Fantastic
Great app for a theme park helps a lot for people visiting for the first time and for queues. I would recommend all the rides for their launch’s, drops and inversions. Must have for any visitier and the park is a must do for any fellow enthusiasts.

Thorpe park sort your queue systems out. And sort out your max amounts of guests. Waited 100mins for nemesis inferno when it was advertised as 60 and you should have single rider queue times

VERY USEFUL
Went to Thorpe Park recently and downloaded the app very useful for navigating around the park and taking the shortest route possible which is key when trying to maximise ride time and not waste any unnecessary detours highly recommended. Even handy when showing which rides/toilets were not in use. Just make sure you turn off the tracking once you finished using it very worthwhile assisted with helping us ride six of the main six rides that my kids wanted to use.

Good for big rollar coasters, less for little ones
Good park. Daring coasters. Several a bit too challenging for us and not a lot for those scared of loop the loops. Would be nice to have park maps available whilst walking about as we all relied on one phone and kids couldn't get their bearings.
The only ride i regret getting on was the 'Colossus'. It shock so much I felt at risk of concussion or neck injury. Just closed my eyes and missed the whole experience.
Found the best food area too late after chucking the cardboard stuff away. Totally recommend the veggie box and spice kitchen. Couldn't even get a basic pizza slice at lunch time for the picky eater!

We spent over 2 hours queuing up for a ride that is not one of the main big ones as the nemesis inferno kept me braking down also there was no shade where you wait so many people where hot and bothered , we also got are fast track declined ! Staff were moody and did not seem happy this was just not a good experience at all!

Today is hyperia birthday and we are so excited to the point we asked for a hat! It flew out off my hand into the river we are so disappointed. Maybe up a stronger fence but anyway Great actors and queue times were accurate in some queues so it was a great day except coming out of the park. Recommend this for Thorpe Park !

HYPERIA was closed all day and I get that it was because the wind and I understand that, but that wasn’t the only thing. The queues were all about an hour and a half consistently throughout the day, which is way too high compared to what it should be. Some queues where above two hours at some points

Amazing school trip!
When I went to Thorpe Park I had an AMAZING time and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my visit! I even rode the brand new rollercoaster Hyperia and it was one of my most FAVOURITE moments ever! I rode about half of the rollercoasters because of time but it was still INCREDIBLY fun! This app was extremely helpful and I don’t know what I would do without it so thank you SO much!

More renovation work on some rides and single rider queues
It is a really good theme park and has a good amount of flat rides rollercoasters water rides and vip experiences and is in my opinion the second best UK theme park after Alton Towers. I would like to see the following implemented over closed season ; painting the colossus fencing blue and taking out some of the rotten away panels, the remaining bits of track and supports on colossus repainted back to the original blue and yellow ( including the station and maintenance bay + switch track) also please bring back the waterfalls on the cobra roll, for the swarm pls fix the queue line tv videos, fire effect and water effect by the crashed helicopter working again and it would be nice to repaint the ruined church ride station to remove any handles from guests. For Hyperia pls do a front row queue which uses the same stairs as single rider. It would be nice to see the splashdown up and running again when a train goes through that section of the ride. For Rumba Rapids please try to restore some of the effects when the ride was sponsored by Ribena from 2002- 2006. Lastly it would be nice to have nesins of the flat rides, Stealth and Hyperia. Lastly pls do more single rider queues on some of the rollercoasters

The new ride access pass system is horrible as you have to book so far in advance and it's sti busy and mostly busier than the normal queues. Why change something that is working? I hope you change it back to the way it was as I can't go to Thorpe park for ages now

Exhilarating rides!
I love Thorpe park with all of my heart it is the best theme park ever and the queue times are amazing! I managed to get in all 11 Thrill Rides a water ride and also a mini thrill rides, that’s 13 rides in total. For example I went to Drayton manor a few days before and got on 5. All the rides are so amazing and fun they are so exhilarating and my day was the best. Thank you so much Thorpe Park for giving me this amazing day. P.s. I have the same birthday as Thorpe Park ( 24th May ) ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely place, went on every roller coaster twice with no problem at all, and the new ride hyperia is an absolute masterpiece, I’d recommend getting the Merlin pass if you wanted to go, overall a 10/10 experience

I found this to be an exhilarating experience, Once in a Life time experience, made so many memories and NEW FRIENDS!!!! The wait times were fluctuating due to the weather conditions. Heartbroken that I couldn’t get on stealth. will be back to conquer it tho!!

Great visit
Me my wife and 2 children had a fantastic day at Thorpe Park yesterday having not visited for years now due to living in Birmingham. The only things we were a little disappointed about was colossus was closed along with samurai and tidal wave, other than that we really enjoyed our day out to the park, can not wait to come back in the spring/summer months especially to ride the newest attraction Hyperia which looks amazing fun.. thanks Thorpe Park for a fun filled memorable day once again, best resort in uk by far 👌🏻

The map is really detailed full of colour. Very useful for finding your way around the park, queues are a breeze as you always know how long it’ll take rather then walking to the ride to find a 2hour queue you can just check the app. Only downside is you need data to check queue times, which is totally understandable, however can be a problem if you can’t find connection. Overall great app and I would highly recommend you download a specially if your planning to visit Thorpe Park in the near future!

I really enjoyed my stay at Thorpe park although if you are going on a weekend do expect up to 2 hour queues. For example, I had to wait 2 hours to get on Saw The Ride. Also, if you get there at times such as 9:30, you will have 30 mins to park up and get in so you will be getting a a minimum queue early ride.

First Time Visit
Great first visit only let down by a rude staff member in the car park who told me very dismissively that there was no accessible parking all day and I would have to find somewhere else to park and then walked off before we could ask any questions! Thanks to a very pleasant member of staff we found the near empty blue badge parking and went on to have a great day 😊

Have basketball hoops that are round, I am sure you achieve a more than healthy profit so more people can receive a prize, the amount you charge for those games and merchandise, perhaps if you put the visitors happiness ahead of profit which probably goes to just a few in comparison. Just imagine the potential and possibilities as well as the impact of image.
A fair day out for a fair price, how much do the profits appease the few, how much more do those that receive profits need more in comparison to those that visit.
For myself to visit I had to pay £72 to leave the IOW via ferry then £115 for an overnight stay to visit for 2 days that’s before paying out for fast passes to make the day worthwhile for the distance I have to travel to get there and petrol etc

When I went to thorpe park the queue times would stay loading for a long time and not show the times with my data on. The queue times were off and on- sometimes they would work but most of the time they don’t. Please fix this,

Sorry that you got 3 stars but the food choices were very limited due to certain places closed that offered gluten free.
The places that said they offered it then didn’t have anything and chips weren’t 100% as they are cooked in the same fryers as other stuff.
I think you need to up your game on doing food for coeliac as it seems you cater more for vegans and veggie when these are a choice when coeliac isn’t.

Birthday weekend for my daughter
Had a great weekend for my daughters birthday only disappointment to the trip was that everything nearly is contactless payment only and I took cash so had to go out of the park to get meals for us my own fault for not reading the site properly and only a select few places accepted cash payments so I didn’t understand why they all didn’t but apart from that they really enjoyed it and had a good experience and stay

i really liked thorpe park as there was a wide range and variety of different rides for different types of rides hat people enjoy. it was also very inclusive of age aswell as there was less intense thrills rides that meant that little kids could come to thorp park aswell. the safety aswell was very good and i felt safe on the rides and happy because they were very fun and exciting. the only thing that brings my rating is the queues. for most of the big rides it is a 2 hour wait so you can’t really go on that many rides and you wait 2 hours for a 1 minute ride. i know that there is not much that they can do about his but i just thought that it had to be said as it is a big issue at thorpe park but atleast it shows that it is a popular place and a lot of people are willing to commit and queue for that long because of the joy it brings them when they are on the ride. overall it is a very enjoyable theme park and one of the best around but as for any other theme park a big problem they have to face is queues. which they isn’t really a solution to solving that problem but i would recoomend going to thorpe park

Great day out … only criticism I have is the price of food and drink . We all expect to pay over the odds but £3.50 for a 500ml bottle of drink . Way too much . If people don’t think they are being ripped off I think you would sell double the amount. Still make the same profit and more importantly encourage people to come back

Queue times
I downloaded the app to view queue times but it’s rarely correct. Sometimes it would say 15-45 mins and the ride wasn’t even open, other times it would say 5 minutes when it’s about a 60 minutes queue.
The directions to rides within the app is very handy. You can also add your tickets to the app which makes it easier to check in.
Queue times shouldn’t be given for Stealth at all because it breaks down constantly. It’s sometimes updated to say it’s closed, but other times it remains saying 5 minutes whilst they await an engineer, meanwhile the queue can be easily 90 minutes long and way beyond the main entrance to the queue/ride.

Good app
I like how it is user friendly and how I can book and purchases things from my phone. However, like all good apps there are some bad things. For instance: I’m not sure if it’s Thorpe park or the app but the fast track tickets are very limited in terms of the things you can do with them. But either way I would recommend downloading this app if you think you want to take a trip to Thorpe park.

Super fun! The Queue was max 80 mins for some Rides but definitely more quiet then when it was in the summer. Managed to do all thriller rides + went on stealth 3x at the end. However fast pass sold out within an hour of being there. Apart from that really great 👍

Thorpe exhilarating park!
The rides are well run and safety checks are definitely good! Most of the rides are well themed apart from a few older ones but they make it part of the old school feel that brings back some good memories of what it was before’i:E X no way out which was one of my favs back in the day! Now the walking dead which in my opinion is not as good but it makes a great start to your day of exhilaration and entertainment especially in October when you have live actors! My favourite ride is stealth to date and saw the ride fab theming here. The park it’s self is kept clean and tidy there are some parts that could probably do with a lick of paint and possibly an area where people could sit on a grass somewhere to chill and have a picnic or just a space that’s calm to wind down but that’s if they have the space to do so. Other than that it’s a great park all in all with rides that are just starting to cater for little ones too! 👍🏻

Amazing
I’m heading back from Thorpe park now after the rain started to absolutely chuck it down. The weather in the morning was great, but it gradually got worse. We managed to get on stealth, saw, rush, swarm, tidal wave and rumba rapids. The app worked really well and helped us choose where to go. We got there at opening time and the queues to get in were quick, then we headed to saw, which scared the hell out of me. In the afternoon, the rain started (typical England 😂) and we left pretty soon after. The car park was flooded when we left. We had a great day and we will definitely be referring with our island return guarantee tickets.

It’s a good navigation and tells you we’re the rides are so that’s fine. If a ride is close it says closed but doesn’t say why. Also a lot of the time the queue times are wrong they are usually longer than said not always though.
Over all it’s amazing for what it’s meant to do.

Great fun - not sure I’d do without fast track
We were lucky to have a 2-4-1 ticket offer, so added fastrack to our day,
Meant we got on 12 rides in the day, which were all fab,
Leaving at closing time was chaotic and would suggest having people at the exit barriers would be helpful - they do this at Chessington.
Free water stations and sun cream an added bonus.

I had the best experience with this app. It told me where to go if I was lost. It even told me how long queues were. I didn’t need to sign up or anything. It just needed my location while using app and that’s all. It’s a great app and I recommend. 🙂

i love this app its extremely useful, i find it helpful that it gives a bunch of directions like where rides, food units and even how to get to the park itself. however the queues are really unrealistic, the all said stealth was 35 minutes and we were in the queue for an hour and 10 minuets, i would understand if we were in the queue for 40/45 minutes but 70 minutes is still A LOT more than 35 minuets. apart from that i really recommend

Thorpe park review
I loved going to Thorpe park today it was such a good experience since it’s my first time going here I’ve loved looking around and going on all the rides especially stealth. This has been such a good day I loved the ghost train and saw and other rides. Even though there were some long queue’s it was so worth it. I’ve loved today I will definitely be coming here in the future

We arrived at the park around 4pm, we had been watching the ride times all day and they just went up and up.
We got on a few of the smaller rides and saw the flash mob and looked in the shops at the merchandise. Once it got dark the rides looked amazing! Unfortunately we didn’t get on any of the big ones as they were all 90+ mins.
We decided to go home, a bit disappointed but what we did get on we enjoyed. It was REALLY busy which is expected for Fright nights. We have Merlin passes and we are hoping to visit again before the season closes.

All around very decent day
I would highly recommend going to Thorpe park on a week day while most are at work and the kids are at school because this shortens down the queue times and we got on sooo many rides.
The only negative comment I have to say is that the game stalls are a overpriced considering the prizes that you win, if you win. ( almost very unlikely )

Hospitality
Never have I eve ben to a hotel with this much friendly staff. I stayed over night at the shark cabins and we ran in to an incident and the staff were so friendly and helpful I appreciate it. They gave us extra perks for inconvenience and they really are nice people and great customer service which made the stay awesome a the night shift staff were amazing as-well we got along with them great and had a great time . It’s amazing experience well recommended

Had a really good day at Thorpe Park
Weather was much better than expected so the predicted thunderstorms kept people away and it wasn’t as busy.
However, I think the whole park needs freshening up. The rides are looking dated and need a lick of paint. There were breakdowns on at least 5 rides and regular closures of the rides.
We were in the Saw queue for 45 mins and were the next few to enter the ride. Well it decided to breakdown. We waited for 20-25 mins and then got fed up so we left. 10 mins later it was running again. I think Thorpe park should at least give fast track passes to the 20-25 people in the queue when the rides break down. It’s not fair that we need to queue up again (also risking the ride breaking down again).
Other then that we all loved the rides (Stealth and Swarm were favourites).

Had amazing time
We loved our stay, the cabin had everything you need & beds are super comfy. The staff were friendly & more then helpful,they got to know your face which is a nice touch. We did get rain our 2nd day but made it more fun lol. Only slight thing I would say is more than 1 bottle of water, i.e, 2 night stay 2 bottles rather than only the 1 but honestly I will be defo back & soon 😁 Also staff in the Infinity bar very helpful, all staff were.

Queue times not updated quickly enough
Queue times not updated quickly enough at all. Showed a 60 minute queue time for The Swarm but when we arrived the queue was huge. 30 minutes later, the queue time was showing as 45 minutes, but the queue was still getting longer and it ended up being over 90 minutes. Not helpful at all

Perfect!
I’m going on a school trip to Thorpe Park and I can’t wait, this app will help me and my group so much! I love seeing what rides are opened and closed and looking at the map, but I think it would so cool if you could click on the ride and view photos and videos of it so you can see what it’s like! Can’t wait to go and ride Saw! 💛

The best place in the world, no joke
Over 40 great rides, accessible for everyone, many toilets and restaurants, large range of food to choose from. Kind staff, friendly people in general, reasonable rules and the queues get better every year. I truly think that the colossus is one of the best things ever invented. Don’t waste your time on that derren brown’s ghost train thing though, that’s pretty much the only bad thing about this place.

Decent App but could be improved
Just a minor comment. Clicking on ‘Toilets’ brings up another menu where you then have to select which of the 6 park area’s toilets you want. That’s not very helpful for those that don’t have a clue which area they’re currently in! Why doesn’t the app just direct you to the nearest loos instead?

THORPE PARK Resort: App
This app has been amazing throughout the whole of this season, particularly for getting up to date queue times at my fingertips when in the park! The fact that all the info about the resort is in one place makes it incredibly useful to use. The Fright Nights makeover for the app was very nice too 😉😉😉
