. I contacted them again with a copy of my invoice and didn’t get a reply. So a few days later I mailed them again with the copy of my invoice again. I still have had no reply. They took my money and I did it get what I paid for and now they won’t even reply on my emails. So don’t bother wasting your money!

I have just mailed for a 3rd time as I have still had no response from them in regards to a purchase I made and didn’t receive! They are a joke! Taking people’s money and not giving them what they paid for! It has been over 2 weeks since my first email to them!

Flawed limited offer system
Alright, this is one of the few games out there with “that kind of system” that have actually been quite fun for me and have me coming for more. Suddenly I notice the game has a limited offer going on (particularly the one involving this “rabbunzel” character where if you pay £3.99 you get 150 dice rolls, 70 gems and 550k coins) and I thought “hey, why don’t I get it while the offer stands?”. So I buy the pack, and nothing happens. I’ve refreshed the app, and I still wasn’t getting what I payed for. So I read into the details even further, and nothing exactly says that I’m basically buying a better chance for getting ahead of a leaderboard-systemised contest for rewards, so I go ahead and spend £3.99 again on the same deal, and nothing’s happening still. Honestly feel like dropping the otherwise fun & somewhat addicting game if this issue isn’t resolved.

Do NOT buy the promo packs! It’s a scam!
I purchased 2 promotional packs, paying a total of £5 (£1.99 + £2.99). For this, I got 20 Million (yes MILLION) coins. This is obviously more money than you can earn by playing normally and it’s too much money to spend in one go. So you have to stop playing and wait for your dice count to fill up. Within 1 hour of me waiting, someone stole around 12 Million(!!!) of my money in one go! So ONE person stole this money from me! This is ridiculous and a total scam! If this is acceptable according to the TOS, there should be a clear warning before making a purchase! I’ve written to customer care requesting a refund, and will update this post when I receive a reply. But until then, I strongly advise anyone to NOT pay for any promo packs as they can be taken away from you at any second after the purchase!
ETA: That is totally unacceptable! 1) you don’t inform us of this before we purchase these promos so we have no idea that there is only a 30 minute window where the money is safe and 2) it is NOT POSSIBLE to spend more than 1-2 million in 30 minutes! This means that you actually buy something you’re never going to get to keep = SCAM 3) I’ve now gotten every single coin stolen from me! I paid for 20 million, 18 million of that was stolen! As I paid real money, this literally means that you stole my money!

Greats game but
A cool idea is to add new dice e.g. a pink and blue one where if you roll ur pink numbers can be 4-6 and blue is 1-3. This will make it so when ur at someone else’s board some strategy can be at play but it will still mostly be random. These dices could be rewarded by daily challenges or having a store where you can buy them say 50k a dice and when used it still uses original just with a new number range e.g.
6-9.
There are already customizable dice rewarded for collecting a full row of idols however these are just cosmetics and provide no benefits which is why I never would spend gems at the vending machine.
Facebook book friends can abuse u. I showed my mate this game and all he does is raid my board because I’m a higher level and he will get more money and as he knows me in real life he always pays gems to get out of jail so my board constantly has no police cars. This makes it so progress is slowed a lot as I’m always repairing or having 2 3 building owned by someone and makes the game feel like it would be better to play without friends. (The bonuses are good though like 2 times coins but this further makes friends come to my board)
Some challenges also don’t track so they are utter pointless as I’m never going to say spend gems to roll more times when I don’t even know how much I need to roll

Was really loving it
Loved the game until I reached level 22... then the rewards were both stupidly unbalanced and a waste of time. 50 rolls or 50 gems, 50 rolls are worth around 200 gems. Also great so you are giving me the chance to play on for 10m or the chance to break out of one jail or buy almost two boxes...
What’s the point in playing further paying 761,000 for level 23 let alone the entire board cost to receive either 50 rolls or 245,000 coins....
Why can’t I continue to upgrade my bank or amount of police cars? I’ve put a small amount of money into this but I cannot be bothered with the terrible rewards for playing every day.
