Need an Apple watch app for extra functionality
Its really good, i just came from wunderlist, but i do miss the apple watch functionality that came with it, please add this feature as quick as you can, it would be greatly appreciated

Simple & easy to use
It’s really good to use, I hate having to take my todo list with me everywhere if I write it down on paper, it’s so much easier to have it on my phone & it’s so SIMPLE!!! Which makes it brilliant, it’s so easy to use and makes everything easier!! Good app, if you just want something simple & easy to use!!

Very poor intuition
This App is Cancer pure and simple. I am currently starting chemotherapy after being exposed to it for a few minutes. It is the elephants leg of the IOS App Store. Avoid at all costs.

I really like the ability to add a comment , or indeed those who share the task. This is a standard in Wunderlist. If you’re working on a list of sub tasks it is invaluable to be able to place a comment, that is time stamped updating your team what has happened . I.e sent email to chase, quote received will update soon etc etc.
Sort this and I think we have a great app

Only missing a few key features from Wunderlist like iCal integration and a good widget. Would love to be able to set times as deadlines too.

Crazy feature - my day
Why oh why do Microsoft love adding unnecessary steps to everything? If I have a task with today’s due date why can’t it add it automatically to my day? Surely the most basic thing but evidently not

Works well, but needs to sync flagged emails
This works really well and I was excited to see a good application to help me manage my tasks, however, I cannot use it because it does not sync any tasks created by flagged emails.
Once they add in that functionality then it would work really well!!

Saved me money, easy to use
In the short term this app has saved me a lot of hassle, use it for work to schedule work that needs to be done for different clients, works perfectly, you can add files and notes so as long as your good at managing your time you’ll never miss anything.
Only thing that would make it perfect would be sharing tasks and lists with others (says they are working on this).
Do have to have a Microsoft account but not really an issue.

Doesn’t sync properly with Windows
They keep talking about sync fixes but I still see huge disparities between the iPhone app and w10. Forcing sync doesn’t help. Killing the app and starting again doesn’t work / force update now. I’m now going to actively look for a different solution with a sync that works. Poor show Microsoft.

Easy to use
Easy to use, easy to sync, a bit limited on options, and a desktop 32 64 bit windows app would be cool. Few people I know with Windows 10 don’t use desktop mode anymore...

Not to be trusted
Some things are getting better but there are still sync problems between iOS and windows 10. If you can’t trust an app to sync accurately it remains unusable. Have again queried this but have been ignored... time to give up on this app?
And another thing: be very careful when migrating from Wunderlist; the due dates STILL are not right after migration. I had a conversation about that ages ago with Microsoft support but they never managed to sort it.
Was told that with the latest release (Feb 2019) the sync problem has been resolved; it hasn’t!

Getting better, needs a couple of tweaks
First used it when it came out and it was awful.
Has massively improved to the point where i have ditched the expensive paid for subscription stuff, and apples horrible ‘reminders’ rubbish as all i want is a simple todo list BUT...
Need to improve the syncing between devices and background syncing to the cloud. Sometimes it does sync, sometimes it can take 24hrs and there doesn’t appear to be a way to force a sync.
Integrate with the ios outlook app. Would like to be able to add things based on emails received with a simple click or 2.
Integrate with onenote so we can link to notes withe more info etc.
Keep up the improvements.

Cannot sync at all from my iPad or iPhone to windows desktop- complained & advised that they were fixing shortly... USELESS...

BEWARE - it not sync between devices
Downgrading my review to 1 star. This is because the latest version of the app does not facilitate syncing between devices, despite the claim on the App Store. So, my phone, my iPad, the website and the web app will all show different actions. When I log out and log back in again, I have lost all changes and need to re-input - not ideal when you have a memory as bad as mine, which is why I need the app in the first place!
This is absolutely crucial to fix. I have become so reliant on to-do, but now I need to look elsewhere. The app called Things has all the functionality but looks so ugly it jars. The new Google app looks perfect but is lean on functionality.
I feel bereaved. Please Fix Microsoft!!!!

It’s ok
The app does what it says on the tin. There are probably better solutions out there, but this one is free and I’m not prepared to pay for a simple list app. The one annoying thing about the app is that you can quite easily accidentally mark an item as done on the app. Otherwise 5 stars.

Auto Login?
Really enjoy using the app but as opposed to Wunderlist - I have to log in every single time I want to add something to the list and that’s annoying!

Log in issues since latest update
I use this app all the time for work, however since the latest update I’ve had huge issues logging in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice but it’s still buggy, sits there ticking over for ages and then doesn’t ever log in. Please fix it soon!

To do is useful with its ‘My Day’ feature but has always lacked the vital function of not being able to attach files. Now that Microsoft have added this feature the app is the best of its kind that I have used. It is simple and integrates well with Outlook. Microsoft Flow also adds functionality to the app. Al in all, it is now a very good app.

Doesn’t sync properly
Fine if you use on just one device, but how can you design the app to not be able to sync properly from a windows PC to an iPhone? Surely that is one of the most basic functions todo list apps need to have before you kill the old one and release the new one?! It’s reworking an app (wunderlist) that had that functionality for goodness sake! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Needs badge support
This is good at what it does. A few things a needed to bring it up to speed with other competing apps - location reminders (which I think are in the works) and bags support. If my reminders due for today were illustrated in the red badge on the app icon this would be super useful but for some reason it's not supported. I hope to see it soon.

Typical Microsoft rubbish
Let’s take the best todo app (wonderlist) buy it and then discontinue it. All the while developing the worst todo list app ever conceived. If I could give this no stars I would. My suspicions of how awful this app is were first aroused by the fact that the migration from wonderlist, got all of the due dates wrong. I had tasks set out throughout the week. All moved to Monday, but not one Monday, nooo, next Monday, a month on Monday, any Monday. WTF. Do my tasks flow into today view, no I have to add them daily. Hang on I set a due date for today, maybe I wanted to do it TODAY! Oh I know, let’s make the app look smart by having it suggest it’s for today, well duh! Utter utter s*#t.

Sync makes unreconcilable mess
The app is ok if you don’t use it on more than one device. However, weekly I update my tasks on my windows pc, and every time, my iPhone app shows a different set of tasks.
Closing the apps, clicking the force sync buttons etc does nothing.
Only thing that brings them back in line (but what have I lost??) is logging out of the iOS app and logging back in again. Similar to a reinstall.
MS have know about this for months (if not longer) and have failed to crack it.
Be aware.

New favourite
I’ve used Things for years but decided to try Microsoft To Do so I can have access to it through my Chromebook and found it to be really well designed.
You do have to get used to how My Day works, as it doesn’t show you everything automatically, but this can be a positive because it can show everything you want to work on today, rather than everything you expect to complete as it resets to nothing the next day.
The planned section can show you the classic ‘due today’ view, and for items you can’t miss the ‘important’ list is great as well.
Only things I’d like to see added now would be an option for an app icon badge for items either due today or listed in my day, and some improvements to the repeating tasks frequencies.
For instance I can repeat on the 28th every month, but other apps let me choose the last Friday of every month.
Overall though this is an amazing app, definitely one to recommend.

I use office 365 for my business and it is great to have all the apps under one roof so to speak. Now I have moved from Todoist to the Microsoft version it is very good and has lots of potential. Desperately needing Apple Watch app and then it will be a game changer in my view.

Overall awesome app, syncs across all devices which is very handy.
I only have two problems, I wish the colours and backgrounds were more customisable, and I wish you could put progress against tasks; this would be especially useful for tracking longer duration tasks.
