Good for keeping up to the latest news but....
Do really like the apps, would be nice if they can updated suitable for iPad users though, other than that very good.

Amazing app and brilliant customer service!
This is definitely an app I’d recommend for anyone who wants a broader perspective of worldwide news!
I’ve been listening to the articles on Noa every day to keep up with current news and I’ve also really enjoyed listening to topics that aren’t covered on your average everyday news briefing.
The app offers a wide range of articles to download and listen to and I like how I can choose and save the articles I want to keep up to date with.
My customer service experience has also been fantastic as I had an issue with my subscription plan and a member of the team was quick to get in touch with me to resolve the issue.

Breath of fresh air.
Just re-downloaded Noa after reading an e-mail saying that they have ”Opened Our Paywall” due to the Coronavirus pandemic, this is going to prove very handy during these unprecedented times, because they (Noa) have given us 99 articles per day from 3, that in itself is worth signing up for @ £8.99 a month.
I see in your latest update you have applied a ”Dark Made”, I can't find that option.
I'd also like to see a ”Readable Article” so I can have the choice of reading or listening.
I'd also like to see more ”Local News” and ”Regional News” and Sky, BBC, ITV Channel 4 & 5 Bulletins read over NOA.

Narrated articles makes news accessible
Because this app delivers the news over audio, I can finally engage with the news during my 50-60 minute commute.
Also the way articles are collected into Series makes it easy to engage and stay on top of any topic (e.g. the US election, the financial impacts of the coranavirus, etc...).
Noa has made engaging with the news enjoyable once more!

Brilliant for staying informed
The way Noa arranges news articles into short playlists (which they call “Series”) is brilliant! These Series make it easy to stay on top of all the news around the world.
They also offer self-improvement articles for when I’m in the mood for some lighter listening.
This app has made my commute far more enjoyable and I HIGHLY recommend it!

I did love this app but..
How the developers think they can get people to continue paying a premium price for a subscription when the app itself is garbage! Other than the excellent narrators, where is my money going?
I contacted the development several times to make them aware of bugs and crashes that happen as soon as you open the app. Who’s testing this? We are not Beta testers. If I’m paying almost £9 / month for one app, I expect it to actually work!
