DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP
This call recording system is cumbersome and difficult to use. It does not start recording for some 15 seconds after you set it up to record meaning you will miss some of the call. It is a waste of money and I advise you do not buy it.

40mins of missing audio
Downloaded this to record a very important phone call, recorded 25mins…… went blank for 40mins then audio came back in for the final 8mins. Words can’t express how gutted and angry I am. Don’t use this app for anything important.

My biggest mistake
Accidentally bought the 1 year subscription instead of the 3-day trial. Requested a refund but was told it was not there policy. Too many touch points before you actually use the feature which one would have thought it would be done with a click of a button. You also have to call another in parallel so will incur further costs.

If I could give it zero stars it would be a more accurate review! Beware that downloading the app means you’ve entered into a 12 month subscription which you pay in advance. Also in order to record a call you’re paying for 2 phone calls! That’s right kids; you gotta ring a number you don’t know then mega the call you want to make (which has to be in your contacts - and you have to give the app access to) plus even more crazy is when accepting a call you need for the person calling to wait while you go into the app and click record then dial the connecting number!! Odd very odd. Do not even click on the app or you’ll regret it!

Useless, difficult and inaccurate
Have to add calls manually which can take up to 5 minutes to do and thus misses essential part of a call (or it terminates the original call). Doesn’t record / transcribe accurately. Definitely the worst recording app I’ve ever used. Avoid - and don’t pay!

Stated this was one of if not the best app to use to record a teams meeting that I had and was vital I had evidence and proof to go on but end the call to find it had a 12 second blank no sound recording, just as well it was free trial period before subscription payments weekly as absolutely no use for teams meetings , it had access to my microphone etc followed the instructions as it was going through it but no I now have nothing to go on so no good if I could give zero for what it was needed for I would, if it doesn’t work on teams it shouldn’t state that it would when I looked into it

Not working at all - scam - I want my money back!
I purchased this app to record some phone meetings. Every single time I dial the provided service number/s, I get a message that “This person’s phone is currently unavailable.” I tried going through the channels to get a refund but have heard nothing back. So if you are thinking of getting this, don’t. £40 thrown in the water. Apple should vet their suppliers better and protect the users more securely.

Don’t pay for this App ITS A SCAM
I downloaded the app and paid for an annual subscription….and it asked me to confirm my mobile number, and said it would send a 6 digit code to verify the account
It has never sent me a code. I keep refreshing, asking it to re-send. The code never gets sent
I can’t use the app. I have tried to contact their Support on the App. Multiple messages. No satisfactory response. In fact the responses are automated. Nobody is looking out for customers.
So they have taken my money and I can’t use the App, and there appears to be nothing I can do about it. I am so angry

I just downloaded this as it was free and immediately saw all the negative reviews so instantly cancelled it. I did not even open the app. It was on there for a total of 90seconds. Will i be charged now?!!?!? Need someone from the company to respond asap to confirm that i will not!!
Also. Since writing this review. I see that the 3.4 rating is also a scam!! Alot of the so called 5star reviews are also complaints!!

Doesn’t work and made me look completely unprofessional
Got an incoming call that needed to be recorded as it was hugely important. Downloaded this app for the job. The call came in, I followed the instructions from earlier. The app put the person that called me on hold and then wouldn’t merge the calls to record it. The person calling me put the phone down. Nearly lost a massive opportunity because of this app. Do not use.

When it gets down to a one off payment at around £10 I may be interested, until then it’s very poor value for any ‘normal’ use.

Good App with great customer service support
I am paying for a regular 3 month subscription so it’s value for money in my opinion. I experienced a tech glitch recently and the tech team fixed it within 48 hours and gave great support. Problem was resolved as I received excellent tech support and the glitch was resolved leaving me a very happy customer.
Great customer service is important in my opinion as the APP continues to develop and evolve. Solid APP that works well & I am using the APP to collect legal evidence so you can imagine I needed a reliable APP bug also support if I ever experienced a problem :-)

Not only did the app not work unknowingly I was being charged £6.99 a week thankfully as soon as I was aware of this a quick call to Apple customer service had it sorted and just under £50 put back into my bank account.
Hopefully Apple will remove this bunch of crooks from the App Store.

You sign up to a 3 or 7 day trial after which you are charged £6.99 per week!!!!! I might have paid £5 as a once off - but you must be joking at near on £7 per week. Perhaps the developer relies on folk forgetting to cancel. On checking their bank statement a month hence and realizing their error! Or perhaps it’s for the rich, or those who can claim business expense!

It’s not free....3 day trial then £6.99 a week!! Then the app crashes and glitches as you press the get started button. Now if you can’t program an app to go past the setup page I’m not giving you penny!! Wish apple would keep an eye on shoddy app developers get rich quick schemes.

I bought this app paid my money and in return have an app that doesn’t record. I’m using iPhone 7+ my network carrier is Movistar/Telefonica not some back street provider.
