I dont like your app
I paid once for a one month to view the pictures because you dont show them if we dont pay for the app and i was just going through my emails and i saw an email where it says that my payment will renew on the 14/4/19 and it will be a monthly payment. I would like to know how to stop this stupid app from taking my money because its £17 i am not payin that amount a month for this pointless game. Thank you!

Let me say first when I first downloaded this game it seemed nice, an interesting horror story now for that.... I got the story haunted camper I was so interested in it for the first 40 seconds then was so disappointed that I had to wait :)! Yes that’s a bit annoying but I shrugged it off and decided to review a diff story! Turns out you
have to buy new stories or have
membership and all that I’m sorry but I won’t wanna pay for another story... maybe give us an extra story If our first one ends? That sounds fair please just don’t care about the money cause I’m sure you don’t! ( hopefully ) now my last problem payment I find it upsetting that you also have to pay for photos, FaceTimed or calls in the story and the thing is i don’t think there super long and interesting... how about an improvement here! : maybe for the first story chapter we can see the photos then the next we pay...? That’s all I have to write, I mean no hate to your game or company I just don’t like the money issues anyways

Honestly, having to actually buy texts, videos and stories is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone that doesn’t want to pay.

TO THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS GAME
I got this game and thought that this would be good.
I read a 1 min book and it won’t let me I have to ducking pay it is ridiculous. Even episode let’s you read 4 chapters then makes you wait a while.
WE HAVE FEELINGS TOO WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO READ THESE STORYS BECAUSE some people like me are in high school and we have to read.i finally found a book I LOVE and I got the whole series (12 books with 500 pages each)and the STUPID librarian made me read a different book she is so ducking annoying one of the boys who are in my form says that she is his aunt i then said that I feel sorry for him (got off track)
You need to let us read more chapters without having to wait

I waited 24 hrs to carry on reading an episode. You have to pay for pics and vids i dont bc im not wasting my money on that. Also i tried to read something else but is kept on saying you have to wait. It took me about1 min to read the chapter i had waited 24 hrs for!!! If u want something like yarn but better, i would suggest another app called scary chat stories as u dont have to pay for much and u can read a whole story in one.

I saw the advert on the game and it made it look really good..but it isn’t 🥵........ it made the stories look really good and interesting but there not and you have to pay to look at a photo and a video clip🥵 this game really disappointed me I recommend not getting this app...

I just wanna see the videos and pics!And actually wanna read the storys without having to pay and wait for half a hour!! I personally think you shouldn’t have to pay for a literally ten sec video or fiveteen sec phone call or FaceTime video!!! Overall I would recommend the app IF it was completely free!! Sadly I can’t!!! Because you have to pay and if you don’t it’s like you are missing out!!! I know the company yarn probably isn’t reading this but if they are.....! PLEASE FIX ALL OF THIS IT IS JUST TOO ANNOYING FOR ME!!! ALSO IF IT RESETS MY WAIT TIME I WILL DELETE THE APP!!! Don’t forgot to cancel your payment for the free trial!!
Downloaded the free trial and deleted basically straight after because I didn’t like the app, didn’t think that after deleting, it would go on to, for the next 5-6 months take money from my account with no notice, only today when I got a message saying I didn’t have enough money to pay for the ‘premium’ or whatever it is, would highly appreciate a refund of any purchases taken by this app because I haven’t once used it since it has been taking money.

Boring app; you have to wait forever to read chapters. Because of this, I did the one week free trial of unlimited, and now it won’t let me cancel it, didn’t cancel it when i deleted the app. if the yarn company is reading this, please let me cancel my subscription. I have had to take all my money out of my account to avoid paying for it, and i keep getting emails saying billing problem

If you guys want this app to be the best one then please make it fully free (no stupid payments for images/videos)

I have to say, Yarn is utterly the most disappointing game I’ve downloaded for a long time.
- You have to pay to get the stupidest of things, such as photos and videos
-The episodes are far too short
- You have to wait (Unless you PAY) for about half an hour to read the next episode.
- You only get to read one episode at a time
- The stories are very limited.
So, I seriously feel that this app is a complete waste of storage and time.

Not impressed
Downloaded the free trial and stupidly forgot to cancel before it ended. I was billed for the subscription renewal for one week (fair enough) but also billed for a second week even though it’s not due for another 6 days! Double payments and a week in advance!
The app itself is pretty poor, adverts made it sound great but I used it a couple of times and thought it was a bit rubbish. Stories are poorly written, unless you pay you can’t see pics/videos which make up half the storylines.
Sorry Yarn but you’re more like Yawn in my opinion.

Chapters are too short
I really do think that the chapters should be longer they literally last a minute and then you have to wait half an hour to read the next one. I don’t mind waiting that long but either lengthen the chapter or shorten the wait or you will loose customers. But apart from that I am loving the thriller stories thank you for a great app!

How did this even reach the App store?
You can’t view any images (which makes 2/3rds of every story) without paying half your wages and then still have to wait 24 hours per story.. 10/10 for advertising your app.. -100/10 for your app. Don’t download or install.

So, I’ve been asleep while I’ve been waiting for the 24 mins to go down but ended up sleeping for 1 hour. I woke up to see if the timer is done and pressed on the notification that said that it was. So I tapped the screen to continue my story that I was reading but it just restarted the timer!!!Please fix this! It bugs me and I’m sure it bugs other people too.
