I love these games and expected to get the complete season for £4.99 especially with all the negative reviews. Was surprised to complete episode one in under an hour and then asked to pay a further £14.99 for episodes 2-5!
Parts of the game are glitchy. The sound is out of sync at times and the screen freezes after cut scenes. The graphics seem off compared to the other 2 games. You notice it most in their eyes.
Really want to continue the story but I just can’t justify paying a further £14.99. Shame really.

Really Disappointing.
I am a massive fan of the previous 2 walking dead games but this was shocking in comparison.
The story was lax and boring and in some circumstances confusing to play.
The animation is the worse of all the games. The teeth were freaking me out the whole time and when there were hordes they used shadows and outlines not full animation.
Really disappointed from a series I love so much. It is also much shorter than the others not worth £20.
I truly hope series 4 is back to the previous standards and nothing like this.

Great game
I’m a big follower of telltales walking dead series and others too. I just love engrossing myself into the story and decisions and just sitting back watching cinematic cut scenes.
I give this 3 stars because I can’t fully enjoy the game on an iPhone X as it’s not supported. Telltale need to get this updated so that I can fully immerse myself with that OLED screen and size.
Please please release updates for all your telltale games to support iPhone X!!

Room for improvement...
I absolutely loved this series but I was a bit disappointed I didn’t get to play as clementine and that you killed off Kenny straight away. There wasn’t really a point in the end of Season 2 because of that.
I also would have prefered to play as Clementine because players have got to know her character over 2 seasons and have no idea who these new people are.
Despite these few things it was a really good series and I enjoyed the story line and the outcome. :)

I love this game! But I’m currently at the stage where Javi is stuck in a cell and I’m supposed to pick up a stool to get out the window, but for some reason the game won’t let me pick it up all Javi does is stare at the stool, there’s no option to pick it up! Please sort it!

The best chapter so far!
Having just played all three chapters in over a week, you can tell that Telltale really put a lot of diverse thought into the storylines here. Seeing Clem's journey get stronger throughout the chapters, really keeps you going.
I'm excited to know there's going to be another chapter and honestly recommend this to those who want a game with a strong plot line.

Telltale is AWESOME!
Amazing game, I've completed all Telltale games so far and they are a total joygasm!
The batman one needs updating though as there were so many glitches I come across like crashing back to my ipads home screen, game freezing and then going back to iPads home screen, please get it fixed as it's not fair that we pay good money only to encounter problems.
I wish Telltale would do a wrestling one where you choose options in a match which leads to the outcome of the match itself I've had loads tell me they would love you to make a game like that too.

Not as good as Season 1 & 2
I love everything Walking Dead but I've found this season to have a lot less interaction than the previous 2 seasons. Most of your decisions are simply choosing what to say. Exploring your surroundings in certain scenes was a great way to engage the player in S1 & 2 but this appears lost in this season. I would have liked to had seen a previous character from S1 or 2 I.e Christa, Jesus' involvement is little to non existent this season which was a shame. Hoping season 4 doesn't take as long to be released as S2 to S3 was 2 years! These games are a highlight in the whole franchise. Don't make us wait so long!

You will see most reviewers saying the same, the episodes are too short and TellTale take too long to release episodes...then let you down with their false promises. I have played all of the previous TT games and although some play better than others, they always get a 5/5 for storyline and character development. WD1 was brilliant, although a little too puzzle minded. They got it spot on with S2, good length for the money you pay and fast paced action. S3 is more expensive nowadays and WAY too short- I've had to replay both episodes to remember what happened in time for episode 3. Would have been 5 star if I felt I got my monies worth. TellTale, you gotta listen to the fans more!!

It's just scraped a 5 star for me, only because of how amazing episodes 3-5 are. It's still too short, although if you have the cash and you love WD, get on it! The story and narrative throughout is excellent, TT do an amazing job at connecting you with the characters. Get ready for a LOT of tough decisions!

If you like the previous TT games in this series then this is a worthy addition to your collection. I must admit I did not feel it was shorter then the rest but it did feel a little hammy at the end compared to the previous scripts. Story engaging on the whole but a little lost in back history for me. Lost one star because of the distracting floating baseball bat which was incredibly annoying. If you like the previous TWD series then this is definitely worth investing in.

This game would test the patience of Buddha himself. It's a very gripping game when you're actually playing but each episode takes around 45 mins to complete and then you have to wait 3 months!!! or longer for the next episode, it's a terrible idea.
Episode 3 was meant to be released today but alas it's nowhere to be seen, shame they can't just actually make a full game and then release it, but that seems just too complicated for them.

Wish the episodes came out same day as consoles and PC, takes ages per episode, end up forgetting some stuff that happens, also bit low quality for iPhone 5S, wish they kept the same graphics as season 1 and 2, just seems plastic instead of comic art. Apart from that I love the series.

I agree with everyone else. It's a great game but the price of it is absurd, especially when you can finish each episode in less than an hour. And next time please finish making the game before you release the episodes because to make us wait months for a new episode is ridiculous. It's such a shame because the game is brilliant! I don't undersfand why people give negative feedback to this superb game! I play games since 1989 and Telltale's Walking Dead series are the best games I ever played.
This season makes you to emotionally attach to characters and the storyline is simply great! Such a shame Kate is only a fictional character!

As a drawback I would request you to fix lags (it still lags on ipad pro!), make menus and menu fonts bigger and please make episodes more lengthy!

Preordered with Great Expectations
Episode 1 and 2 had its flaws with save progress, which I have yet to find playing episode 3. The cloud save is a great feature and when I get a console version will be great to see if it transfers.
As with any "Season Pass" cos that's kinda how you have to look at it (or preorder I suppose) you do have to wait it's the nature of it stop complaining. With this in mind and the choice of multiple saves have played a few times and found myself doing the same thing in certain areas as it felt more beneficial/obvious.
Was a little disappointed to see Clem take a back seat, really wanted to continue her story straight of the back of episode 2, I haven't grown to like Javier as much as Lee and Clem.
Going back to an early statement, I'm going to have to buy a console version as I've found the IOS to be pretty poor, video freezing, sound out of sync and the graphics seem to be fuzzy for me with what should be obvious action indicators blended into the scenery. I've run this on both and IPad Air and iPhone 6s with no noticeable difference.
All in all love the series but go back to graphics of 1&2

Episode 3 is supposed to come on 28th March and it didn't. I thought it was Apple's fault so I waited until today it pops up a message saying episode 3 is ready but it is not. Being slow is one thing, giving false information is another. The game itself is decent so I give it two star instead of one.

Lost its way abit...
The game itself is a good story but there is a lack of interaction and doesn't seem as smooth or as raw as the other two series'. Compared to other tell tale games I've played it takes a long time in between each episode. Which puts you off playing it a bit. But still a good game.
