We’re working hard to make it as easy as possible for you to make the most of your health cover, which is why we’ve developed this claims app. Submit your claim for optical, dental, chiropody and therapy treatments using the app and you’ll get the money back into your account even quicker.

It means a faster and more convenient way for you to claim, for our most popular benefits.

If you’ve already registered to access your account details on the My Westfield area of our website, your username and password will also work on this app. If you haven’t registered yet, it’s really quick and easy to do, visit www.westfieldhealth.com, go to My Westfield and register your details.

Once you’re registered, all you have to do to make a claim using the app is complete the details of your treatment, take a photo of your receipt and submit it to us.

We’ll aim to process your claim and pay you back within two working days.

Ok

While it works well for submitting some receipts, i do have a couple of problems - the log in screen is incredibly glitchy, when I open the keyboard the screen goes up and I can’t see what I’m typing. And it would be great if I could do more than just submit receipts for some health care treatments - I’m entitled to more than just the ones on the app but for some I’d have to go to the website, print out the form, and do it that way. It would also be good if I could see remaining value within the app for each category - I have the text system set up but even then that only works for 3ish categories and I’d have to remember the code, which involves going through the phone, finding the booklet and finding them on there. By which time I could have logged into the website and found it. It all seems a little complicated for no reason and it would be great to have an update to the app

Doesn’t fit correctly on iPhone XS Max and is problematic too.

Very Limited

Faster than sending the receipt by post but doesn’t do anything else.

No summary of the benefits, no balance on each category, no email to acknowledge my claim has been submitted.

Needs updating

The App doesn’t allow you to view the balance or the historical data of your account. The only plus side is it allows you to submit a claim, as with everything connected to Westfield it’s not user friendly

Needs more features

Works well for making claims, but needs:

1) current balance / account summary

2) select receipt from camera roll

3) upload pdf / file as a receipt

4) status of claim / show outstanding claims

A good start but needs more work. Its just wrong that we can claim on the app but then need to go to the web site for everything else....

This is a big improvement compared to the paper form. Would be great if balances could be checked from within app - or maybe they can and I’ve not found it?

Need to be able to upload photos

This app is so much better than the site, making claims is so much quicker. However I get my receipts digitally, the app only allows you to take a photo of the receipt not upload one. This means I have to print it off then photo it.

Crashes when it tries to access the camera. Reinstalled as exactly the same.

Has never worked

Had this app 2 days now and not been able to log in once. Always seems to be something wrong with either the app or website. Seem to be stuck in the old times of filling out forms and sending by post!

Needs improvements

Although it's is practical to send claims directly with the phone, however when the claim is sent the status is not updated in real time and is not showing in this app but in the other Westfield app for balances and claims. I suggest it should be only 1 app for everything. Also it would be great if the app keeps logins details so we don't have to enter them every single time.
