Description

The 100 Greatest Cycling Climbs app is the ultimate tool to help you track down Britain’s fantastic hills in your quest to ‘Ride them all’. Complete with all the content from the best selling book and utilizing your phone’s GPS you will now be better equipped than ever to locate the greatest climbs from the Scottish Highlands all the way down to Cornwall. Plus, when synced with Strava it really comes alive. Once your ride history has been processed your home screen will proudly display your ‘100 Climbs score’, and the bigger the number, the bigger your bragging rights! You can quickly and simply check your efforts on each climb, compare times over the years and watch your total build as you keep ticking them off.
Exploring further you will see that via the interactive map you can locate and be instantly directed to the base of each climb and be taken to it’s factfile. In the factfile you will see the climb’s vital statistics together with comprehensive directions, a profile, a link to your previous efforts and the ability to view it on Strava. Alternatively you can scroll the list which can be sorted by difficulty, geographically, by ridden, or best of all, by which is nearest to your current location. So no matter were you find yourself, if you have your bike and you can spare athe time you can head straight to the nearest climb on the list and bag it.
I hope you enjoy the app and it helps you complete the task, have a great time in the hills, Simon.

Love this app but after the upgrade, the map only shows climbs in southeast and southwest. Bug fix please?

Good companion to the book

Works well and the map is nicely done. Inclusion of Another 100 Greatest Cycling Climbs is a good move

More please

Love this app, but having spent a week cycling in Cumbria and another on the North York Moors I want more hills added! New rd in Robin Hood's bay for example!

A great addition and well thought out.

Ok so you've got the books, why buy the app? Well apart from the obvious joy of seeing that number update I'd say one of the things I most value is the map feature, which really helps match up climbs on route planning. The directions tool is also really useful in seeing how to actually get to climbs and how far away.
If you're working through and enjoying finding and climbing these classic climbs then investing the price of a couple of coffees will increase the fun and help with planning. Go on treat yourself, you know you're worth it ;-)
Seriously good app.

Great little app

Brilliant app and easy to use. Would like to see category rating and the ability to link to Google Maps, not Apple Maps.

Love this. Great way of presenting the content so it's directly usable and links to Strava. Please add the content from the other books.

Great looking app, but doesn't seem to link to strava properly as have done a few of the climbs and they don't show on app. But when you click on link to take you to strava they show.

Love it

Hoping you can add the regional climbs too, not just top 100 national ones

Very well made, as well as Strava integration each climb is complete with a photo and description, all test ridden by the developer, it's not just markers on a map. Would be great if more climbs were added around london, particularly towards the north east which is lacking. On the verge of something great though, keep cataloging the climbs and this will become a must have cycling app!

Just downloaded. Really nice app. Stylish visuals and easy navigation. A great partner to the book and anyone with ambitions to tick them all off. Strava integration is almost perfect.. the app found 50 of my 51 completed climbs straight away.

Great idea, but link to Strava seems hit & miss

Lovely looking and a great idea. I've had the books for years. Unfortunately the connection to Strava doesn't seem to actually work properly as there are several climbs I have done, and showing on my Strava account that are not showing up in the app.
