Don't spend money, it's the most p2w game I've ever seen. Also, from time to time it is impossible to run the game on iOS until the developers stop vacationing and realize the error and fix it, but they will always say that it is your device or your internet or anything that occurs to you but not them. This would be a great game if it wasn’t drowning in adverts ,very clunky and overly long adverts at that. Also when the ads end it takes forever to get them to shut down to get back to the game.
As a result I have just given up playing it .(I carried on until I hit level 30.) There’s more time spent dealing with ads than playing the actual game so it eats into your battery life and given the increasing costs of energy these days it’s a very environmentally unfriendly game as a result.. Such a pity

Good concept of game but get your bank account ready to be emptied , with the amount of events , cost of diamonds ,cost of clan wars , cost of PVP battles , it’s more of a pay to win game , but you can grind it out which will take forever , weeks unless you upgrade, and customer service is the worst I have ever come across ,any queries you get an answer from ( The book of stupid answers ) eg , learn by your mistakes and play more , and the amount of battle draws is terrible so the only winners are hustle castle ,as no draw results get nothing at all, and best of all are the Special Offers Cocteau can range from a few £ to £ 50 or £60 it’s a fantasy game with fantasy prices .once again customer support never fails to amaze me with their answers ,I asked where I could see the famous game mechanics for answers However I was told to talk to other players on Discord, I think they use this as a pathetic excuse to put people complaining , any queries with support make sure to take a foto or you won’t get spoken to , i mean any queries at all.

This game has a major flaw, it is continually disconnecting from the internet and then runs very slow. It is not my phone, or my internet, I have just upgraded both to see if it helps. The only solution is to delete the app every other day and reinstall. It is really frustrating as I enjoy playing the game. Every other game, video or app doesn’t disconnect, nor do they run slow. It is only this game and the helpful answer section says it may happen but blames everything but it’s own app. Sort it out please.

The game urges players to rush builds without developing foundation properly. It is geared towards spending out of trouble. If you are looking to start go slow…. Do not upgrade every building as urged to instead focus on the dwellers and get into a good clan that knows how to help you. Events are monthly and the dragon (past event items shop). Both of which are cash cows for the owners.
You can play and grow without spending money…..! Just takes a lot of time to do it that way.

I accept that freemium games such as this make their money with people purchasing their premium currency (diamonds in this case) but it is unacceptable that they design the game to make you waste them. There is a free route to accumulating diamonds too. After spending months gathering diamonds a poorly designed interface resulted in me wasting them with an accidental key stroke. Easy enough to sort out by support? Not a chance! They refused to reverse the error. Beware. I will not be playing this or any other mygames games ever again as I think this policy stinks! Beware.

Been playing this game for 2 years. I’m in one of the most active clans in the game (top 5) and I’ve always enjoyed the game because of the players I’ve met in game.
Recently, Nord has got extremely greedy and lazy. Creating a new event each month of which all include bugs and to make things worse, the recent event release included a “mistaken” description which enticed players to spend the highest amount to buy the expensive game pass - except the enticing item wasn’t actually for this event it had been described for. Other game issues persists with this event including drop rate of certain items to which support states was due to luck but have since changed their tone and sent out another maintenance to fix this.
The question begs for a large outfit making money from its loyal customer base, do you care about your customers? So many are quitting.
This is an exceptional game.

The game itself is fun. The whole RPG system is fun and the way you have to manage everything is of course, fun.
That is the one and only way to describe the game. Just straight up fun. Even if you aren’t 100% committed, it is a good way to pass the time.
For those that complain about losing Irl money, that is their problem, but for those who have the courage to play without spending money are still richly rewarded with the gameplay.

I understand that you, as a company would like to make money for the time and effort you put into building the game. But like many have said, you charge far too much for micro transactions, have to subscribe monthly for benefits and the worst part of it, you have to pay over the odds for the events, that happen every month or so, £10 just for a pass and an event background or £20 for a few more benefits, then get conned by the chests if you’re luck enough to reach them, by giving me rubbish I already have, nothing to advance me in the game. The game ‘balancing’ does not exist, I can’t even win once in the arena! And I’ve played for over 3 years now! Clan battles, I make up the numbers but can’t win anything. My team is 2,500,000 power, against 12,000,000 plus, I have no chance! Unless you can throw £100s at this game, avoid like the COVID virus!

Once again I’m punished for apparently spending too much time playing this game. If that’s the way you treat people who play the game how do you expect them to put their hands in their pockets and pay out for the premium options. Like many people I’ve found myself with a lot of extra game time recently but I won’t be spending my cash all the time I’m punished for playing!
Recently I have been subjected by multiple attempts to sell me things as soon as I start the game, you cancel one another pops up in its place. This is putting me off of even starting the game. I know exactly where to go if I decide to spend I don’t need multiple pop ups making me aware of what’s on offer.

This game is quite entertaining on how you join clans build up your castle similar to a lot out there however when events are on you’ll always be let down. Every time and event is on you can grind the game out as much as you want but the only people receiving anything half decent are the ones that’ll put a hundreds of pounds in every event and it’ll always favour those. Through the community page I have posted several questions none of which have been answered and they keep closing down my requests without telling me anything. Often you’ll watch adverts without actually getting the rewards for the adverts something that the customer service teams said wasn’t an error and is within the games programming so you literally just waste your time so overall very underwhelmed by the games actual running but first few days playing good blast but after that unless you want to be spending a lot of money every 6 weeks I’d not bother.

I have played this for a long time now, so thought it was time to write a review.
This game is well designed and fun to play, with plenty to do each day, although a bit repetitive. As with all these games, F2P will only take you so far, so expect to get your wallet out if you intend to ‘compete’.
Herein lies the problem... The pay walls aren’t huge if you have a bit of patience, but it doesn’t matter whether you spend 1,000’s or none at all, if you ever need any help from them, then forget it. The company strategy seems to be set up solely to extract money and provide 0 service in return, the support will never solve anything for you and will either blame apple or whoever they can to close your ticket. I have since discovered they even have a policy that if you need a purchase refund for a legitimate problem their end, then they may oblige, but will close your account in the process.
I may sound like I’ve been burnt but I am not bitter, in fact, I still play, but I’d like to just warn people before they get themselves too deep into the game.
TLDR: Enjoy the game for what it is, but until they pass some better consumer laws, these companies will not provide you any support whatsoever.

Just a word of warning for this game. This game really does let you play however you want and upgrade in whatever order you can afford, but that should come with a caution; it won’t stop you from excluding yourself from whole areas of the game.
I’ll give you an example; you can upgrade your barracks to give you extra troops, but that may mean you unbalance yourself and the arena tournaments will no longer find opponents for you, until you spend a long time upgrading other areas to bring yourself back into the game. Abs excluding yourself from the arena may mean you cannot complete daily challenges and therefore earn diamonds - the game’s premium currency. Of course you can pay real money to advance so it may not bother you, but it’s better you’re warned.
I did bring this up with their support people but as you can imagine it didn’t get me anywhere which I’m sad about, but at the same time it’s a wake up call and I can move on and not put money into the game.
I had some good times playing, and if you’re a real casual player and not intending to put money into it, you should be fine.

This game is a really fun game but the amountbof grind involved is just insane it is also pay 2 win and i would get certain things but can't since my parents didn't write down the in app purchases password and everything expires all of the deals and i really want to get them but can't. Also currently there isbthe jurraic challenge which is also sooooo grindy and being a dinosaur fan and loving the graphics of the new items i'm annoyed that you literally have to spend HOURS to just get one reward which until you get like 30 reward aren't even that good. Essentially this is a good game. However certain things are extremely irritating. It is expensive if you decided to pay for help, but this is a personal preference and not necessary. If you don’t it’s extremely slow to progress, but that is fine too. What really gets my goat is the lack of adverts. An event starts and you are completely unable to participate because you come against the brick wall saying, “ surprisingly we’ve run out of adverts.” It’s so frequent, that is not a surprise at all, it’s surprising when you push the button and everything works as it should.
The key to playing is lower all expectations, don’t expect anything to work as you think it should, and just take it excruciating slowly. Most of all never part with any money.
Stick to these simple principles and enjoy the game. As I way, it’s ok, at best.

Well this game is very enjoyable at 1st but you will find to be competitive you have to spend a lot of money to keep up with the events that come around far to often as well as set introduced that cost money again to be competitive as the essences needed to craft can be gained in game play but to get the needed again you have to spend money the free gameplay that used to be on offer has been squeezed away by the developers in pursuit of more money spent by gamers as well as the nerfing of gear and items within the game that can have a drastic effect on gameplay in clan wars and arena this was once a great game but over the last year greed from the developers has become crazy hope you have very deep pockets!

Don’t get me wrong, I do really like this game. But one of the things I liked about it most was that while it had premium currency/content, you could get it without paying if you were willing to put more time and effort and patience into the game. (I watch a lot of ads in game voluntarily, to do my bit to fund the game). That was until the last event, where you could pay to win more prizes, some of which are OP, meaning I can no longer win in tournaments, even against a players far lower level than me. Which renders a lot of the time and effort I put into the game futile. It’s really let the game down.

So i genuinely love the game so much in fact i payed for a 40 subscription for premium only to realise its worthless. If you expect people to pay for an on going subscription then at least make it worth the while also the the arena is impossible to win when I first went on everyone had higher health than me and I lost ever time and i put it down to my inexperience so i upgraded my squad and tried again and again but ever time i have the lowest health and loose every battle i know you still get a small amount if you don't win but why would i want to sit there and wait for battles i know I’m going to loose? At least give people a fighting chance my squad is now level 40 and still I’m the lowest every time i play so i just stopped playing. I really think this game has so much potential but certain aspects let it down i played this game when it first came out and it doesn’t seem any different since then.

Such a shame about the customer service team who circulate around HC. They are abrupt. State the obvious and make you feel childish when you report things which you’ve not come across before. Clan spirit is epic and as a new player for almost 5 weeks Iam still finding my feet. Be warned don’t play no more than 6 hours a day while in lock down and don’t spend no more than 20£ a day or you’ll be kicked out of doing arena battles and your castle becomes vulnerable to attacked for 24 hours. And yes I know why this is in place and yes it’s shocking you don’t do a pre warn lol up prior to the bans. If you want better customer services don’t play this game. Simple

I’m finding this game depressing.
You only make progress by bullying those weaker than you, and everytime I open the game I find i have been bullied and robbed by players much better than me.
In the map and the arena it is difficult to find the right match of opponents, often finding players with >500k stronger to match against. Playing in arena where you are the weakest of 16 is not fun, in fact, if I’ve stopped going to the arena.
I’m at a point where I’ve spent $5 but I’m stuck at rank around 2000 with all my fighters at 70 but I can’t get any higher without throwing cash at it, and every-time I open it I find I ve gone 2 steps back for the 2 steps forward I’ve hard earned previously.
I’m ready to bin it. I’m not going to throw good money after bad.

At first it seems a reasonable game although to progress at decent speed you have to pay for premium speeds(£4.99) also you need to pay for the goblin assistant so that your players level up while your not playing the game. The levelling up times are very long and only get longer as you progress. The diamonds you buy are very expensive and to speed up and upgrade is even more expensive. Also I find that the level I’ve reached I.e. 5 million but yet lower level fighters beat you easy but rarely the other way round so that you don’t achieve the rewards you should receive and when you actually complain to support your not given any satisfactory answer but rather fobbed off. With this game you will get hooked but it will cost you lots of money.
Please add to next update if possible

I love love love the game, the only problem if possible to look into is it would make the game better if u built an in game translator, I play other games where if have a team mate that speaks a foreign language we could click on their message hit translate and know what they’re saying. We have someone from Italy and he was talking to another player, he doesn’t understand what we’re saying and the other way. B nice if could communicate to help clan tactics help out team mates if they wanting help with something within game that they could have asked a clan member but can’t

It was fun while it lasted, but I’ve hit the whale point. I don’t mind paying the occasional few quid for extras. After all, they made a product and should get paid for it. But I’ve reached the point where progress is now impossible without cold hard cash. I cannot build anything else because I can’t generate enough gold and resources to build. Why? Because every time I open the game, I find I have been attacked multiple times and my gold and resources stolen. Not one attack. Not two attacks. Many attacks. I cannot build up my defences and strength any more. I need over 4 million gold for the “next thing” but can’t get past 2 before it’s stolen.
I thought this game had the freemium model right. And they did until this point. So, I’m done.

I had looked at the game a while back and thought the Family Guy inspired characters looked cute - but I didn’t get because it’s not my type of game.
Then I started seeing adds on Facebook for a very different game. The adds show a puzzle game where you have to rescue a hero and/or treasure from water or hot lava by moving a number of metal rods.
I was surprised when I saw it was claimed this was “Hustle Castle” as I didn’t expect this kind of game mechanic to be in there.
Anyway I following the link from FaceBook and it took me to the Hustle Castle game in the App Store. I downloaded it as I like puzzle games - but guess what - nothing like the adds on facebook, it’s essentially a army management game, where you complete against other players (as I previously thought). Essentially the maker is trying to trick people into downloading their app using material not in their game, possibly because sales are waning using real game material.
To the publisher and the marketing team: - this is a dishonest and exploitative tactic. I hope others call you out on this - you are lying to get customers.

For a F2P game this one sure is costly. I like the game, it is engaging and well designed but it is fundamentally flawed in that it takes sooooooooo long to progress or upgrade unless you are prepared to pay. I’m happy to spend on games like this but the prices are far too high. £4.99 for 500 gems when to speed up a room upgrade is over 1000gems gives you an idea of the money grabbing here. Plus, there is no fun in playing a game if the only way to progress is to buy your success. When you start you will absolutely fly through the levels and be bossing it in the arena. After a week, unless you pay money for chests and skins you will find your progress stalls. In my opinion the developers need to sort out the arena as everyone reviewing here is telling you that the matching system is not working. There is just no reason to play if you are always matched against players who are more than double your level AND make the purchases a reasonable price. Then you’ll get players sticking with the game longer. You’ll still make the same money, probably even more. As it stands I doubt I’ll continue with the game much longer because the fun is diminishing with the long upgrades and the cap on progression.
Sadly I can’t progress without spending a lot of money.

I have been playing this game a while and it was pretty good, a lot of different things to do and a fun story to go with it but sadly now I have hit a brick wall. I have now come to a point where I can’t progress without spending money and i was happy to put some money in this game as it was fun at first but now I have to spend a lot of money just to further in the game which isn’t right. I don’t see the point in playing any more because I can’t increase my defence so I’m losing all my resources as I’m being attacked by people that are willing to spend lots of money on this game and I have now lost all interest as there is no point in it anymore. My advice for anyone starting this game save your diamonds don’t use the for anything other than increasing your characters rank or you will hit the same brick wall.

A highly addictive game that blends the management of other similar titles with decent action battles to keep the more action oriented players engaged. The micro transactions may seem very pay to win, but they’re not required. You can easily play this game without spending a single penny. You get more than enough gems (in game “complete this now” currency) by watching ads while you do something else for 30 seconds. The ads aren’t in your face every 5 seconds like a lot of free to play games love to do. A very enjoyable game with visible and tangible progression.

Really is a great game. The layout is very simple and easy to use making this a great game for all ages. Although there are in app purchases this is one of the few games which you can still progress through story mode, compete in PvP battles, buy weapons or win chests within game by watching a few short ads without the pressure of having to spend your hard earned cash. All round great game.
Only feature I like to see added is an indicator showing which of your clan members are online. Although it does already have a tally showing how many members are online, it would be good to actually see who those members are to assist in the likes of battles etc.
I also feel the new hero feature could use some looking in to. A great idea but I feel algorithm used to calculate clan battles etc could do with reviewing. Don’t get me wrong I love a challenge but I feel if clans have heroes they should only be matched with other clans using them.

I’ve been playing this for a while now, and overall I enjoy the game. Yes I pay to play certain aspects of the game, which is my choice, but here lies the problem. The developers are quite happy to take your money, but if there’s a problem they will more often than not fob you off and do everything to avoid helping. Their “support” if you can call it that, is nothing short of disgusting. I recently encountered a problem and they basically told me it was my fault. Quite amusing considering it happened in the middle of the night when I was asleep...they are still refusing to help and resolve the issue and my loss. My loss, to be fair, is minimal, and I’ve been reasonable in my request, but they just don’t want to know. They’re a disgrace, and think they’re above the law when it comes to customers, be it F2P or paying customers. Thankfully there are new laws emerging every week to combat companies like this. Not sure if this is simply their support team that’s full of imbeciles or if it’s company policy to take your money and run. In short, it’s a good game, it’s fun....but don’t expect any help if things go wrong

So this game has many different things to make it great. Mirrors one of my favourite phone games fallout shelter. However what this game does and is the reason I do not play anymore is due to the slow slog of progression. The game starts by spoon feeding you upgrades and gems etc... I rushed my fighter room and throne room thinking great ok I’ll have powerful guys. But now I’ve hit a cap where all the gear I get is levels above my skills of my castle e.g cooking skill level 15 and my guys are level 8 max. This takes an upgrade of 1m coins and without buying them it takes forever. Litt been logging into the game everyday for a week and I’ve got 600k coins. I understand you need to make money but at the expense of your game I think was a bad move.

All in all a well thought out game, however as the title states, anything worth while takes time, and also investment from yourself.
You will need a to plan a strategic attack as you advance further through the levels, idea for those of us like to max out each level before progressing.
Yes you need to spend some of your hard earned cash, but most Apps are like this now a days, at the end of the day the apps are created to make the developers money, nothing is for free.

I need to say I did enjoy this game for a few days as the lower level stuff comes with what I now know to be honeymoon phase freebies, it will become very apparent the difference paying even a couple of pounds into the game will make.
The fighting dynamics are silly/non-existent within the game and tournaments are a waste of time unless, shocker, you’ve put a bit of money into the game or have been sweating over it for a number of years.
Another peeve was the single player, I constantly found myself gearing my guys way higher than the enemies and still my guys lost with absolutely no rymn or reason why, I’m literally still stuck with this and my guys are leaps and bounds better than the story enemies.
Training units takes far too long, I’m not even middle of the rung character level I’m only in the 30s-40s (max being 100, if you have certain characters (or any character if you are willing to buy it)) and we’re talking 5/6hrs per level for each character with every likelihood of getting a lot bigger.
The way you gather loot is silly and really inefficient as there’s nowhere to farm anything and if your luck was crap the first time you aren’t gonna get another chance to do anything about it.
Anyway make your own decision in life, don’t be sheep.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of weeks now and I’m really happy with it. I never usually play RPG games so this one is perfect for me. Easy to understand and to get to grips with. The graphics are fun and the gameplay is really good. The only thing I’ve got a problem with is there battle arena. There is literally no point in taking part. The match making is terrible. Every time I think I’ve got my squad to a good level the players in the arena are about 3 or 4 times as strong. I have never finished above 10th with probably about 5 wins in my last week. Apart from that download, you won’t be disappointed

This game is a good game at it’s core. However, the game is set up to extract as must money from you as possible. The developers have designed certain areas of the game to ensure you make critical mistakes. For example, going up in levels on your throne room which can ruin your progression in this game if you do it too early. There is no way to roll back these mistakes which you make as a new player. The storyline is setup up to drive your building construction forward so you make these mistakes by game design. How do you rectify this? You guessed it by spending hundreds of pounds, and you will. This game has children playing there are elements of gambling for example with chests. The developers are greedy and there customer service is several cut a paste pre prepared responses they do not care. I have no problem paying for games. However, I do think it’s not good to trick players into making mistakes that they can only rectify with hard cash. My advice, give castle hustle a wide berth your money can spent more effectively elsewhere.

There is so much to timekill on this game. first of the battling is so cool (its a bit like fallout shelter but better!) Secondly I love the way you have capture your bride back! Bravo on that idea👏👏. One minor, tiny tincy little thing is that it displays the wrong strength number before you go into battle, this is quite annoying because I don’t know how to prepare, I would love it 😍 if that was fixed and would play and spend so much momey( I know shouldn’t) in this game then. This game is really good been playing for about 2 months now yes the higher levels you get the longer it takes to upgrade but that’s normal with this game but this game will have you hooked so you won’t get bored and just move on to the next level just a couple of thoughts to the developers not sure how it works out who you play in the arena but I always seem to be the lowest ranked player in there with maybe 1 other at around the same level as me also there should be an easier way to view all of your dwellers and there ranks as I am currently trying to replace all mine with 5 stars and I’m having to go through each one 1 by 1 to see there star level to kick them from my castle maybe on the top right guy you can click that and it tells you the overall happiness and maybe takes you to another screen where it’s a list of all your dwellers and there attributes otherwise well done on a very gripping game

The game is good but the real negative on this game is the arena matchmaking, I’m level 23 with power of 278,000 and I’m getting matched against players of between level 26 and 35 with power of 350,000 to 650,000 so there is no way I can beat any of these, at least half of them should be around my level.
Even on the enemy maps I get players of much higher level & power so it’s just pointless to fight them as no way of winning, and when you pay 7000 food to swap for another player it gets replaced with a player higher than the one you swapped.
Would of been a game I could enjoy and maybe spend some money on but until they improve these issues I’m not gonna waste my time.

Though the game is great always gives you something to do. I wish they would sort out the arena matches to make it fairer based on power for even matches that’s why I’ve given it a 4* rating. Please for the creators of this game please make arena matches based on power for example 1 mill power goes against at strongest 1.3 mil and etc this way as I’m 1.3 mil in power I’m going against 2 mil in power so I don’t benefit anything in arenas. I’m sure there are others that feel the same way. And also can you introduce other ways to pick up artifacts that would be cool.

I have been playing the game for a few weeks now working on my castle, taking part in tournaments and taking care of the levels and invasions. The game is really good but something I don’t like is the fact I can’t see who’s living in my castle all together and put them into separate rooms easily, it’s like a cat and mouse game trying to catch all the roaming people in my castle would love to see this added to the game but it’s only a small problem apart from that love all the different features in it

.. then I would give this 5 stars. The recent update has stopped afk players from gaining benefit from the arena but how about fixing the matching system as well? I have played this for a long time and enjoy everything else about it but out of 15 players selected there are usually 10 or more that I have no chance of beating. 400 plays 600 what’s the point? If it’s about waiting times then do something to level the playing field a bit, for example give a set of variable power arena spells which would also add some skill and tactics to the battles, so the better players with a good team setup have a chance to win against any opponent. Other than that, I highly recommend Hustle Castle.

When I first downloaded this game I thought finally a game that has caught my attention although time based most things are achievable in a reasonable time period and there is plenty to do to pass that time in-game. Then I played the tournaments and what a let down. You work hard on your set up and obtaining/crafting items just to be thrown in against people who are so far ahead of you in power you literally can’t even damage them. This really needs to be looked at as I would happily play this game all day long if they could make it a bit more even. It’s a real downer especially when you have to earn tickets for a tournament that you will have no chance of winning. What a shame.

Was looking great at first, fallout shelter style build with fighting and rpg elements. Intices you with low waiting times and free skips when have under 10 mins to go, good progression if you keep your fighters training. Then when you start really wanting to play the game it hits you with 5-10 hour wait times, 1 room at a time (it's a mobile game, I'm not spending real money on this). I go to the pub come home want to play a little more and my training room is still building, reduced to once a day play with little to no progression in pointless imo, I'll go back to fallout shelter on the pc thanks.

I’ve been playing this game since March, I enjoyed it at first and then really got into it when I joined a clan. Unfortunately, the developers have recently changed the policy with regards to arena entry (where all the best gear is found). They’ve made it so cheap (resource wise) to enter the arena, all the highest pay2play players have saturated the arena meaning normal players place last every time.
If you’re play2play in a big way then this is a game catered to you.
If your a normal pick up the phone/tablet 2-3 times a day person don’t bother.
The devs have given limited thought to the on-going progress of the game and instead jumped straight to the money-boat. It’s a shame as the game was excellent.

I downloaded a few days ago and now I’m addicted, what I love love love about this game is that it’s really easy to progress without spending money even if u did want to spend money every thing is cheap anyway you get great rewards when you win battles money,amour,daimonds oh I almost forgot about the diamonds now In most games you need daimonds to buy all the good stuff and there usually always hard to earn and u can’t really progress unless you pay for them WELL NOT IN THIS GAME!!! The diamonds are so easy to earn by completing tasks and you only need to use them to speed things up amour and stuff like that are won in battle

It takes a long time to do anything worth doing, especially as far as building rooms is concerned. You can only build one room (for free) at a time and they can take hours to build, that's just one of the things that'll keep you waiting constantly.
It's dramatically more waiting than 'action', so it's not something that you can just pick up and play. If you're fine with picking it up for a minute every hour or day though, it does have a decent sense of progression and reward.
It's a decent concept and decent core gameplay, but it's arguably not worth the time and effort because it succumbs to the typical phone game tropes that just straight-up ruin so many games.

Well it’s a ok game but like every other game it’s ridiculous how it forces to put money into the game the only game that asks you to pay for loot don’t let you replay the levels as you please where’s the other ethnic groups or option to chose other beings? Like all this phone games waste of time they not great in any aspect they all just ok there’s worst and more greedy games than this but in the end they all same rubbish. Only reason I play them it’s because I’m recovering from three road accidents and got bare time to waste. This should be entertainment and it ain’t if I was a leader of any country I would have banned in game purchases out right specially this one that look like its targeted to kids that normally they will use their parents phones and they might waste money on it.

I’m really enjoying this game, it’s simple and quick to pick up on. The fact that it’s so simple makes it so addictive and it has a lovely sense of humour in the game play and story as well which makes you want to keep playing and see what comes next. I’m only level 4 and already addicted to this game lol it brilliant. Money spending is optional and I love that about it, the fact that it isn’t made to bully people into spending money makes me want to spend my money to support them.

I just love this game! I love how it’s done in different language , as I speak two languages but still prefer my original one . And it’s done with soul in it . In every text . Also plus u can put money in game or not u still moving fast in my opinion of course if u have a good strategy mind, as quiet often u need to change things around for different things ( arena or just hit other people ). One thing bother me sometimes it’s what even your castle got more power another player still could win( yes support team explained to me that it’s not just about power also about each “person” .
And another thing which more important - for example I’m on level 20 but I done everything for be more powerful for this level. And when I want go on arena it’s put me with people much bigger level as I got much power but because of it I become weaker player as they on few level up than me and their castle more update than mine. I just believe it’s not my problem what people on my level much weaker than me , I work hard for make my military guys stronger .
I just wish in arena be people from the same as your level or at least one up or one down

The games is really good, building, training and improving your castle day to day, people moan about the time to upgrade rooms but this time gives you chance to train residents, produce spell, armour and rebuff invaders.
This games was so close to getting a 5 star review! But... certain weapons/armour/accessories say “once in a while” as in once in a while when the ally dies a certain thing happen, or once in a while it will resurrect an ally, but it isn’t once in a while, it’s every single battle! Or even 3-4 times in a battle. So rather than “once in a while” it should say “every time.” I find this so annoying.

Good game really like to play, now I do for like two-three weeks. Gems are expensive, chests too and they not even giving you good stuffs. After a while PvP is really hard, I’m on lvl 25 now, have some good clothes and weapons but around my castle there are only lvl 30-35 castles impossible to defeat so it’s just lost enjoy. You can try to buy chest, to make your squad stronger, the best one for 550 gems, 1100 gems for £9.99 but chests gives you nothing useful. I’m tried everything to keep my squad level on high to defeat enemy but it’s just seems impossible and not worth the money anymore. So sad because it’s could be a good game :/
Just update I stopped play this game so bored nothing to do and everything expensive :/

First the bad- it takes awhile for things to be built so u have to spend ur gems or wait awhile but not many games don’t have this concept in anyway. so now to the good- it’s like fallout shelter, it’s funny, lots of armour variety for your people to wear, good story and very addictive I recommend it. UPDATED- so I’ve been playing a while now this game is still amazing and super addictive just one thing has really got on my nerves resurrecting mages they can resurrect someone who has died like 50 bloody times it’s super annoying and stupid please fix this your game is good just fix it so it’s fair cause it seems like archers don’t need to be in the game when they should do.

The game is a mixture of many game types, fallout shelter for one is the main base element just set it olden times. The art style is very family guy. The dialog is ok, be better if it was all spoken. Gameplay consists of micro managing your minions and finding gear in chests and doing missions just like fallout shelter. It is fun to play, but the time it takes to upgrade things is a bit too long. Earning food and gold is slow, gently nudging you to the transactions. The market is overpriced. There is also a subscription option that gives you tons of benefits. If you do that you have a distinct advantage over F2P players particularly in raiding each other’s castle. There needs to be a way to earn gems or convert unneeded gold into gems even if it is a grind. Or make gems cheaper like 250 for 99p or something. 5 pound for 500 gems is a bit steep. Also the helpers are timed, they should be permanent for the cost. It’s early days yet but the game is a good time killer but the market needs to be cheaper or a one of cost to unlock everything. Hope this helps!

This is a game that instantly draws you in, the graphics are beautiful, the humour is stand out- it’s not often a game actually makes me laugh! 4 days in I am fully signed up. The only downfall is they have made it so fine tuned that to play at your own speed isn’t possible unless you are willing to spend money. The other is the special offers- the dogs and cat or the boss weapons are on sale at a ridiculous price! Yes I’d love a dog to explore my castle but £10? Are you actually joking?
