Description

In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Keep in mind, that the person on the other side of the line might turn out to be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all of this?

Let down by irritating quirks

A great game that is really addictive. Can be so much fun. Massively let down though by certain features. The game doesn’t account for the small cut out at the top of iPhone screens. I can’t seem to delete new teams if they have been accidentally added. When calls are close together it becomes very difficult to control vehicles even when zoomed in. Perhaps the developer could fix these things and easily make a 5 star game.

This game is so good because when you play it’s actually like a real operator but I really like it but the thing is it stops after a while of missions but I really wish it just kept going by the way I think they should make 911 operator 2 Because it’s so good they should make another one but with more calls and more difficulty but not too hard but I have to say I really like it and that they should make another one since this one was like £5 the other one should be £3 if you already bought this one I jut love looking at a full police, fireman and ambulance team and really good hope you make another one

Very very good, but

Everything is great but, ever time I Finnish a shift and go to start another one it doesn’t save my progress (money, vehicles, crew and equipment) it’s a real shame because I can’t save up to get new vehicles.

So disappointed

I really like this app as I had the LTE version on my old phone so when I got my new iPhone 11 I decided to buy the full version. Really disappointed as it has zoomed into the screen so I use any of the buttons at the top (e.g pausing it or making it go faster) - can you please resolve this as I have now wasted money on an app I can’t use :(

If you have an iPhone 6 sized phone I think it would be fine so that’s why I’m disappointed:(

Bad graphics on iPhone 11

I enjoy this game but for the iPhones with the top part of the screen taken up by the camera (iPhone X and above), there hasn’t been a change that supports it. As a result, you can’t see some of the buttons and options that you would usually be able to see. Please fix this!

it’s very fun although it does crash every few games and it doesn’t save what i had done in that game. it could be a phone issue but it’s still annoying. overall very good but a bigger variety of calls would make it much more better!!!

Edit: i got an iPhone 11 and the edges of the game screen are cut off!!! it’s unplayable because if this until it is fixed.

Forced to start game agajn

Paid for the game and the screen size doesn’t fit the iPhone 11 screen. You can see the x button to delete a team and j haven’t got any money for a new team so now got having to start again or stop play. Really annoying.

A great game - not optimised for modern iPhones

Bought the game awhile ago and I do keep coming back to it because how unique it actual is. The graphics aren’t much to shout about but that’s a small fraction of what the game delivers on. The calls and the jobs that come to you makes you think and prioritise and sieve threw what you think the best action is. It’s a constant strategy to move units to cover areas and to go to jobs that may or may not be high risk. All in all I think it’s well worth the money along with the add ons, really enjoyed the game.

Only draw back is as soon as you’ve figured out the mechanics of the game you’ve beaten it even on the hardest mode, however does take time to figure this out. I rate this 4 and a half stars as it’s almost their to being an amazing game

Buggy and can’t play

I was enjoying the game at first but can’t play it any further. I was on the team management page and accidentally clicked to create a new team. There doesn’t appear to be any way to delete a team and I don’t have any money to add a vehicle to the team so it won’t let me progress. Also it doesn’t appear to adapt the screen to the phone size so I can’t see all the screen at the same time. Just seems a very buggy game for £5.

Very very good but slight bug

Slight bug on loading city data for Chicago. No idea why it doesn’t get past the “downloading city data” part. I have plenty of storage etc. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars. Please fix

Game is Okay

I mean, I payed £5 to play a little extra from the lite version. I don’t find anything different. You still got to pay for stuff. Also, how can you activate free play? It always tells you to choose or randomise a city to download but then shifts you to gameplay which isn’t even free play. Overall, the game is decent. But it’s quite sad on how they again, charge you extensions on the game that you already paid, when it should contain everything for you to pay the game.

Crashes often

Very good game that I enjoy and play often, however the game crashes every time I play it high then restarts the level. This is very frustrating as I have only recently purchased the game and it means that I cannot move forward in the game. I would appreciate if this could be fixed as it is the only downfall of the game. I would advise everyone to avoid purchasing until this issue is sorted as your money will be wasted.

You pay for the app then you have to pay more. You can’t play the game PST the first mission or two without buying more “team members” the game won’t load as it says “invalid teams” and the only way to fill them is to buy them.

Very good, one problem

I got the game a while ago and I have been on it loads, it’s a great game in the way that it makes you think, you gotta position your different services at different places depending on how many vehicles and men you have for each service. I also like the way that it does help you in some ways with both the game and real life, for example, it says things like “how to spot a stroke” or “what to do when you see an unconscious man”, it’s really helpful.

I would definitely buy the game, definitely worth the money.

One problem, I recently got a new iPhone 11 and I have transferred all my data from my old iPhone 7, I went to play the game and the screen was all squashed and I couldn’t press half the button, whenever I would answer a call it would press the button to see a list of all the vehicles, could we fix this

Was expecting too much

I used to watch a youtuber who played this once so i just bought it out of pure curiosity with no hopes, but i was really surprised at how good it is - it took a while to get the hang of it but it can be quite addictive haha, definitely worth the £5!!

Bugs ruin play!

UPDATE

I’m now stuck with this game and unable to progress beyond the last level in Chapter 4, where the earthquake occurs. The reason? The game crashes and won’t load the results. I’ve hit reps of 118 plus in the last level, and received the associated awards from game centre, however the game continually crashes and won’t progress. This is somewhat annoying given its paid for as are the expansions. I’ve emailed the developer about the bug but no response. It’s ruined what was otherwise a very enjoyable game. As such my review is being knocked down to 1 star until this issue is resolved.

My advice would be to avoid purchasing until the big is fixed.

Excellent game. Few suggestions though which would get you to 5 stars.

Enable the user to rename the units, ie give them customisable callsigns.

Allow for the user to end ‘nuisance’ calls early without loosing rep points. Sometimes when there are multiple incidents and not enough resource, you have to triage your jobs. Penalising the user when they do this by removing rep points is unfair and it should be the opposite for successfully triaging the jobs.

Great game but buggy and no response from developer

It’s a really engrossing game and keeps going for hours.

Unfortunately I can’t download my home city as there’s a bug preventing it and I can’t complete the single city run for the same reason. I emailed the developer about 3 times and got no response. If I had, I would have given 4 stars. But no help with the technical problems is a big issue.

I can’t find a way to contact the developers directly, I’ve bought this game on my computer and have it downloaded and now I’ve downloaded it onto my phone also the ad banner for 112 operator has interfered with the screen and some controls on the game aren’t accessible.

I have given 911 Operator 4 stars for the following reasons:

Firstly, this is probably the game I play the most on my iPad...I like how easy and fun it is. I also LOVE how you can choose different maps. I would say, however...on the ‘London’ map when you hear the Radio Traffic, don’t make the voice over use 10 Codes. Because, I’m pretty sure in the UK they don’t use 10 Codes.

A feature that would have given it 5 stars, if when you tap on the ‘UNITS’ tab in the bottom left, where it says ‘STATUS’ change it to 10 Codes ie. instead of ‘PATROL’ make it ‘10-8’ (Available for calls, instead of ‘ON SCENE’ make it ‘10-23’ if in a ‘CHASE’ make it ‘10-80’, if on a Traffic Stop make it ‘10-11’ etc.

Best game I’ve downloaded however…

Honestly worth buying but game does tend to crash now and again but I’ve never lost any progress I play on and iPhone 5s which is reallly small and I recommend you get this on a tablet on something larger but you can definitely make do on a phone I’ve brought the dlcs also definitely worth buying game need bug fix update and more free call outs added other than that perfect 5/5

Good game but

This is a really good game, I find it very fun to play and kind of role play a bit, however I don’t understand that when it ignore a call that doesn’t seem urgent enough to send units and then look in the reputation system at the end of the shift, it says that ours lost something like 8-12 reputation points. How? I press it and it comes up with the description of the call and the dialogue and it even says “the call wasn’t urgent enough for units to be sent” or whatever - why am I losing points??

A good game overall as the first time I’ve played it

So far I have had a great experience with the game and I recommend you buy it if you are into the police and emergency services. Also the game needs more variety of vehicles when you start off the game because you can only buy 3 different cars with out buying a add on to the game but it is a good game and I think you should buy it.

Fun game! But currently crashing a lot!

Enjoying and having fun with the game and all the dlc. I am having multiple game crashes with the latest update! I am on a IPad mini 3 and it hasn’t crashed before. It crashes in a middle of a game and I loose all my progress for that game which is annoying! I also can’t find where to report bugs so I am reporting it here. Otherwise 5 star!

Amazing but crashes & progress lost

This app is my best purchase on the App Store, I play this game everyday and am about to buy a dlc. There is a problem though, every 2-3 rounds/games it crashes part of the way through so you loose your progress

Great game, if your screen isn’t too small

Love this game and play on Windows and Mac computers, but would not recommend for iPod or iPhone (should be okay with iPad), simply as the screen isn’t big enough for me to enjoy the gameplay.

It’s better than it looks!

I bought this game with no high hopes, which was a shot in the dark with the £5 for the game but I took the shot. When I got it, the game took a while to see how everything worked (use the unique stories first in Career), but I didn't do that! I do like how you can download the map of your local city/town and it actually has the street names. I love how you can buy cars, hire people, and buy things for the different services that can (apparently) help them but I haven't seen differences with them added on. There are paid (real money) extension you can buy which one I don't see the point of any more, I like the extensions for vehicles though! The things I would change is giving the Career more of a story towards it and more unique cases to deal with through the phone and the free mode/game to be a short shift or an unlimited shift and still earn the money after. But I do like and would greet more extensions and updates for it with open arms!

Really enjoying this

I've been playing this on and off the last week or so and I'm really enjoying it.

I enjoy good Police / Emergency games and always thought there was a lack of games in this genre.

It's a good 911 Dispatcher game / simulator with more depth than some of the other "arcade" like games out there.
