I have been driving for 51 years in cars, vans and 30 years on buses .
I always carried a Highway Code and of course it’s a lot easier now that it’s on my phone.
It does you good to revise occasionally and remind yourself what you should be doing rather than letting bad habits take over.
The Highway Code on phone is great for that.
You will be surprised what you have forgotten if you are an experienced driver and learn a lot if you are new.

I passed my theory test 1st time today and this app helped me greatly (along with the theory test & hazard perception apps). The app is very easy to navigate and allows you to ‘flag’ sections that you’re uncertain of.

Test pass
I rode a borrowed Vespa around the block about six times in 1966 and passed my test. It failed to start during the test so I had to change the spark plug then the kickstart broke so I had to push start it. All ended well with a good hill start and emergency stop so passed first time.

Yes I passed my test
I passed my test in 1958 and I still read the Highway Code I did pass the advanced test in 1982 on a motorcycle I’m 78 now and ride two BMW motorcycles and two cars I love using the roads and am passionately interested in riding and driving I also have a collection it cycles some e-bikes included, I do make the odd mistake on the road but like you , I am human but I believe that every time a person takes to the road his attention must be focused on his driving without exception.

Why do you keep asking if I passed my test ?
I passed it years ago and have repeatedly marked within the app that I have passed.
I have the app so that I can be up to date with changes to driving laws but the weekly question about whether I've passed yet is very annoying !

Crap don’t buy this! They hassle you every day even when you have passed as I did 40 years ago unsubscribe Doesn’t work so I am now informing the communications ombudsman in an effort to get a day without their constant nagging.
