I love meditation.. this particular app I found useful, very nice guided meditation, relaxing and if your thoughts are deranged, as usually happens to me, the guide takes you back. I found that very very helpful. Enjoyed every second of it. After the very first session felt like after a flying free like a light bird- fulfilled and relaxed. Definitely recommend that!

Fantastic App - Helps me start the day right
I don’t often write reviews but this app has really changed my life. It helps me get in the right frame of mind as the voice in this app is really fantastic and it’s one I can listen to consistently.

Meditation
It made me relax better, before I had a lot of stress but now I don’t feel as stressed. This app really helped me achieve a quiet and peaceful mind and to keep focus on the hobbies I enjoy.

Best Meditation App
This is the best meditation App I have used. It has made such a difference to my life. Just 1 10 minute session makes me think differently and feel incredibly calm. It’s wonderful and such a great price especially when compared to other meditation apps. I love it!

Sessions don’t download for me
Nothing downloads for me.
I’ve consulted the FAQ’s and I’ve closed the app, quit the app and even restarted my phone...nothing.

Simple and easy way to learn meditation
I have been intending to start a meditation practice for a while and finally got around to it. I have just completed day two and sitting here after 10 minutes of the guided meditation, I am feeling noticeably calmer and more ready to take on the work day. I found the voice leading the meditation very soothing and I like the simplicity of the app.

Great but needs a quick mend
Great app but keeps crashing so ducked one star as soon as it's fixed it's 5 stars again!!
Please fix it this is happening right now and it's quite annoying and irritating
So it needs an update I have latest version of ios and 8 plus!

Simple to use, does the job.
I'm just working through the first seven day program. All their apps are good - fro exercise to this. They just make you do stuff simply.
