Description

"Żegluj" is a navigation app for boaters that will help you experience adventures on the lakes more safely and discover new places such as restaurants, accommodations, ports and technical points.

It is a multifunctional navigation and map, thanks to which you will:

- learn the importance of navigation on inland waters

- determine the right route and arrive safely at the port

- avoid dangerous places and unpleasant surprises thanks to the unique warning system

- share your current coordinates with emergency services and easily summon help

- establish relationships with other sailors

- find the right POI: ports, restaurants, stores or accommodation

- compete with other sailors thanks to an extensive statistics system

- receive announcements and limited offers, available only to the users of the Żegluj app

Traveling around Mazury, Jeziorak, Zegrze and other lakes in Poland requires a good and a smart map, which will perform equally well as a navigator and experienced virtual crew member.

In the app, you can purchase bathymetric maps of selected lakes to sail even more confidently.

- improves the app performance under heavy load,

- improves few of the logbook-related tabs,

- eliminates several minor issues.

So far - excellent!

The app is easy to use, comprehensive, the price structure is great, not greedy, just sensible. I like the interface, the maps and the way a user with less money can still access all the safety features, the weather etc. The social functionality is great too, after all sailing in Mazury is (or at least used to be) about that. I could not fault the English language version either. I have only used the app on dry land so far, but having sailed the Mazurian Lakes for a couple of decades I know I will use it when I go sailing there again. Can’t wait! Stopy wody … or for the English speakers: Fair winds 😊
