The Only Problem
This is a great app but my only problem is that it doesn’t let us
on it. I kept looking for 45 minutes or more and it didn’t have any solution to help.My children love it but they can not play it.

Keeps crashing
Worked for a day, now just crashes whatever you go on. Works fine on wife’s Samsung. Woeful service on iOS

Last update NOT GOOD!
Since the last update a weeke ago we are unable to log in from the iPad into parents dashboard but most importantly none of the activities are functional. We tried art for 100 times and nothing happens! Please fix ASAP.
Ps I tried to restart 5e app the iPad and nothing. Our iOS is up to date. Pls fix!,,

Terrible App!
This app will not load on the kidiCom advance and I’ve been paying this monthly sub crop ruin and getting no use out of it. When I ask for help via their support they keep telling me to click into the parent icon and follow instructions to cancel but I can’t get to it because the app won’t load on my iPhone or the kidicom!! Waste of tome and money. :(

Disappointing - Fair and Honest Review (please read to the end!)
This could be so good. The idea is really good. The app itself could be really good...if it worked. I saw the bad reviews but thought I would try it for myself. I signed up to a special offer of two months free trial. My two months is almost over and I have had less than 24 hours of access. It has been nothing but problems. Customer support were extremely unhelpful (I have called and sent numerous emails). When they finally managed to resolve the issue I had less than 24 hours of access before the app (and website) stopped working again. I contacted Customer support to ask if they would still honour our two month free trial as we have not been able to access the service offered at all, and I have had no further response. I cannot recommend this app, and I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. It is just not worth the disappointment of your child when the app stops working midway through a game and they are then unable to access it for weeks at a time. It’s such a shame as we are all huge leapfrog fans and loyal customers. I was even considering using this app as part of our homeschool setup but I think I will stick to more reliable educational resources and would highly recommend that others DO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME. It’s great when it works but as it hardly ever works it’s just not worth the money they are asking. There are better free apps that are more reliable! It would seem that there is no one at the company who even cares enough to address these problems and try to protect the leapfrog name and brand. Address these issues and you have a great app. In fact, if someone bothers to get back to me to resolve these issues I might even update my review. Until then, this will be another customer that you have lost.
UPDATE
Since writing this review I have had no response to any of the issues I have raised, however, I have had two days of uninterrupted access. This has meant that I have been able to take a closer look at the app and what it offers.
I genuinely cannot deny the quality of content. Great educational material such as you would expect from trusted brand Leapfrog. The whole concept is really well thought out. It is engaging and entertaining and the children actually enjoy using the app.
I will be increasing my one star review (which would have been a 0 star review if it had been allowed!) to a 2 star review.
This is as follows:
1 star for concept and quality of content
1 star for pricing (which would be almost reasonable if everything worked as it should)
Lose a star for failure to deliver on promised “free trial period”
Lose a star for constant problems accessing content online and through app
And lose another star for poor customer service
I feel this is a fair and honest review. I will update my review if anything changes.
It’s such a shame that we have been constantly let down by problems with the app and accessing the site online.
It’s also disappointing that we have not had full access to our free trial as promised. This has meant that we have been unable to explore the app fully and see how this would fit into our homeschool setup. Overall we have had less than half a week of access during a two month free trial.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• a dedicated support site for app
• dedicated customer support for app with clear lines of access and communication via website, phone and email

Could be amazing!!
This is an amazing learning app, so well thought through and my daughter loves using it! However for £6.99 pm I’m wondering if it is worth all the hassle. It glitches and freezes all the time and when my daughter goes to use the app it has logged me out so if I’m not there she can’t use it. I can’t tell you how many times I have deleted and reinstalled the app to give it a reboot.
The most shocking thing to me was that I recently contacted support and the literally do not care!!! The reply was no one else has complained so cancel your subscription if you like here’s how to cancel!
I’m shocked in horror of the lack of care and want to help customers to have the best experience and development of the app.

Could be great, nothing downloads, so you can’t play offline.
Also, the app is really buggy and you have to force quit it all the time. These are not good qualities for young children.

Could be great...
This app could be great. My 4 year old loves the games and she’s learning without really noticing! But my goodness is this a buggy app!!! It freezes every 10 minutes or so and has to be restarted. It frustrates us both to no end. I’m still in my free trial. If it doesn’t improve, I can’t see renewing. Why pay for annoyance when there are plenty of other educational apps. But if they release an update, then I’d undoubtedly keep this app - as if it worked, it would be one of the best ones out there.

Had this app for months and latest update crashes all the time and seemingly no acknowledgement from the developers. Had to reluctantly cancel my subscription after a long enough period of closing and reopening the app for a disappointed 3yr old.

Since getting the latest version it is full of bugs. Crashes frequently. I almost always have to re-login as it forgets my details. Crashes at loading screen. Very, very irritating.

Poor
Could be awesome but sadly it is so unstable it does nothing but annoy me. Frequently hangs on a blue screen after logging in, literally have to uninstall and reinstall it daily to get around this. Then when in the app it will just freeze and stop responding leaving you with the music playing.
Shame as the concept and content is good but I doubt I’ll be paying £7pm to be irritated by it daily!
