How can I backup all of my passes?
You can go to the setting of iPhone > Apple ID > iCloud > turn on Wallet. Once you would like to use another iPhone, you can log in with the same Apple ID and turn on Wallet for iCloud. Then you will see the passes issued by Pass2U on Pass2U Wallet.
How can I issue a lot of passes?
You could go to https://www.pass2u.net/ to design the models and send the passes to your customers.

Flight Time Issue for PM Tickets
Love this app as it allows me to convert my PDF train tickets for use with Apple Wallet.
The only issue I’ve encountered is when I try to set a “Flight Time”. The set time keeps switching from PM to AM when saving the train ticket to my Apple Wallet.
At the moment, I’m unable to set the ticket to appear on my Lock Screen for a specific time, such as 4:37 PM.
I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.2.1.

Great for cards that don’t support Apple Pay
I wanted to put my railcard on Apple Pay but they don’t allow the feature. So I used this app and worked no issue. When my railcard got checked. The woman was shocked as she said she’s never seen anyone do that before but it scanned fine so caused no issues.

Absolutely terrible within seconds of registration it was sending me text message changing me @ 1.25 a Tex it sent 3 Tex in a second I deleted instantly I will try get my money back

Very nice…
This is a very nice app and it works. It just works very slowly (animations lag and it loads long). I strongly suggest and ask for you to update the app for optimisation for newer iPhones with more power, and just give the app a revamp as its looking pretty old now.

Can’t Login
Ever since the most recent update, I cannot Sign in with Apple, meaning I can’t access my templates. Keep getting “System error. Please try it later”. Normally a great app.

Why on earth does a developer choose to add a ridiculous animation to a great app?

The best one I found. I would love to be able to have a bit more customisation however. Adding a large square photograph and being able to position it wherever I want would be incredible.

Great little app, first used as my gift card supplier stopped supporting apple wallet so i use this instead and templates for my gift cards are already there so very handy. Even purchased the pro version but was not really fussed about having the logo on my passes

Server side pass generation
It sends your stuff out of your phone. I bought this and went trigger happy until I reached some passes I don’t want to share with 3rd parties. Not my medical records access cards for intimate stuff, sorry. You can keep my change but you won’t get any more of my data. I’m having serious concerns about this app. There’s no privacy policy on the authors website. Why can’t this work from my phone alone? Are wallet passes some sort of esoteric quantum magic?

Can’t use location triggers, in Pro
I bought the Pro version of this App, to access the “location triggers” function, so that my supermarket store card pops up when I am near the store.
I cannot find this option anywhere and the FAQ / help is almost non-existent. Hoping the developer will come on here and help me out. Happy to upgrade the review if this get sorted. Right now, it seems that I have paid for nothing!

Not good, has pass4u logo
This app is terrible, the pass4u logo is always on the bottom left corner of pass in the wallet. It would’ve been nice if there was an option to remove it. If it was made clear that the logo is permanent, I would not have wasted my money on this App.

Not much benefit from the pro version
The absence of adverts is of negligible benefit. It would be helpful if the Pass2U logo didn’t appear in Apple Wallet. However, setting the “Remove Pass2U” logo switch does not remove the logo from the finished card. This needs to be sorted, as the logo is bigger than the image of the cards.

Improved
After giving up on this app a year ago because it crashed constantly and email requests for help were completely ignored by the developer, the recent updates have made it usable again.
When it works, this app is great. Moving all my store loyalty cards into Apple wallet is very useful. However be aware that paying for the premium version won’t help if you experience issues, the developer works to their own schedule and doesn’t seem to care about the impact on users if things remain broken for months on end.

Doesn’t work for me
I’ve got store cards for Sainsbury’s (Nectar), Tesco (Clubcard), Morrisons (More), M&S (Sparks), Holland & Barrett and Waitrose. A lot of store cards to be carrying around, right? I also have Gym memberships and a Library Card, all of which use Barcodes.
I bought and attempted to use this app to scan them all and make them available in Apple Wallet, with various degrees of success (but mostly failure).
The main issue I have, with those I have successfully scanned is that when they appear on my iPhone they appear as barcodes (which is completely OK), but when I access Apple Wallet via my Apple Watch they appear a QR codes. Why!!!!
As far as I know the average barcode reader, used at checkouts in the UK, do not accept QR codes and I have yet to pick up an item to buy in a supermarket that has a QR code. So why change it? It makes it useless (as least to me).
Just like all the store cards, I don’t want to have necessarily carry my iphone with me when shopping or to ‘dig for it’ at the bottom of my bag to be able to use the Apple Wallet function.
Why doesn’t the app just take a ‘snap shot’ of the store card barcode and use that instead of creating a QR code?
I paid for the Pro version, I wasted my money and will be pursuing a refund as the app isn’t, in my view, fit for purpose. Even using the available template did not help, as on for my Nectar card, for example, it would not scan the barcode on the card although it is not damaged or scratched in any way.

Event put into wallet.
I could not use Apple wallet as my event code was not recognised by Apple onboard system. The only way I found to do this was to use this App. I have the basic App and so operation is a little fiddly but it is free and it does work.

Not much use
I had some pdf theatre tickets with a bar code and preferred not to print them out. I thought I’d add them to my Apple Wallet. This app looked like it would do the job. It didn’t. Tried to scan the bar code, didn’t work. Took a picture, didn’t work.
There are notes about only a limited range of barcode formats being supported but how am I supposed to know if it’s code 39 or code 128?
Deleted the app.

Useful and Improvements needed
It’s good to add cards to the iPhone wallet. I came across what seems to be a bug and a need for improvement:
Bug: after about 2 weeks of use, when I add a new store card the text in the title changes to AH Bonus regardless of what I enter initially.
Improvement: expiration date is set in day/month and hour:minute. This is a bit pointless, it should have the year.

It’s slow!!! Really slow!!! It also crashes quite a lot!!! It does work though. It’s also not particularly intrusive so can be a little frustrating to use especially combined with how slow it is.

Painfully slow - uninstalled
Paid for the pro version, which was a waste of money.
It could be a great app, but it is so slow and keeps crashing, disappointed.

Needs further developing
Must say it can be a useful app to add passes to Wallet. The template designing function needs developing however - there’s no preview before permanently publishing a template for everyone to use, and no function to edit a pass once it’s published. This was especially infuriating, having to publicly publish a pass four times to get it right just because I couldn’t preview it. Additionally, this means that others who might wish to use the templates I created therefore may not choose the best version. Development of this feature would earn the app 5* from me.

Don’t upgrade
It may ask you to pay 1.99 to upgrade get all these benefits and remove advertisements, promotions and logos from the pass. However when you add the pass to your wallet it says “You can create one just like this by using this app”.

Used to be good
When I first got this it was brilliant. I could add the logo, scan the barcode and put all the message info and boom - done.
Now however, it won’t show the logo and sometimes not even the barcode and sometimes it automatically adds a bunch of Chinese ads to the card which is horrible. WHAT HAPPENED?! I want a refund.

The app looks great, but I can’t create an account, which it looks like I need to do add a nectar template to the app. I’m happy to change the rating if someone can tell me how to do this (Google didn’t have an answer).

Does the job.
Holds my store and membership cards on my phone so I can access barcodes for points or membership numbers for discounts. Great if you don’t want to carry a wallet full of cards! A bit fiddly to use but does the job!

The best app I’ve come a cross for making my own passes. I’m getting a lot of ‘request timed out’ errors when I try and save my passes though. Would also be useful to see a preview of passes as you are creating them.

Great app, one possible improvement
This app is great, tried a few similar apps but this gives the best result when adding passes to wallet.
The one improvement I would like to see is to make the grouping options available with pro to all pass types as it groups store cards type ones together.

Great app for storing passes
I use this app to store my weekly train ticket which is now printed with a barcode. The app is easy to use and store passes in Apple Wallet. I made a custom template for Northern Trains and can quickly apply my weekly pass. Only issue I found with the templates is despite creating it as a train ticket template it still has a couple of fields relating to taking a flight. Other than that it is excellent.

What a great app
This is an excellent app for what it can do! At first I was a bit put off by the reviews but I thought to give it a go. The app is really simple and easy to use and updates the cards straight away into the wallet. I love the ability to scan barcodes straight on. I have enjoyed this app so much I actually purchased the Pro Version which has been useful. The only downside is the lack of customisation but all the other features make up for it. Overall a great app I would recommend you get it.

Still broken and I stupidly paid for Pro
I was asked to download latest version and update review.
I did this and even paid for Pro so I could scan a special type of barcode.
I attempted to upload 4 different types of store cards and hit multiple issues from inability to capture barcode to lockup’s to massive processing delays to inability to edit and it goes on and on.
Avoid this developer , they are incapable of producing a reliable functional app.
Wish I could get my Pro upgrade money back. What a waste

Works, but very basic.
The app itself works alright but there’s some major flaws that are slightly annoying considering I just paid for pro.
Firstly, you can edit a pass once it’s created. That means if you create a pass for a store and add a few locations, then later find a new location for the store, you have to create a new pass front scratch... very annoying.
The app bundles passes together in the Wallet app, which is rather annoying cause it means you have to scroll through them all to find whichever pass you need...
