I play often and loved the format off the app which made it so easy to navigate, add favourites and search any specific games…
It’s been updated recently and you had to accept the update in order to continue using the app… and well… shocking way it’s been done! I haven’t been able to use it since as the update is so terribly non-user friendly!!
It’s just painful to even look at let alone navigate which is practically impossible!!
If it’s not broke then don’t fix it!!
Back to using safari… app is pointless and no longer more convenient… basically redundant now…

Used to use this app often to gamble when I had some cash spare and it would sometimes pay and other times I’d lose as can be expected. The last year or so ive played I haven’t come out with a profit once, I deposit money for the slots and it just teases bonuses that never drop and takes the cash within minutes! You take the rough with the smooth but when I can’t buy a win in hundreds and hundreds of pounds it seems to go against you more than it should. Now deleted the app, disappointed!

The safety feature “reality check” brings you out of the game you’re playing and when you rejoin that game it’s back on max stake - this is so counterintuitive and lazy/sneaky of the developers. The bonuses also do not even do anything - “new game and new casino bonus”, literally does nothing. The app also displays “offers” which are not even applicable to you, which is just ridiculous. Would not recommend. Absolutely crap.

Pretty hard to win or enjoy playing in this app.
This app and the way the games a made are literally only to dry your pockets you can’t even enjoy the winning and loosing time because no matter what amount you’re playing you’ll never get free spins or bonus games especially pay back on your bets. Simply the worst gamble app that you can download and play. Don’t get scammed like I did.
As for you creators I don’t even know if what you’re doing it’s legal as most of people are complaining of the same thing and it’s not gambling when you guarantee know you’re taking peoples money.

Only twice I have withdrawn funds less than £40 in total a hell of a lot less than I have deposited. Had better payouts on joke sites like mFortune and mrspin. Stick to the big boys where you get free daily spins etc. No loyalty with this site at all and joke 2p wins have yet to see a bonus round on any game played. 1 star is a compliment! I tried to set up an account, after the initial set up you have to upload 2 personal documents of both photo ID and proof of address. I did this reluctantly. It was rejected due to no reason it had to be checked by a person rather than the electronic machine which normally check them. I was then approved I was on hold for over 10 minutes trying to resolve this and I’m the end gave up and asked them to delete my account.
