Buggy

As good as the game is when it works, most of the time you are unable to get past the login screen. This is not an isolated incident as the same applies across several devices all running different OS’s. This needs addressing and fixing by the dev.

Can’t sign in to play the game

I loved playing this game for the first day after I downloaded it but since then I can’t get on it to play, no matter what I try and sign in under (guest or Facebook) it just says authorising player as guest/Facebook and then freezes on that and won’t go any further, it won’t even go off that and 3-4 times I’ve deleted the game and downloaded it again and it’s let me sign in once after deleting it and downloading it again and the other 3 times it just does the same thing and freezes, if I could continue playing I would of given it 5* but I can’t play it, really disappointed because I used to play this game all the time a year ago and really enjoyed it, please help and tell me how to sort out the problem so I can play it again and give it 5*

Game was great until the continuous having to delete and reinstalling it on a daily basis in order to play. Keep saying they’ve fixed the issue, definitely not fixed!

I’ve given up with this app. After using for almost a year, I’m tired of having to reinstall every time I want to play. I’ve seen replies on here from the team and it’s not true at all, the issue isn’t fixed. It happens every day “authenticating Facebook user” and just won’t let you go further. Only fix is to uninstall and reinstall and that’s just more than an inconvenience especially when it’s happened repeatedly over the months. Used to spend money on this but no more - deleted for good.

Great app with one annoying flaw

I absolutely love this app as I love slingo but there is one really irritating flaw with it. Literally every single time I open it, it gets stuck authenticating and won’t go any further, meaning I have to delete it and reinstall every single time to be able to play it. This is the only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars. If you can sort this issue out it would easily be one of my favourite apps.

Good game, but won't load now

I really like the game & enjoy the different machines on it, but recently whenever I want to play it won't load. I open it & it gets stuck on 'authenticating Facebook user' & will just sit there. I have to delete the game & reinstall every time I want to play & by the time I've done this, I don't have a chance to play before I have to close it again.

Daily challenge 07/04/2021

The daily challenge prize today was 2000 credits, the Pigasus challenge cost me more than 10000 credits to pass this challenge which is disgraceful! Considering any one who played this got the same wins (2 others were playing at the same time as me and received same wins). Something needs to change Slingo Arcade! Not good at all

Game won’t start up

I have this on my IPhone X all software is up to date to latest versions. It always worked fine but ever since your last update it has failed to open on my IPhone I have re downloaded the game it works then when I try to play next day it won’t load so I have to yet again download! I am loading all my bonuses thanks to this.

I love the game however since I updated I have to keep deleting and re downloading as the game freezes when I switch between Facebook and guest play. Once I come off the app I can’t get onto the game at all, so have to delete after I play every time. It’s really frustrating now... please help

Do not spend!

Anybody that is stupid enough to spend a single penny on this game needs their head checking!

It’s scandalously difficult to actually win without having to use a whole lot of coins, and then it just shafts you every single time

Play it free, have your coins minced within an hour, then delete it.

Best place for it is the bin.

Great game and used to love playing. But every time I download it, it never works. The app loads up okay. But when I click to play a game, no matter what game it is. It tells me it’s expired. I’ve just updated the new version right now and still says the same thing. Please fix this so I can continue to play my favourite game

Great app, love playing these slingo games :) but right now I can’t as comes up on screen, no matter what game, that there has been an issue and to refresh to keep playing. Have deleted and reinstalled the app, done the update and cleared cache and still nothing is working. Have tried everything and nothing works :(

Well I loved this App, the games are very good and variable, however, for months I have been playing and building up my coins, I finally got to over 100,000 coins yesterday, I done the update yesterday and this morning I see a new way of logging in, the option to play as guest has disappeared, so I get into the App and all my coins have gone!!, I am NOT impressed, with all the App’s I play, I always sign in as guest, as I don’t want to play through FB, I will NOT play this game again, due to all my hard work getting the 100,000 coins have gone.

My experience with Slingo arcade

As usual the app started off with winning often but soon became another app that requires money to really exceed within the games, however there was lots of choices and not just the slingo aspect of it. Good incorporation of slots and what we downloaded the app for... slingo.

Although I am sure I will spend lots of time with the games and bonuses, it could do without all the advertising but we download these games expecting it

This is quite possibly the worst arcade game I’ve ever played on the store. I have played slingo for real money online and the odds of winning on this are far worse than what you get for real. Love this game. Brilliant version of an old game of bingo. Only issue have is your coins go so quickly which means your forced to either buy more coins or wait til next day which I do as can't afford to keep buying coins otherwise this would have been five stars.

Great app, however I have made 2 inn app purchases for £7.99 and not actually received the coin bundles, so beware when purchasing anything whilst in app.

Fun but issues that need resolving

This game has potential but you are not awarded many daily credits so don't get to play for long unless you are going to purchase additional credits.

Recently there has also been issues with the game crashing mid way though and although you return to the same point in the game when it reboots this is becoming frustrating.

Sorry it out and this has potential to be quite addictively fun to play.

Good game shame free credits from watching videos don't get credited to ur account and you never get given a daily bonus so when you use all your free credits you either have to buy more or delete app as you have no way of getting any free credits such a shame fab game
