There’s an error in the app.

In the past 2 days I’ve noticed an update where you have tried to add advertisements while playing the music (audio advertisements). There is currently only 1 advertisement on and it doesn’t work. This ad will play during my music, and will pause it and make me unable to listen to music until I refresh the app. I’m sure you can understand where I’m coming from as most people have this app running in the background when they are doing other stuff, and it is very annoying having to constantly refresh the app and see two ads just to listen to basically only 3 songs before it glitches again. This was never a problem before, and the ads you were testing before were fine. Please fix this issue.

12 month sibscribton costs less than spotify a month plus you can turn of your phone or text someone while music is playing im reviewing the app while lisining now i love how you can make your own playlist of songs that you want which is amazing spotyfi has it too but even the free esound is better than free spotify ads arent mid music plus theres a youtube search so you can watch youtube here also witch is funny for me i would fix the offline downlad because it dosent work completely but still id rather use esound over spotify

Great app but heard loads of good reviews from both friends and social media saying that it was a good free offline music app. Downloaded it and not one thing about it is offline. I am very disappointed as I had quite high expectations. Fix it.

very easy to use and a generally a great app but recently I’ve run into an issue where the music videos don’t play anymore which has been really annoying. I’ve done everything to try fix it; close the app, restart my phone, log out, delete the app and reinstall it but nothings worked. It was working fine beforehand but now it’s not.

I was enjoying the app until…

I’ve been using this app for almost 4 years then all of a sudden I wasn’t able to download songs. Again and I thought it would be temporal after deleting and re downloading but the issue is still there and it’s been like this for a good year occasionally the download button appears but it doesn’t stay for more then 10 minutes I’ve update the app and everything but there still this issue

Most definitely my favourite music app. However, it does not let me download songs, sometimes the download button appears randomly and i waste my time downloading songs when it disappears after 30 minutes. It’s fine

I’ve had this app for over a year now usually works fine with no problems, it’s a great feature to download songs off YouTube and import your own but every week or two there would be a problem with this app for example song not loading, subscription not working, wrong songs playing wrong lyrics just small annoying stuff.

At the moment the app just keeps shutting or crashing and I’ve got no idea what to do. My best guess is wait a day or two the developer will fix it then give it another week and they’ll be another problem. But other then the constant bugs the general idea and price of this app is amazing. 5 stars if it was working well consistently.

Okay

I downloaded this app because it was highly recommended and also had things that i needed (cheap, no ads and able to download for offline usage) i bought the premium so i could access all of these and also because a years subscription was the same as spotify’s monthly subscription. The first few months were fine, no issues. recently the app has been needing updates quite frequently and not been able to use without updating, which wasnt a game changer. I recently became aware that they have removed the download option so i cannot listen to music offline. If the app could restore this function then if would be amazing, otherwise i might have to stop using it and go through the aggro of transferring my playlists to another platform, which i dont want to have to do. Hopefully someone can get into contact with me about what can be done.

Not great

I’ve purchased the premium version twice and it wasn’t much to write home about.

The songs in an album are often completely wrong, from a random artist and it really throws me off while listening. Nothing about the app seems to be cohesive.

The app is a little clunky but I guess for the price I should really complain. I’ve cancelled my current subscription now and wouldn’t recommend for someone looking for a Spotify/Apple alternative as it does not run smoothly.

(I don’t have premium) whenever an ad comes up I cannot be mad because it’s just fair since they come only few times, 1.after you shuffle many times. I used to have this app and was able to download all songs to listen to offline perfect for holidays or walks however I have now re-downloaded it and you are no longer able to have songs play offline so I now have to find another app where I can download songs for free

I’ve paid for premium for a year, then less than a month later it won’t let me play any songs I’ve saved or any new ones. Literally no songs will play at all. great app but quite buggy

so i bought premium to remove the ads and that has worked fine and i can listen to downloaded songs in public fine without wifi. The only issue that’s happening right now is I cant listen to any songs as its saying ‘track is not available choose another’ but then it says that with every single track i try to listen to and im hoping this will fix by itself. Another issue is that some songs have different titles and also are slightly different from their og songs e.g chanel by frank ocean is the remix version and idk how to find the original. Other than that i like this app and its £10 cheaper than spotify which is great.

this app is very handy as it is basically a free alternative to spotify. the only problem i have is an error which is starting to appear much more frequently than before, and that is a bug that causes all of the songs on my playlists to not play. I would hit play, wait a bit and then a message would come up saying "this track is unavailable" with an error code of "wc015". other than this bug i really like this app, but please fix this glitch.

The app is great i love how you can access youtube videos and play on repeat for free. I could play music offline at first but after a month or 2 of using it i couldnt play music offline so i tried deleting the app and re downloading it but it never went back to the way it was

Songs won’t play anymore.

App was amazing when it was working, no issues at all. But now, every time I try to play a song, an error message pops up saying “track not available, please try a different one”. This comes up with songs that are not in my playlist as well. I tried the “fix this song” and “reload and sync library” button, but didn’t work. It’s so frustrating because I paid for the premium version just a few months ago and the app doesn’t even work anymore. App is quite literally useless now. I have tried contacting eSound through their contact us button in the app but they are not responding.

Esound is broken

Hi I’m a really big fan of this app and have used it for years but there has been a major problem with downloading the songs on a whole saying that there’s an error. I thought I’d leave it a few days and wait for it to work and sort itself out but nothing has happened. I looked up ways to try and solve the situation and when I tried to sync it all nothing happened and every offline music I’ve downloaded has turned to online and now I can’t re-download it to appear offline. I really hope this is fixed since a few people have been having trouble over these past months and nothing has been solved.

Songs not working after skipping

I have had this app for 4 years now and it has been great but I have been having issues with it.

Whenever I want to skip the song or back to a song the song doesn’t play, it’s very weird.

I have tried it with the internet on or off and it does the same thing, I have also tried deleting the app and downloading again and nothing happens.

I can’t enjoy my songs and even if i skip to another song that song works but if I go back and replay it it doesn’t work.

Would appreciate it if you could fix this issue.

Remove the adverts I beg u

This app is great its just that the adverts are getting out of hand, there’s so many adverts. when I went on this app before there were rarely any, please At least give me an exception to your adverts because I used this app when barley anyone was, there was no ads and like was all holly jolly before the ads started showing a lot. Please just remove the advertising between songs because it’s actually making me fall depressed and stressed because I’m just trying to find a different song. Or At least make it happen once every 10 songs because it’s honestly hurting me inside and out I am getting so annoyed and when I’m in a bad mood and an ad shows up this is gonna drive me crazy. It was a good app until it wasn’t.

I had this app and it worked very well, to which I thought I may as well pay for premium because the quality was on top. Paid for premium and it worked for what, one week, for it to just crash and apparently not have a connection. I had not used it for a couple of days as I have not been out in my car, but wanted to download some songs to my playlist. After ten minutes of trying to download a song and it saying that the server has failed (or something like that), a message pops up saying “This account has been deleted. The account has been deleted as requested. You can create a new account when you want and go back to using eSound”???? Even though I did not request deletion. So my account was deleted, I have made a ‘new’ one with the same login and my premium has completely disappeared. I knew that there was something too good to be true for £1.79 a month. So now they have my money and have taken my account off me? Do not waste your time. Little things like this should not happen.

This app has an unlimited amount of songs, works offline, has a shuffle/repeat song option and much more. It is great for those who want to listen to songs but don’t always have internet or have bad internet. However, it does have quite a bit of adverts. Due to this, I’d. recommend going on the app and then turning off your internet if you don’t want adverts, but you can do whatever you want! To sum it all up, this app has some impeccable features, just the adverts that might be annoying.

I really really loved this app! It was perfect because I could download songs to listen to them online and it was a place where I could just store all of my favorite music.

It was good but.l

This app worked really well for my sister and it was amazing that we had finally found an app that would download unlimited music with no catches, however when I got the app, the download option wasn’t even there. After a while, it did show up, so I downloaded all my favourite tracks, but some days all the downloads would be gone, and show up as not downloaded, which I did find inconvenient. This is what it’s like now, I’m not able to re download songs that were downloaded previously and not download any more either

Use to be 5 stars.

Esound was great before, I was able to download anything and it would work, sort through my playlist etc.

Now it’s gone the other way completely, whenever I try to download something I’m popped up with adds after adds so frustrating. On top of that when I download anything and it shows it’s “downloaded” when I go offline again it simply doesn’t work and says there’s a problem. Just now I tried creating a playlist and it won’t even let me do that.

It’s gone completely downhill and I’ve had esound for a good 3 years maybe 4.

Hi e sound your one of the best music app on the platform but I had a issue like when I already had offline music downloaded and when I get off the app the offline music is gone the green symbol by the music is gone then I went for my run like I always do then it said u need Wi-Fi when I tried to download the music it wont show the opinion is only say remove from favourites please e sound fix this issue I need the music because all the other music players are trash but yours is the best please fix this e sound or I have to never use your player again please e sound. No offline music

So this app is great for free music and loads of choice but one of the main reasons I got it was because I thought the music could download and you could listen offline. The reviews said it could and so did the description of the app but it will not let me. There are no download buttons where there are supposed to be and I’ve tried searching it and the results always say there should be a download button but there isn’t and when I go on customer support on the app it says that you actually can’t download music. So it’s either I’m glitched and am supposed to have this feature or they’ve removed it and they had know way of letting me know on the description or anywhere.

One of the the best apps for music! This TV ere are problems sometimes with getting music the the staff are very friendly and very responsive and respectful. Just tell them the issue and they will fix it. I can’t recommend a better app. You can listen you your music, {whatever you want} and the app lets you! Honestly seriously recommend ESound. You will not regret it. I’ve been with ESound 3 years and they just haven’t let me down!

Amazing app but several bugs...

This app is a godsend in listening to music offline, it has quite a few ads but this only bothers you if you keep the wifi on. Only thing is that everything has its flaws and the bugs that occur on this app are so infuriating. For example sometimes I've gone on to find my entire playlist has undownloaded itself so I can't listen offline, and then I'll go on another time and it would've redeemed itself and gone back to normal. The most frustrating thing at the moment is that when I download new songs now and play them I hear nothing. The tracks are showing that they are playing but it's just silence. All my previously downloaded songs work though. Please please fix this as it is driving me up the wall. I can’t download songs

I’ve been using ESound for the past 4-5 years. Everything was okay and the app did allowed me to download songs offline but I had to delete the app because of storage and when I downloaded back I decided to create another account. The problem now is that I can’t download songs offline so I tried paying to be premium for 1YEAR and I still can’t download songs offline . I’ll be more than greatfull if you could please help me with this issue since I really like the app but I don’t know what’s wrong now… Until then I’m giving 2 stars

The app is good but

I’ve been using this app for a long time now and I’ve enjoyed it, but since the last update whenever I search for a song it says “Not Found” which is really annoying. One other thing is that when I answer calls while music is playing it stops for a few seconds and then you could hear it in the background during the call... if these issues get fixed the app will be perfect!!

Issue download

Soo I downloaded this app not long ago and I really was surprised that the app was free and I could download. However the problem is that the song I have downloaded , I can’t re download the song as the app for some reason took away the downloaded song but they are still on my saved songs which I do not understand . How can they stay on saved song but when offline I cant listen to the song . I have tried to deleted and re installed the app over and over and I want to know if it was just me or it’s the app and if there is a solution to this problem.

Well..

The app itself is great, don’t get me wrong. The advertisements can be a little annoying, but they’re needed in a way, I suppose.

I can’t get my playlists to download. Literally. I’ve googled everything, restarted my phone- I just can’t listen to them offline. My friend can, but her phone is a newer iPhone to mine. I’m just wondering has the option been removed all together, and put behind a paywall? No clue if anyone else has this problem, mind you.

Just be warned when you download the app, you might not be able to listen offline like you should be.

Offline download

The app is really great and I love it always have but there’s an issue where I have to redownload all my offline music again to make it become offline again if that makes sense so like my music will automatically go back to normal and I’ll have to redownload all my songs to become offline again and I have done that a few times now and is there a way you can fix this because is becoming annoying now but I’ll still use the app but please fix the offline downloads👍👍😋😋

Update or glitch

Honestly, the app itself is amazing and has everything someone who loves music could look for…except for the fact that one time you can listen to it offline, and the other, you can’t, please stick with one update, until 3 hours ago, I could download songs offline, and now, I simply can’t??? I don’t know if it’s a glitch or update but please solve it

Glitch?

I’ve had this app for a couple of weeks and it’s probably the best free offline streaming app. I could only listen offline for a couple of days but after that it all got fixed and i could download offline, however now the download icon is gone and i cant download songs. I tried deleting other songs as I thought it could have a song limit but nothing changed. Hope this goes away because I genuinely think this is a great app.

Solid app but constant crashes are frustrating!

This is probably the best free music app out there, if you are willing to watch a few ads to get free, downloaded music to listen to off the app and without Wifi then this is your best bet. Unfortunately, the app has been crashing quite a lot recently and it’s so annoying when this happens repeatedly and mid song! With this simple bug fixed this app is hands down the best out there. Please fix this crashing issue! At least the queue of songs can save after a crash, but it is still very annoying.

The app is neither good nor bad

First of all, I would love to thank you for making such as app, but, to keep your users hooked up by the app. You have to improve it not simply making some minor bugs fixes that makes the app more unstable.

Just one think I would like to recommend is at least let us know or add a function to know which song is being downloaded first.

If I’m downloading multiple songs, all I’ve to do is wait for the that green doth to appear.

But with multiple download I don’t know which song is being held first nor which one is second.

Good…but

Alright, lemme tell u my experience with Esound.

This is an excellent music player for iOS (WHEN CONNECTED TO INTERNET) but offline is a different story. For me all my saved songs say u can’t listen to this song as ur disconnected to internet even though I have saved the songs and there in the section called “saved songs” when I’m not connected to internet the names of the songs go in a greyish tone where there it makes a look that I can’t listen to it and when I press it it won’t let me.

If this gets fixed then this would be a 5 star.

LAG

The lag is so bad and it’s been like this for so long and the developers seem like their ignoring it ,because of how slow it is when you press a button or the glitch when it needs to process a task, makes the app unusable it doesn’t even function anymore never mind listen to any of the songs it takes me at least 5 minutes for me to just play one song - the apps constantly freezing and kicks you out or when you finally play a song it will end up restarting , the main problem would be the placements of ads that pop up randomly when an ad gets ready to pop up the whole app slows down and ends up freezing but of course ads are needed for profit but something needs to be done to stop the lag because there’s no point of using the app and because of the lag I’m moving to another music app until it’s fixed

Amazing but one thing

So a new apple update has come out where on apps it asks if they can track, which I don’t allow, but to play music on here, u have to be able to track?! I find it untrustworthy (in my opinion) so I deleted it and I’m about to download it again HOPING IT WILL FLIPPING WORK!

Other than that, it’s a brilliant app that allows u to listen to music anytime, make playlists, and play any sound on the playlist whenever u want. But, there’s an ad before u listen to the music sometimes and it’s reasonable but ads are always annoying soooooo-

Love this app but..

So I love music and I wanted a free app so I could listen to tunes! So I have been looking for months but I couldn’t find one because either the music stops when you come of the app, you have to pay or it was just generally rubbish. But this app has everything all the songs you can choose from you just have to search them up and you can save them so that you can listen to them without WiFi. Unlike other apps! It is unlimited the songs you can save to your playlist. And there’s an option of shuffle and repeat song. But the only down side is that there give you a lot of adverts. Like I would get and advert before a song and then after 2 songs again and it would get really irritating. But without WiFi that doesn’t happen so it’s not that bad. I’m just letting you know :) I hope you get this app and enjoy it as much as I have.

Please fix this!

As an iPhone user i always tried to find a good app for music! One of my friends recommended me this app, but in my phone there is not an download offline button. I tried to delete it and download it again, over and over. You know what is funny? I downloaded this app on 3 of my friends phones, and it worked perfectly fine for them. Now they thank me for the recommendation! A couple of days ago i checked for the download offline button, and there was one! I GOT SO HAPPY!!! But today i wanted to download again some music, and it disappeared again. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS? I really want to use this app but it really annoys me with the download offline button!

Best app

I love this app and recommend to any and everyone that is looking for a free music app that lets you listen to music without using WiFi

There’s two or three problems like some music titles don’t match with the actual song (this is very rare and you can report it as a problem) and when you add music to a playlist it freezes on the page but all you have to do is restart the app. other than that this app is perfect!

Amazing App!

I love eSound it’s so easy to use and it’s free! You can download music to listen to offline for free! You can buy premium to get rid of adds, but they are short and skippable so it’s not too much hassle. This app is great However, sometimes the app randomly closes but it’s not too frequent. Also, some songs are a bit dodgy, for example, saved by khalid doesn’t actually play saved, it plays suncity. This is just a tiny mistake but other than that the app is perfect! Thank you eSound!!

currently too many ads

this app is great, don't get me wrong, but recently the app has been very slow and unresponsive. When i try to download new songs i have to watch an advert for each song ? and to download it offline i have to watch another advert? it didn't use to be like this and its terrible right now!! also why cant we tap on a song and listen to it without downloading it ?? I'm really dissatisfied , please fix these issues, I'm a long and loyal user of this app and don't want to have to delete the app. thanks.

Used to be good, but...

I’ve had this app for a very long time, and I was a always able to download songs and listen to them offline. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again and now I can’t listen to any song offline. This has happened once before but was fixed, I’m hoping this is a temporary glitch and that it will be fixed soon. This is a shame because this app was my favourite, and I would have given more stars if only it worked like it should. As soon as they fix this, I will give a better review and rating. Until then, I’m giving two stars.

Edit: It has been fixed! I guess it was a temporary glitch, I’m very happy! Now that everything works as it should I’m giving it 5 stars! It’s the best app I have used, I just don’t like when you can’t download songs but like I have said before, it must be a temporary glitch. I’m glad that it has been fixed!

Best. Music. App. EVER!!!!! #LOVE THIS!!!! :]

I mean, the quality’s amazing, there’s a huge variety of songs at your disposal, you can even make your playlists so that there available when your device itself is offline!!! Now I don’t know about you, but I personally think that that’s amazing!

I really think people who’ve made this app have really thought of everything, and to those who had something to do with this app, THANK YOU YOUR AMAZING, But I do have a few requests...

First of all, du’e think you could remove the adds so that you don’t have to pay to get rid of them? If you can, your absolutely amazing thank you. But if you can’t, that’s understandable, it just gets annoying listening to the same Envony add and over again... Second of all, I don’t know why but occasionally on my Billie Eilish playlist when one’s just about to play it just deletes itself and replaces itself with Another and plays that instead. Eg.

One time I was about to listen to the song ‘There’s just Know time To die’, and all of a sudden, this guy starts singing to me in a foreign language!!! So please fix that bug coz its really bugging me...

Overall, great app. Keep up the good work and the next thing you know it’ll go down in history!!

Repeat button doesn’t work!

Hello, I’ve had eSound for a long time now and never get an issue but now, there is a issue. BIG issue. The repeat button for every song doesn’t work! It makes the song go past of how long the music actually is and it stays like this for several minutes and so u have to manually repeat the song you’re listening to so please fix the repeat button for every song! (Btw love this app, would get 5 stars but I did it as 4 so u know the issue)

select multiple songs!!

Good app and i think it’s really good that you can download offline however...

you really need to be able to select multiple songs at a time to delete, i almost have 200 songs and my phone doesn’t have enough storage for the app. it’s too awkward to delete each song one by one and would literally take an hour, is there any way to select multiple songs at a time and then have the option of deleting?? please make this a thing!!

great app but ..

The app is great but there is a few issues that can be a little annoying sometimes, when I download the app for the first time it worked fine for 24h but problems start to appear after that, for example all my playlist downlod button has gone, some days later i download a song and it said waiting for download so i click on my other songs to check if everything was alright and all of the musics each time i click on them either a waiting for download mode appears or it says there is a error and i cant play the song, but then after a week this is fixed but starts again and i really hope you could fix this, it happened to me 2 times since i install the app, other than that the app is great

App is great but new update has some problems

Been using this for about 11 months now and has always been a great music app but the latest update has issues. A lot of songs will delete themselves seemingly at random and will force you to remove them and download them again but will often times just remove itself again. There seems to be no pattern for this as some songs will stay whilst others delete themselves.

Hope the developers can fix this in the next update as it’s a great app.

Indescribable quality app

I can’t find the words to describe the high quality service this app provides. It’s literally THAT good! Don’t bother with any music app BUT this. All music is free, you can download offline, and I especially love how the developers really pay fine attention to any reported issues with the app and they do it faster than you expect!

5 star ratings doesn’t do it justice, and I deeply appreciate this app. Totally worth getting!

best music app but one annoying bug

i love this app as you can listen of line but when i shuffle my song on a play list or just from the library that i’ve saved, i exit the app and at the end of the first song it stop playing instead of going to the next song and i don’t know why, sometimes it plays a few songs and then stops working but it’s annoying as i have to go back into the app for the next song to play. Great app just please fix this bug unless i’m doing something wrong.

Excellent and One Of A Kind!

With all honesty this has to be The Best Music Streaming App I have ever used! With the option to search through their search engine and YouTube’s really makes this a 5 star app and a must have. And the fact that you can download and listen to the music offline really tops this off as being my favourite music streaming app.

I personally never write reviews for apps but this just needed one.

- Please don’t force a subscription to listen offline in further updates.

Pretty good, couple bugs

I love this app overall, only a couple of issues. Sometimes I put my music on shuffle and exit the app, it'll play for a bit and then suddenly turn off and in the middle of a song and I have to go back into the app and start again. Also sometimes there's songs in my playlist that Ive not downloaded, or songs I have downloaded disappear, its very odd. When i shuffle it seems to always start with the same few songs which can be a little irritating/repetitive. All slightly annoying but minor issues, would be perfect if those were fixed.

Good but needs improving

Ok so first off, thanks so much for this app, it's great for letting you download music offline and the layout is pretty cool. But I have a couple of problems. The first one is that sometimes when I search a song that I wanna download, if I click on one of the results it plays the acoustic or remix version of the song so I then have to click on another result. Could you get rid of the remixes and other versions of the song because it's quite annoying having to listen before downloading.

My second problem is that the app is constantly glitching and I don't know why. If I try to add a song to a playlist it'll suddenly stop working and will take me back to the home screen. I don't know if it's a bug or something but could you also fix that please

Easily the best

I was trying to find an offline music app as close to Apple Music as possible for the quality, and this is probably the best out there from my findings. You can save and download songs, has recommendations & trending songs and lets you creates playlists.

Although there are ads, you can remove them for £1.79 a month and I think that is a great subscription price.

There is a slight bug that needs fixing though, where you add music to a playlist and gets stuck on the playlist page, so I have to restart the app to get back to the main page. Other than that, great job on this app👌

I love this app and it is exactly what I’ve been looking for , which is a free offline music player, so thank you so much , but I have been using the app for about 2 weeks now and it has been great until now , whenever I try add songs to my playlist or try to download a song , it comes up with the error saying bad connection to our servers , please fix this quick , I really love this app but I need to add new songs !

Amazing.. but

This is an exquisite app and I have mentioned it towards my friends. I have a slight issue with the app. This problem is that sometimes the app crashes whenever I try to type something or the typing is too slow, I cannot delete my playlist and the songs aren’t in rap order (By this I mean if I have a rapper called “Gunna” some will be together others will be somewhere else I suggest you fix this and make it in rappers alphabetical order)

Bugs

There is bug, you need guys need to fix.

Whenever I exit the app but keep the music on the background. The music suddenly stops for some random reason and then when I go back to start the music again, the music is gone from my library.

There are probably other bugs you need to fix, so you should ensure fixing other bugs as well as this bug,I have mentioned.

Overall the app is excellent so far.

Please reply when you have fixed this issue.

It's me again....

I found a new bug but it is related to playlists.

Whenever I am making a playlist and add some songs and exit the app and open the app again, the playlist is there but when I go to the playlist, all the songs are gone :(

There are probably other bugs in this app currently, fix the others as well as this bug.

This app is excellent for offline music ,it's only the bugs. If there was no bugs, this app would be on my phone forever, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Best app ever

This app not only let's me listen to the music that I want but is offline as well. I really love using it , as I have searched for an app just like this one , but always failed at finding it. The app is great, however I would appreciate it if some song that are not as popular can be found as well. I have tried find some great songs that are not really listen to, but the app would either give me something else or it would say that there is no song with that name. Thank you for this app! It's amazing!!!!
