The subscription will automatically renew on expiry unless the automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current subscription period. Once the subscription is confirmed, your iTunes account will be charged according to the plan you chose. After purchase, you may go to the iTunes Settings to manage your subscription and turn the automatic renewal off. A canceled subscription becomes effective after one month.

Was a great app - stopped working
I loved using this app and have done for year or so but it has now stopped working! Constantly get either a network error message, timeout error message or simply “something wrong - try again” - Doesn’t matter what device or internet connection I use - nothing works. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled too. Really disappointed. I hope you fix the glitches

I bought credits and generated a few HD images but the app crashed continuously preventing me from downloading them on the day. I thought all the images I paid for would remain in my “HD gallery” but it has been blank saying “network error” for weeks now! The regular gallery works fine but the images I paid for are inaccessible. Basically money down the drain.

Total rip-off - you pay for pro effects then they demand more payment to use them
I paid for several of the “pro” effects on this app and then was able to use them as much as I wanted, but now when I go to use them I’m told I need to pay coins , which of course you have to buy, in order to apply that effect. So basically they stole the original payment to “unlock” the effect because they figured they could swindle more money by making you pay every time you use an effect (which, btw, you can’t even preview without paying). Avoid this app like the plague.

Good but very expensive with flaws
I enjoy using the app now and again BUT: I strongly dislike the PRO effects payment system. It’s unreasonable to demand upfront payment for an effect you can only use once - and you can’t even preview what the effect will look like on your photo. So you have to pay and it may look rubbish = money wasted.
There are enough standard effects though for the app to still be nice. I won’t pay for the Pro effects though - not unless I can KEEP the effect I paid for.

Used to be great but now...
I first downloaded this app a few years ago and had no trouble creating images and then converting them (at cost) to HD files that could be downloaded and printed.
However having come back to it a few years later and again paid to convert photos to HD, only half of the photos I paid to convert to HD have successfully converted. The others are stuck on “generating” and I can’t download an HD version.
Very disappointing, as the effects in the app are beautiful.
I advise you not to waste your money though sadly.

Processing doesn’t always work not good
I have used this a lot. It’s a good app but I’ve found I’ve spent more coins than necessary as sometimes pictures don’t always process to HD.
This is a malfunction of software and has cost me a lot more than I hoped to pay.

Some nice effects but HD doesn’t work
There are some nice effects on this but the HD function is not working and, judging by the numerous reviews at least a year old saying the same thing it would appear the developers aren’t interested in fixing the issue. All they have ever said is send them some details and reinstall the app. It’s shocking that Apple still allow this app to be on the App Store if it’s fundamentally broken and the developer has clearly indicated, through inaction, that they are not going to fix it. A shame really as it has good potential.

Effects are great but sharing is a nightmare
Love the effects but unable to share any of the effects from the app. Try to use the Facebook share and the app shuts down, and tells me no Twitter account which there is?!?

Is good but can’t share on social media
I liked this app as soon as I downloaded but quickly became annoyed. One of the ways to get coins is to share your creations on social media. When you try and do this, it says you need to register/configure/create (sic) your Facebook/twitter/etc accounts within settings. This does not work! When I click on Facebook or twitter icons to set these up, the app crashes. This means I can’t receive the necessary 25 coins I am entitled to, to share my creation. If I could I then I would be able to remove the watermark. If you’re reading this app developers please fix this issue.

Hi - I’ve been waiting 12 hours for HD versions of the photos I edited- no message about how long it will take. It’s a shame as the photos look great but I can’t use them and might have to go to another app if they are not done by tonight

Best app for art available
This app is phenomenal. Its great for spicing up pictures, inspiration and creating works of art. The only thing i would like is more ways to get coins, like for example 5-10 coins per ad or more repeatable ones.
Also having to purchase HD pictures once would be amazing, even if the price gets raised a little. And what are the rights on this? Is it your picture even though you used this app to make it?

Great, when it works
A fun app, when it works. Consistently says there are a lot of users, when trying to apply a filter, then claims network error and stops working altogether. Every other app works fine, so it must be Go Art's network that is the problem. Given the number of reviews stating the very same thing, I am confident it is an issue with the app. I hope they fix it.

Had a few nice results, problems are that 1. Lots of people are using the program at the moment. I'm paying for the service, it should be available.
2. Network error. I've checked my network and everything is fine at this end.
Great when it works, just doesn't work reliably for me.
Shame really because it has great potential.
