I would give minus 100000 stars if it would be possible. This is robbery. Creators of this app and Apple are robbers. App is advertised as FREE. App store puts the price 6.99, but my account is charged £69 without any chances of refund. This is lie and unfair market practise. This is violation of my customer rights. I’m surprised apple allows such practices.

This app does not work, takes money for an upgrade that also doesn’t work. No response to customer service, no response to refund requests. Reported this to Apple and I recommend avoiding any products by KUN WANG.

I installed the ap and within days monies was taken directly from my account. No prompt to upgrade just instantly rolls onto a direct payment after trial. Not happy that apple allows this. I will be steering clear in future.

I have tried to follow your directions to make sure I am not billed for this app.
But it is not allowing me to cancel
I only wanted to look at the app and I am worried because of all the bad reviews about money taken from peoples accounts
I have requested a call from Apple Support and hopefully they will help me resolve/cancel this before any money is taken.

By downloading you automatically set up a subscription. You have to go in to settings to cancel this. It was so quick setting up the subscription I almost missed it.

Failure to activate after accepting payment
I selected 3 month payment, app took me to ITunes, payment was made, showing on my ITunes subscription as active.
However, on returning to App, every time I try to use the app as instructed, it tells me a subscription is read.
I check my account, tells me status is inactive.
I try the Restore icon, doesn’t restore or activate.
Sent you an Email, 12 hrs ago, not had a response or a correction.
So I’m left with an App I’ve paid for that I cannot use.
Why, please sort it out quickly.
