Erased my content of several years, poor customer support
I’ve been using an app for a few years. Suddenly the app stopped working till I figured out it had an update I had to pay again for subscription. After i paid I had to log in again . And to my biggest disappointment 2 years of content with about 1000 images been erased ! I only got an old back up. I can’t describe my disappointment as I spent 2 years in updating the app and now all is gone :( I write a few emails to a customer support but never received any reply . Not using the app any longer , very disappointed

The best feature
For me I found the best feature to be the calendar, great organisation I could plan my looks however recently that calendar has disappeared and I no longer find myself using this app. Please bring the calendar back.

It’s lost all my custom categories
Was loving the app until all the custom categories I painstakingly added somehow disappeared? Now I can’t make rules based on these categories any more and will have to manually add them back, and who knows they won’t disappear again?

No calendar feature
I don’t know why but they’ve just gotten rid of the calendar function overnight! Kinda pointless if you can’t forward plan too

Horrible backup system
I’ve been trying to backup on my iPhone, so I can use on the browser on my computer, but has been unsuccessful. I’ve been trying for months already and nothing. I’ve already contacted them, but no reply. The app is well designed but horrible service. Unfortunately now I will have to find another app and uploaded my full wardrobe again. I’m so frustrated.

amazing… could be improved
I love it for making outfits with my clothes!! probably one of my favourite apps. I just wish that when you’re creating a look u could filter your clothes eg by clothing type or colours. it’s weird because it shows a ‘filter’ bar but no filter options?

Can’t event start it up

Does not work!
Paid for the ad free version to get the sync function so my items are backed up when I change devices and it doesn’t upload or sync !! Also emailed support and haven’t heard back from them and it’s been months. They stopped updating

Not enough good features
I just wanted an app where I could keep track of my clothes. It doesn’t have a tagging system and the background removal feature doesn’t work well at all. Not impressive for an app you have to pay for.

Decent, but don’t upgrade before reading. NO support, needs improvement
It works well and it seems easy to use once you get things set up. I like the clean user interface. I personally don’t use the calendar feature, but it’s nice to have. Lots of room for improvement, like no ability to add tags, and more support for UK shops (and currency). My biggest problem is that I’ve paid for one month to be able to sync with the web app, so that I could add items from my laptop, but when I go to use the app it asks me to log in with Google or something else.
On the iPhone/iPad I had logged in with my Apple ID, which wasn’t an option on the web app, making the “upgrade” worthless. I couldn’t even switch to login from my Google on the iPhone/iPad to then be able to use the web app. This is a HUGE flaw that should be disclosed in the description. It was money completely wasted. I emailed the developer but still have gotten no response, so I feel a bit scammed.

Keeps uploading two versions of clothes I add
Can you please update the app as there is a glitch where every time I try to add a new item, the app creates two versions of the item in the closet. I delete one version and then the photo from the other version disappears.

Needs a feature to change order of items
This app urgently needs to introduce a feature where you are able to change the order of the items you submit. I thought I would really enjoy it but it’s really annoying to have the items are jumbled and messy. For example I have all my shoes logged in, I purchase a new item and that item immediately goes to the top of the page, but within the category other items that match it are all the way on the bottom, PLEASE FIX THIS.

Some issues
Good app in principle but keeps crashing on me. I’m also in the UK and found the terminology restrictive as some items just didn’t have a suitable name.

It’s amazing and works but slightly disappointed
Love this app so far it’s tedious adding everything to start with but so worth it afterwards. I really like the random look tool as it’s already suggested things I would have never thought of. Its one of the main reasons I got the app. my only gripe with it is that i can’t get it to not include items that are out of season. Somebody point me in the right direction if I’m being silly but.....
It’s basically summer and it’s suggesting puffer jackets and items that I don’t want to wear (items that I’ve put in storage and I’ve put in the app to keep track of not because I want to wear them) as a random look. I’ve already told the app to hide items that are out of season so why is it showing them. 75% of the 100 looks they suggest to you end up being useless for that reason.

Great app
This a great and helpful app! Is amazing to see all your closet into your phone. It does take lot of time uploading all pictures to setup your closet but ince this job is done is fabulous.
I have a lack of mixing my old clothes and I always wear the new ones. From now on I have decided not to buy anything else and just learn to use my clothes.
I think it will be really useful if other users can look into your closet and making outfits for you.

Great App
I am a designer clothes addict. I spend too much on clothes. So this app helps me keep track of things I haven’t worn and things I would like to sell. ( I added a new category for that) I would love to be able to change status to laundry/ dry cleaning (added that one myself too) from calendar as I use the calendar everyday for my outfits. It’s very annoying that I have to go into closet to change everything to laundry/ dry cleaning when I’ve worn it and it’s not available for outfits.

Helpful but could be improved
This app is great for finding outfits without having to empty all the clothes out of my drawer. I just wish it was more aimed at men too as the app seems very female centred and i could see it being really helpful for a lot of guys out there too.

Great for organising your own closet, not good for inspiration.
I’ve been using this app to create outfits for myself and I love it. It takes a while to upload all your pictures but once you’ve done that it’s really great to plan outfits or have the app give you random options (which has helped me create great looks that I’d never thought of before with items I already have).
However, it’s useless if you want to see other peoples clothes and get inspiration. You’re given a dashboard that (if you aren’t following anyone) is just stuffed with random users outfits. If you want to find people you know you have to input some weird ID number. Most importantly, you can’t search for outfits by keyword, it would be great if you could search for terms based on style (e.g.“androgynous”, “pastel”, “autumnal”) but there just isn’t a search function that works for that. I’d really love to be able to seek out specific styles instead of just seeing the styles I’m being shown on my dashboard (all of which are not my taste).
Overall, great app but I’d love to be able to browse more, and be able to refine the content I’m seeing by style.

INCREDIBLE
I love this app and it’s great for choosing outfits and planning ahead etc. There are some features such as the packing option that I have not yet tried but there is only one problem.
When I use the auto feature to crop photos, it will get rid of details such as writing on a t-shirt.
Also it takes a long time to take photos of all my clothes and it’s hard to find the right piece of clothing online

Love the app but
Recently I’ve been using this app a lot and I really enjoy but it’s really hard to use the look book section for me. The collage is really hard to make so I just use the random one and search for what I want. It takes me ages to find the outfit I want. Could you add more things to the look book for easier ways to make an outfit e.g- picking things from your closet to put in an outfit?

Serious potential. However...
Even after the update a couple of days ago the app keeps crashing! I love this app when it works. I can organise my wardrobe and see what outfits go together without making a mess of the bedroom. Great for helping decide what to take on holidays and business trips. Drag and drop makes life sooooo much easier. Please please please fix the crashing issue properly!

Great app, the only thing stopping me from switching over from competitors is the lack of support for transparent PNG uploads! I would rather use my own cutouts than rely on in-app editing... Otherwise getting there, recent updates have been useful

App keeps crashing and closing
I love this app just taken picture of all my clothes to start using the app. When I go to creating random looks using the lookbook when I click on the ideas that the app has generated the app crashes! I hope this gets sorted as I really want to continue using this app!

Preferred the last update! With the new one, I do not like the fact that when I search for a brand like Bh Cosmetics nothing comes up, when before i would get lots of results. Also, I cannot get rid of the background which was very useful!

Best Digital Wardrobe
I’ve been looking for an app like this forever and only saw women’s apps, it’s like us men don’t exist when it comes to putting an outfit together, well we do!
This app has saved hours of laying out several styles on my bed before heading out. It takes the hassle out of choosing the right outfit. When I’m undecided as to what to wear I can just get the app to do a random mash up of a single season or style or as many as I like, even my entire wardrobe. The only bit of effort this app takes it adding your wardrobe and cataloging it from the get go, worth doing mind you.
This app in one word “marvellous”.

Can’t save my clothes
The app is good, but the thing that makes it not the best or greatest is the fact that you can’t save you clothes as per item. I change my phone and instal the app in my new phone, began session just to realise that everything that I have done was for nothing. It took me a lot of time to decide if I was going to do it again.
Is a shame as the app is pretty good, but this is the worst feature of it. So if you planning to have a new phone in a short term just wait for that phone to install and begin the process of uploading all your items otherwise you’ll have to do it again.

I like this app and it is super handy! I use it daily and I like how you can save specific looks. However it is American so we call stuff different things and I am having to google stuff to find out that that means vest or puffa jacket. You also cannot add categories which is annoying as I don’t see any for cropped tops, festive jumpers or denim jackets etc.

Not polyvore
I was a avid lover of polyvore before it died. I wanted this as an alternative and all of the clothes available for collages are NOT ok. I don’t really want to dress like a middle class mum thanks. Would thoroughly appreciate it if the collection expanded majorly. Thanks

Love this app
Really makes me think about what I own, great if you’re hoping to move towards a more capsule wardrobe. The only addition I would make would be searching by hashtags on the discover page and then people could add hashtags to their posts. So you could search posts by #camelcoat #casualoutfit for example.

Awesome app
Overall good. Almost satisfy all of my expectations on a closet management app.
However the social network feature is a bit too much and distractive. I’d rather focus on myself record. E.g. I do use calendar quite a lot, why don’t consider to move ‘calendar’ to the first level menu?

What an awesome app!
I absolutely love this app! Tried few and this one so far the best and easiest to work with. If any of the developers reading this, it would be so great to have a save a draft possibility and also there isn’t any backgrounds or magazine articles which look so good in sets.

Really good but...
I really love this app, I mainly use it for putting all my clothes in and it is by far the best app to do so however when you’re searching for clothes eg a top could it be possible to search even further in so instead of having - refine search to ‘tops’ , but also be able to refine search to subcategories inside - eg ‘long sleeved tops’ inside the tops category. So that I can search for different types of tops eg tank or long sleeved. Also when you’re searching for colours it would be great if you could select a colour you don’t won’t so that you don’t have to go and select all the colours but one. Another thing is to be able to have a sports category possibly. I hope this made sense and that you could maybe make these happen. But otherwise the app is amazing :) thank you
