Live Streams are awful
No AirPlay to allow me to watch on my TV, Wasn’t able to rewind to a goal that I missed. Please fix it’s been like this for ages and I’m stuck paying for this terrible service because I can’t watch the match is any other way

Like Leeds, it’s good, but still needs some work
Live commentary is excellent. The lack of goal notifications when you can't listen to the commentary has always been frustrating. The Stats tab has a confusing presentation (see BBC App to see how it’s done) and for some reason excludes shots on target.

Email doesn’t seem to link to an article
I often respond to an email from the club expecting it to link to an article or video. It rarely does and I get exasperated trying to find it and give up. It is not an easy site to navigate.

I love the Leeds United commentary so much I watch on Sky with the sound turned off and the commentary synced to the picture, it’s fabulous. Brilliant to listen to such enthusiastic commentators.

Waste of time
Probably the worst shop website I’ve ever used; the process of returning is a Mensa test and because I’ve 2 separate parcels to send back, for some reason I can’t get back into my account to generate a return label for the second one as it won’t accept my password. I’ve now submitted half a dozen requests to change via email with nothing. Ironically, during that same time LUFC have emailed me twice with both ticket and shop offers ????

It is probably one of my favourite apps because it shows what is going on with Leeds United, their fans and games. It is very high quality, I am quite young too, because it shows when games are on, the table and what the players and fans get up to. Personally I think it is just wonderful. A perfect app that lets you know everything that’s going on with LUFC (best team in the world)!

Live coverage
Trying to listen live is a complete pain. Commentary drops out all the time, they try leave video advertisements running on the screen of your phone while you are trying to listen, which drains your battery. It also means that you can’t leave your phone in your pocket and listen on your headphones as, if you inadvertently touch the screen it interrupts the commentary. Going to get an fm radio and listen for free.

I think this app is dreadful. The twitter seems to be stuck on something from a few years ago. It used to be possible to click on another team within “standings” to check their fixtures but this is no longer possible.
Match day coverage is slow and just doesn’t happen within the twitter section. I have emailed before to express my disappointment but never get a reply. All very frustrating. The app definitely went downhill when Leeds were relegated, not good enough really for people who are still trying to support the club.

I don’t understand why this app doesn’t update live scores as they happen when a match is on featuring all the Leeds Teams, first team, under 21’s and under 18’s it say check score here and it is never updated. Until possibly at half time or full time. 🫤

Match Pass
Once again we come to a live match and yet again we have issues trying to access a match pass for a game. We are season ticket holders and subscribers to the monthly LUTV subscription and yet every time we try to buy a pass for a pre season friendly we have issues and invariably end up missing the game. Why LUTV cannot sort this out is beyond me. We end up being asked to create another account just to buy a pass for a specific game. And now just before kick off we find out scum are broadcasting it free of charge. That is a disgrace.

Correct The Crest
I have loved Leeds United as long as I can remember. I was born in 1964.
That we have had some shocking luck over the last 25 years is a massive understatement.
Makes me wonder why we have the White Rose of Yorkshire aligned incorrectly on our crest/badge (green petal at twelve o’clock) when it would cost next to nothing to align it correctly (green petals at ten and two o’clock).
Many Yorkshire folk believe it’s bad luck to have the White Rose of Yorkshire out of alignment.
What harm could it do to correct this?

The football at home is not Good,
Elland road matches should be all winning no matter which football team visits,
We feel the mentality and belief of some team players is not good, inside the Leeds team, to go from winning 1 nil to loosing at full time 5x1 is very very poor skill in football terms.
We can only hope 2023 season ends with Leeds United still playing in the Premier League?.

What every fan wants
I support Leeds United. All I would love to do, is to watch my favourite club. All professional matches are recorded for TV, why can I not pay a subscription as a fan to watch it. I do not want to have to sign up to 6 different media moguls service subscriptions just to hope I can watch them all, as they are not always available regardless! Please help!!!!!!!!!! This can not be the first request for such a service.

Great app but some improvements to be made
I love this app and I love been able to get match updates, fixtures, lutv videos and more...
I would like to see a settings option in the app with more options for notifications like goal notifications during matches and also labelling fixtures with which channel it is broadcasting on. Other than that really liking the app and looking forward to seeing even more improvements. I would rate 5 star but I have checked out other teams apps and see some better options, although I like the appearance of our app!

Where am I ?
I live in the outer Hebrides. This app will not recognise my location. So I’m considered neither in nor out of the UK, and can’t watch live games with it. Two years of trying to get support and a solution have got nowhere. Happily it lets me watch highlights.

Another handy addition would be to provide match information for the results, such as lineups, goal scorers and match report etc.
