Constant error messages
I can’t get this app to work, every time I load it I just get error messages. I’ve tried installing it twice.

Keeps crashing and glitching for search
The app providers really need to update and fix the bugs because the app keeps crashing and glitching when trying to search for anything and it closes it down automatically every 10 seconds.

Don’t Bother If You’re A Man
Despite asking me my date of birth and the brands I shop at, it failed to bother asking if I was male - so all the creators that were suggested to me were female. Took me a good few attempts to select ‘Men’s’ style as a preference, and by then I had lost interest. Will now delete.

Always use this app for inspiration! I wish they still let you preview the item & price without taking you straight out of the app though as this has ruined my user experience! Otherwise an amazing app

Nice idea but so glitchy
It’s a fab concept and clearly a money earner for style influencers, but if you click on a link it rarely opens properly in the app, loads of blank spaces/pages that I often give up trying to look. Shame.

Decent, but needs work on Search
I love the concept; the execution is ok. Creators and fashions are nicely presented and it’s easy to ‘shop the look’ when you do eventually find something you like.
The biggest issue is the lack of search and filter options.
I’m interested in male fashions that are UK based so I can find items that are appropriate to me and are available in my region. However, due to there being no search or filtering options, I’m presented with female, US based content.
It’s a shame really as it’s just too much trouble trying to filter all this out in order to make the app relevant to me.

Feed refresh
This is one of my favourite apps, makes shopping new season so simple but please, PLEASE, remove the feature that refreshes my feed back to the beginning when I've clicked in a post I like. I would use it so much more if I didn't have to endlessly scroll down to where I left off.

Flawed system
I bought an item through this app- but after trying it on- it didn’t suit so tried to return it direct to the shop and they said I needed a QR code which should have been sent when I purchased. It wasn’t- all I had as proof of purchase was a PayPal receipt. I raised it with LTK and they said that I had to take it up with the manufacturer- no one wants to take responsibility. Beware of using if there is a chance you may need to do a return!

Love love love the simplicity of LTK, it’s so easy to search and save my favourite outfits - and get price alerts for sales too! Really love the in-app sales like Abercrombie’s 20% off that you can’t find anywhere else 🙏

what is going on with this app? the idea is so good but it lags terribly and for a few days now i haven’t been able to load anyone’s profiles, all I see is blank boxes and yesterday’s update didn’t fix this. Please look into this!

Good idea in principle but it doesn’t work for men
Good idea in principle but it doesn’t work for men.
When I registered it prompted me to follow people or styles. However I’m a man and I have no interest in women’s clothing. When I finished registration, All it did was show me female influencers and female clothing. There was no way to change preferences to male clothing. I went on search bar to find men’s men’s fashion, it just shown me female clothing….
I deleted my account shortly afterwards.

Biggest thing for me is you can’t search for creators by location- it’s frustrating to find something then realise it’s based in the USA when I’m in UK. Would love it if you could filter so this doesn’t happen

Worst App I’ve Ever Downloaded
I have a new email set up and thought I’d use it to register with this app. Big mistake! From the day I did, I have been inundated with spam from third parties trying to sell me everything from bank loans to technical reports! Most of it isn’t even European! I know for certain it was this app as some spammers even use the .it, and even though I have had this account for a month with no other mail, this was the first and only company I’ve used it with and the spam hasn’t stopped since. Thanks but no thanks. Deleted and unsubscribed!

My new go-to inspiration App 🌟
Great for getting inspiration on a current trend and working your own style or following an influencer. Takes a lot of the hassle out of searching online stores for ‘that item’. Would have given 5 stars, but sometimes the links don’t load to pages. Other than that great 👍🏽

I love the concept behind this app. However depending on how far you go back into the influence of history depends on how old that item is and if there is any stock availability. Sometimes when you click through you go to a blank page and even on your posts you do not get direct to where the product came from. I think 70% of the time my click through has taken me to the retailer.

It doesn’t work...when you eventually sign in it just produces an error message and no app content. It appears to be a bug in their system on Apple devices.

I was going to hire a stylist to spring clean my wardrobe and help me shop. But Like to Know has helped me look at the pieces in my wardrobe with through fresh eyes and given me new ideas of how to wear what I have better and shop more strategically!

I’d like to see more options that could be bought in the UK, as that’s what stops me from purchasing a lot of products. By the time we buy from overseas adding on taxes becomes expensive.

Many Screenshots from Instagram not available
I have just downloaded the app and either I am not using it correctly or it is not very good for the styles I’m interested in as from all the screenshot I’ve taken on instagram, only three I have been able to see with the app. From those three the similarities to original style have been good or they have been the original styles from the pictures.

Easiest way to shop
Love how my feed is full of all my fave looks by the best bloggers. Super addictive as it’s got all the exact style and clothes the bloggers wear. Definitely my preferred way of shopping now as you can see instantly how to style the clothes and accessories. 👌

Handy but always links to expensive sites
It's ok. Handy to remember pics you've liked but when you want to shop the items are always linked to highly expensive stores. Need a wider variety of homeware cheaper stores with different alternatives. Clothes, shoes and accessories aren't as bad. I think there is a better choice of price range.
Some things in the pictures you like and they aren't within the link options which is a shame.

Very disappointing
Of the millions of screen shots I had in my phone only two of them were shopable from app. The two items I wanted from the post only came up with similar items not the one used in the post, even though the user claimed "like to know" showed the exact item. Not worth a download needs a lot of work.

So excited for this!! Been using liketoknow it for about a year now and it's amazing but the app will make it so much better. I don't really like getting emails so this is perfect for me :)
