The size?launches app gives you a fair chance of getting your hands on the most coveted releases each and every week. And the best part is it’s really easy to enter.

To get yourself in the running, simply:

• Download our ‘size?launches’ app.

• Log in with your existing size? account (don’t have one? Sign up on the app)

• Select the launch product you’re after.

• Select your size.

• Confirm those payment details.

• Submit your entry.

And that’s it – we told you it was easy!

Once the draw has finished, we will swiftly inform you of the result – win or lose. If you’re one of the lucky ones, we will take care of the rest. This includes processing your order and endeavoring to get your product sent to your chosen address on the very same day – which is always nice.

It’s also worth noting that we pre-authorise your card details & subsequently hold the money until after the draw closes. If you’re successful, your payment will be taken at the close of the draw. If you’re unsuccessful, your funds will be returned into your account within 3 to 5 days. Terrible app, avoid. All I wanted was a clear view of what launches were coming up. That information seams to be hidden and/or scattered around the clunky app which is annoying to navigate. Just use The Drop Date app instead.

Raffle win cancelled

I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I share my experience with everyone. I have entered twenty raffles since 2022 and for the first time I “won” a raffle for a pair of Nike Dunks on 5th June 2023. I was pleasantly surprised about this.

However, on 6th June 2023 I tracked my order and realised that it has been cancelled with no valid reason given. Not even the decency to inform their customers of a cancellation.

What a joke!!!

I have deleted the useless app and won’t be shopping here again (I’m a avid collector of trainers).

Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere instead of these amateurs. Nike, Adidas, Footlocker and Offspring to name a few.

These muppets take your money, cancel your order and then take ages returning your money (living off the interest probably)

The launch of the ALL BLACK adidas showed a pic of black trainees with a black front. Then when they arrived, they had a beige toe front. Completely different to the picture advertised. When I questioned this to their chat support, the response I got from the advisor was “well I didn’t post the pictures myself”. False advertisement and then getting charged for delivery even when they’ve sent me the wrong product

Fair draws???

After using the app for a few years now I have entered quite a few draws. The latest being the adidas anniversary city series 10-20 . I entered as usual but did not win the chosen pair. To my shock horror I then went into eBay and was shocked to see multiple sellers all selling more than 1 pair of my desired shoes. How can this be? One seller selling 6 pairs of multiple sizes - I contacted size to ask multiple questions but nobody has responded as yet - how can this draw be fair if one person can get more than 1 pair in a “draw” surely questions have to be asked? My favourite main stream app by far!

Been using this app for approximately 2 years, it’s easily one of the best places to get the latest most hype shoes

It’s a very reliable app which never crashes, I’ve had plenty of raffle wins too. It’s also really easy and quick to enter a raffle and make payment, if unsuccessful the funds are always returned quickly, never an issue there.

One time there was a problem with my delivery and the guy I spoke to on customer service was genuinely helpful and resolved the problem in an impress manner, normally with other companies in this situation they’d have just offered a refund but SIZE gave me the option of replacement shoes or refund 👍🏻

Raffle wins that’s you don’t win?

Size raffles are the absolute worst way of buying exclusive sneakers.

It’s disgusting that they instantly charge you for an entry unless you use a credit card, or klarna, then when you win the raffle of a pair of kicks that you really want they automatically cancel your order without telling you. Then it takes 5 days to get your money back if at all.

If you are lucky enough to receive your shoes, expect a damaged box, damaged shoes or if you’re really lucky a box with scotch magic tape holding them closed. £200 sneakers delivered in a plastic mail bag or a cancelled order on a win? Not really a win is it. If you complain you just get an apology & have to show understanding. Yet the principle of raffle & win then no win or damaged goods upon arrival just isn’t right. Terrible company in every sense. Since they’ve launched Size “access” it’s become even harder to win a raffle! When you do win or buy a GR product, trainers are sent in plastic bags with destroyed boxes. Customer service response is that the box is solely to protect the trainers! Sogn in problems

Once you sign out or delete the apps it is impossible to sign back in. Messages like "credentials not recognised" or "unable to sign in" pop up. If you request a new password you never recieve the email. When you contact size they advise you to create a new account. This has happened to me twice

Honestly awful. I’ve won two raffles on here but both times they’ve been cancelled. The first time I actually got an email confirming this, but on my second win there was no email at all. so I entered a raffle with them and it’s clearly stated that they only take the money out of your account if you win and you will be sent a confirmation email. Not only was the money taken from my account, I wasn’t sent a confirmation email. Like all the reviews say.. I entered 2 raffles and was charged £190 fair enough. I didn’t end up winning. I friend of mine got his money back within days as he used a credit card but for me however, it’s been over 2 weeks now and NOTHING. I’ve called the customer service team and they told me that the raffle department is unavailable. I’ve emailed them and they told me to contact my bank...????? I downloaded size? Sneaker raffles app and the first raffle I entered was a winner. It’s great because you have a good chance of getting a high demand show for retail price. Great experiences using this app.

My first ever use on the app was for the Jordan 4 taupe I didn’t win but the communication was great. Second raffle for the Jordan 1 royals I won and shoes are on route via dpd with great communication also. Third raffle for Jordan 5 anthracite is in effect wish me luck 🤞, great app fun to work with , can’t win them all but the app makes for a fun easy process.

After reading the bad reviews I was suspicious of this app but I gave it a go anyways, WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!

I entered a raffle and didn’t win, it has now been 13 days since my money was automatically taken and I still haven’t been refunded, ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even rate this one star, DO NOT make the same mistake I did.

I have contacted the support teams multiple times and now they are telling me I need to contact my bank, I should not have to do all of this extra and time consuming stuff just to get my money back on a raffle I didn’t win.

I have no clue why the money is automatically taken from you’re account when you enter a raffle.

Fix it.

I have had some trouble with this app for a long time and now today in an attempt to enter a raffle, it continuously tells me that there is something wrong with my payment. I have checked repeatedly, re-entered information, and even deleted and redownloaded the app. I find this to be rather infuriating. Please fix your app before people stop using it completely and from what I can see from some of these reviews, there’s not long left before that happens.

Awful app

Has good concept but not run very well. The app takes money before you win the product which means they keep it for at least a week before they return it if u don’t win. Personally I had no confirmation whether or not I won in the raffle so was sitting waiting for ages just to find out that I hadn’t won anything and it would take sometime before they returned my money.

Terrible app interface

Not sure what all the reviews stating the app is a scam are about. It is not a scam. Size is a reputable company with friendly customer service. However, the app is absolutely shocking, it crashes every single time an entry is placed. It is poorly thought out, fails to save information, bugs and is really just shoddy. Please develop a launch app that is of the same standard as your website (which is really good!).

Worst app full stop.

This app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s very glitchy and is prone to crashing even on brand new iPhone models. Three times in a row the app has crashed while entering raffles and has entered me for a woman’s shoe instead of a men’s. Emailing support is utterly useless and there’s no way in which they can cancel your entry so that you can discard unwanted entries and enter for the right shoe. I’ve attempted to win shoes off this app for two years now with no success. I now only use the SNKRS app as they actually know how to raffle shoes and actually have put time into app development unlike Size? For this app.

I wanted these Jordan 1s yeh, they was kinda worth entering a dodgy raffle for, I spent 150£ on the Raffle for me not to win. You win some you lose some, it is what it is. But it’s been 5 days after the raffle and my money still hasn’t been returned to the bank. I’m kinda vexed cuz I need the money to buy the next Jordan’s dropping. Btw I got the Jordan 1s I entered a raffle on Footpatrol UK I recommend using that as not many people enter that businesses raffle making ur chances better at winning. Dont waste your time and money on this app its only got 10% of the release on here anyway. 80% the staff get to put on ebay before release date 5 times face value, the other 10% you wait outside the shop in the rain for 6 hours to be told the size you want has sold out because the manager has bought them all.

I opened up the to enter the draw for the dunk Chicago, when I clicked on the shoe to pick my shoe size it then said enter draw, so I clicked enter draw and clicked standard shipping, later I checked my bank account only to find they had charged me for the shoes before they were actually available. It never once stated when entering the draw that I would be charged!!!!

Won a Raffle

I downloaded this app before reading the reviews and had previously entered some raffles without getting any information if I had won or not, so I deleted the app and the next day won a raffle in my emails.

If you have won a raffle they will email you to say that you’ve won and when your shoes will be delivered.

Worst app ever do not use!

I entered for a raffle a while back using this app for the yeezy 350 Black. I’m fully aware that they take preauthorised payment which is fine. I’ve had several bad experiences prior to this occasion where I enter and get an error msg although the money is out of my bank account for the raffle. Anyway with the yeezy 350 Black I actually got a confirmation email stating I’d won and thanks for participating. 2 days later I noticed the money had been returned to my account. So I called customer service and after numerous calls going back and forth explaining the situation I was finally told that they didn’t have enough stock to fulfil my raffle win was the likey outcome, although this was never confirmed and I never ever recieved an email explaining what happened. To make it worse I saw several posts on Instagram saying that size? have additional stock on a first come first serve basis at several stores. So after never winning a single 1 of their raffles I went to actually winning 1 that never materialized all the while my money was on hold for 5-6 days. Terrible company, dead app, and horrendous customer service! Size?/JD sports you need to sort it out big time!!! -5 stars!

Not worth the trouble

I recently entered a raffle for 2 items which they took money out of my account for which was fine I guess but they never sent me a confirmation email that I’d actually entered the raffle. I got to the date where they choose the winners of the raffle but I didn’t even get a email or anything indication whether I’d won the raffle and was getting the items or I had lost and was getting my money back. I’ve sent an email to the customer service because all the lines are temporarily closed and it’s been a couple of hours but still no responses from them.

But yeah basically I’ve had a bad experience with the and I’m not sure if I’ll be using it again.

THEY ROBBED ME

Today i entered a raffle and without my knowledge they took out £120 from my account they do not answer my calls , my emails or anything im starting to think i might not get my money back and they just robbed me DO NOT GET THIS APP if there were negative stars i would give them worst experience with a retailer.

Took money out my account without my knowledge which is technically robbing horrible company do not even know how its even still alive and this is not the first time they have done this i am totally disgusted and disappointed by what they have done to a customer HORRIBLE APP AND COMPANY ROBBED ME!!

Good App 5 ⭐️

I think this app is really good and useful, some people have the problem where when you try to enter the raffle it says oops, to enter you need to have enough money in your active bank account that you entered in the app for the amount that the item costs, If the item costs £100 and you have only £90 you can’t enter but if you had £110 you can enter, anyway good app 👍🏻

Horrible Experience On App

Terrible experience on this app. If I could’ve given the app 0* I would’ve. I was trying to sign up for a shoe and when I got to the final page it says “message, internal error”. But when I looked at my bank account they took out the pre-authorised payment. They didn’t send me an email or anything so at this current moment I don’t know if I’m signed up for the raffle or not. This app definitely needs to improve drastically

Fair, quick and a level up

Everything about the app is a level up on the previous offering. Fair, easy and clear. UX clean and smooth and easy to enter. Pre-auth on entry makes sure if you win, you get it quick time!

Buggy and not backed by decent customer service.

Not the best experience- I attempted to enter two raffles several times which appeared not to work. When I was finally successful the on screen confirmation was for a different shoe than the one I had entered for, however the email received appeared to be correct.

I subsequently lost both raffles, however cleared funds for both shoes had been taken from my account, totalling in the region of £300- this amount was not just blocked but actually taken. I am now a week now the rabbit hole with customer service who have finally managed to acknowledge these transactions occurred and have palmed me off onto the financial team to try and return my money.

Potentially some wins to be had, but if it goes wrong (and with this app it probably will), you’re in for a battle. Disappointing from such a large company.

Easy
