Brilliant!
Oh. My. God. It hurts, I’ve never done a workout that’s made me sweat so much like this is perfect, It’s to the point where it’s not like i’m dying but I’ve pushed my limits, this is just my first day and If I reach my 30 day goal I might just keep doing it everyday! Thank you!

I’ve not used this app yet only just downloaded, but just scanning through its exactly what I’m looking for!!!!

Not what it seems
At first I thought the app was brilliant and then it came the 6th day, it t offers a add free experience for 4.99 a month, and all the other features meaning you can’t progress after the sixth day unless you pay, the thing is you already are constantly seeing ads every where on the app prior to that, so why is it that I have to pay to continue the use of the app?

Once u start...
Horrible return to the gym after 2 weeks of all inclusive lethargy... this got downloaded and ignored until I figured ‘8 mins? Yep, I can do that. I don’t want this belly anymore!’ Have done a few days now and so far, so good. It really is accessible and easy to fit in. Let’s hope in 30 days I’m raring to go with the next level after seeing the results I need (and want!!!)
