Snap cheats
Completely ruined, so slow, gets v and y mixed up, frequent unrecognised letters. This has only happened since the update, it was 5 * before!

No longer works
I used this app regularly with no issues, until recently. Word Chums has added an advert banner at the top of some users games and so the screenshot is no longer recognised by the app.
I reported the issue some months ago and continue to report it but it still has not been fixed.

Very Good and excellent support
Apart from the app very occasionally failing to recognise an H, I have found this to be excellent. Like others, a few days ago it stopped loading screenshots and wouldn’t work, but a quick email to ‘support’ quickly rectified the problem. I like it very much.

Updating Snap cheat
Nicki if you delete and reinstall the app it gives you the option of updating. Then it works perfectly.

Generally excellent
I’ve been using this for some time. Very suddenly, a couple of days ago, it stopped working - from a standard screenshot it failed to recognise several letters, and then produced a results screen that bore absolutely no resemblance to the original screenshot. I emailed for support-3 days later their response is: cold start the app, you will see a message asking you to download extra support files for the updated version of Word Chums. When you have done that, Snap Cheats will work properly.

Was ok to begin with but now it doesn’t recognise half the letters. I paid for the upgrade and it still doesn’t recognise my letters, it’s like a lot of these things, works for a while, then stops working. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Snap Cheats usually works fine, but now I have a problem, and it’s not working at all!

Was brilliant but not good since update
This always worked very well but since the last date - which was supposed to improve O / Q recognition (which I seldom had a problem with) it now reads all O as Q which means I have to manually correct all the Qs back to Os. I’m also having problems with other letters being recognised which never happened before the update! Please sort it out!!

Fine to start but now.....
Been using this for weeks but now suddenly today the app is not recognising letters correctly. It reads Q'a as letter O, and V's as Y ?????

DO NOT BUY
This worked for a while now just keep on getting error messages of unknown letters on both iPad and iPhone. Don't waste your money. Don't want to issue a star but need to post.
