The weekly subscription gives you unlimited access to diet tips, recipes & knowledge, including but not limited to the Keto diet, Low Carb diet & Superfood recipes. The free trial period is 3 days. After this time frame, the subscription will begin automatically if it is not canceled in advance. Subscription duration is one week and it is auto-renewable which means that once purchased it will be auto-renewed every week until you cancel it 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app for a subscription duration of one week. The subscription automatically renews if it is not cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring.
You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your iTunes & AppStore Account Settings.

I love this app! F**k haters 💕
Thanks so much for helping me start my Keto journey. I was feeling incredibly ill and I read through the steps you gave me and instantly felt better. I drank bouillon instead of bone broth as I need a quick fix and had a protein shake and that also helped. The recipes are fab. If I could count, I’d say I go on the app roughly 10-15 time a day just to look. Can’t wait to see new content and thanks for the help.
The people who have commented negatively probably aren’t that keen on doing the diet properly and to its full potential.

Not what thought it was
I downloaded this app and the layout was nothing like what the App Store showed. I paid £1.99 opened the app and was disappointed. Waste of my money as I deleted it straight away.

Tapped for the “start your free trial” and was instantly charged 15.99!!! .... Ive complained to apple but god knows if I’ll see that money again!

Fooled into subscription
When you click on three free days it very quickly signs you up to a subscription without disclosing the full details and giving you a chance to review it. I immediately cancelled because I do not want to pay £34.99 for this. Very deceitful

I can’t see anything different from the free trial, I’ve spent £35 for nothing special. I could have bought a keto book full of recipes for less!!!

This app is a huge waste of money. They are all basic recipes you could google or ask a 5 year old for. What exactly are people supposed to be paying for? It doesn’t even provide a diet plan structured for you. And there’s not a huge variety of recipes - less than 100. Wish I’d never downloaded it.

Scam
During launching the app it tells you to log into your iTunes to subscribe. If you're like me and use your finger print do not fall into the habit of pressing the home button to exit because it makes the purchase, just a force of habit.

How do I view the recipe instructions?
Every time I try to view them I'm forced to submit a review but the recipe details don't show. And where are all the recipes I set to thumbs down? Confusing.
